Some really unecessary, personal and damn right out of order comment on here about the owner. I’ve been coming her for years so has my mum and my husband. The food is amazing and the cakes are to die for. I bring my daughters who are small and although it’s tiny they always make room for us and make us feel welcome The only thing I can suggest is ignore the negative reviews because as you can see they are bordering on bullying! Found this little Gem on Martineau Place . Fantastic food, great salads for very reasonable prices

I've been here several times over the years and it's a great place for good value food (light lunches) and a stopping off place when shopping in the city centre for coffee and cake. It's out the way and a gem. Owner is friendly and helpful. Portuguese custard tarts are amazing.

Absolutally magical place serving exceptional Mediterranean style food. The young lady serving was very professional, polite and lovely to talk to - a charming and welcoming place that I highly recommend.

Cosy french cafe feeling to dine at Martineau Place. Serves vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals, a selection of cakes and cafe drinks. Allegedly, halal though no signs or certificates seen. Had Jerk Chicken Pasta, was good, and Peri Peri Chicken Pasta, not good. Bill was more than reasonable. A positive experience.

Well where shall I start.. Food was really delicious and could not fault it one bit. Me and my family really enjoyed our meals and and finished every little bit on our plates, and one of the best coffee around The staff here are really friendly, I definately reccomend this place.
