👍 Great customer service. The portion reflects the price you pay. Chicken shawarma wrap, I'd give it, 🌟 🌟 🌟 ½. It needs some pickles to enhance the shawarma, but unfortunately, they dont use them. Also the Chicken was too finely cut the texture was like, mushy. Overall, customer service and food... People often mention shawarma, good, service, price, wrap, time, portion, fries, Great,

This is my go to place every week to go with my family when we are craving shawarma. One of the best shawarma wrap in Birmingham city center and their quantities are really good for the price. The people here are very friendly and nice every time we go for food and honestly their quick service and hospitality are one of my main reasons to go to them often.

Can't go wrong, shawarma is consistently good every time, and a very generous portion at a reasonable price. Wait at lunch time can be long but it's good stuff.

Good food at a good price, they give you plenty of salad and dont skimp on it like some places. Service is good too, the food doesn't take too long to be ready. If you in town and feeling peckish definitely give this place a try.

Worst place to visit so far, chewy dry meat and on top the behaviour of the black guy was so rude. I was with my baby otherwise can create a mess for such bad behaviour. Will never visist again

Got the chicken shawarma wrap meal from here . The wrap itself was lovely with a variety of sauces and salad at your disposal. I can understand why it’s labelled the best shawarma in Birmingham 👍. The fries were nice also with the lovely added touch of peri peri salt . Will definitely recommend to family and friends to visit this lovely establishment within the heart of Birmingham .

Excellent sized portions, quick service and fully halal. Good central location though Martineau Square has seen much better days. Simple and basic menu.

Authentic shawarma. Went on the weekend and although it was busy the service is quick. Great customer service and the shawarma tasted good. I ordered a mixed shawarma with rice and the portion size was worth the money. A place I would visit again and definitely recommend

If you’re looking for an authentic shawarma like the ones from the Middle East, this is the place to eat. We ordered shawarma wraps and despite it being busy, we were served quickly. The quantities are excellent; They absolutely fill the wraps. The sauces are amazing, and they even added some fries inside as per my request. the wrap is grilled on a George Foreman grill at the end.

I recently tried the mixed shawarma and fries from Shawarma City, and I must say, the flavours were delightful. The combination of the various meats was tasty, complemented perfectly by their array of sauces, particularly their garlic sauce, which was a standout. However, I noticed that the shawarma was a bit fatty compared to others I've had in the past. It was enjoyable nonetheless, but just mentioning it so you're aware. It's not so much that it ruins the meal, but for an occasional treat, it's worth trying as the flavours are great! Overall, Shawarma City offers flavoursome food with a varied sauce selection. Even those of you you who watch ketchup with shawarma 😒😅😂 Additional Information: Toilets: Not available. Card Payments: Accepted. Wheelchair Friendly: Yes. Seating: Ample space both indoors and outdoors.

Food quality is defo a 4.9-5.0, portion is a bit crazy and the price is crazy that matches the ridiculous portion. If the price was maybe around £3-4 pound mark with a smaller portion, this place would get a 5 stars. £10 on a shawarma is mental, but because the quality is really impressive I happily overlooked it this time. Would I come back? Maybe after a long while and what’s stopping me being a regular is the pricing.

Shwarma wrap is not consistant i had it once and it was delicious and the other time it was so horrible i had to chuck it in the bin. Prices are bit expensive but appropriate for surrounding locale

Nice shawarma place ( a bit heavy on seasons but good after all)

The places atmosphere is generic, so is the customer service, and food is a bit pricey, but the food is amazing, I'd recommend the chicken shawarma w fries, lettuce and getting all the sauces with extra hummus, the waiting time is short and seasoning on the fries/chips are great, portions are generous and filling. 100% recommend

Absolutely delicious. I got the mixed shawarma and chips and it was soooo good. I used to come here all the time for work but haven't since 2019!! It was good then and dare I say it it is even better now. Good portions and quick service. I paid £9.50 which for town is reasonably priced. Would definitely definitely definitely recommend.

The prices didn’t seem very competitive initially, but fairly acceptable after seeing the quality and the portion. Got the food just 5 minutes after placing my order, appreciated the efficiency.

Some of the best shawarma wraps around. Delicious, hot, they even heat the wrap up once it's made so the bread is warm. Excellent sauces and service, bnot overpriced. The falafel is delicious.
