Had the most amazing service today at Leon from an incredible group of staff! Aside from the delicious food, they were super helpful. Our friend had her phone pick-pocketed and the Leon team not only got their CCTV footage up straight away but one of them later spotted the perpetrator outside and alerted police who arrested them and retrieved the stolen phone. Thanks so much to all the staff- you’re fabulous!

I had 3 TooGoodToGo orders. I was given 3 mains, 6 side salads, 3 packs of fries, 5 sauces, and 3 cans of coke. It was a fantastic value!!! The server was so lovely and kind. I wish I had caught her name. She had long light brown hair, no glasses, and was pale. She was just delightful and very quick. I can't recommend this location enough!

I got the Moroccan Meatballs, and was pleasantly surprised with the flavors, meat and brown rice. 👍👍

A must have if you're hungry and waiting for a train, they're quick and affordable. The staff were kind and the food was very nice. Will go back whenever I'm at that station!

Staff were friendly. Pretty good however the coleslaw was a bit weird didn’t know it had peas in it kinda upset me and they got our order wrong however the rice boxes were decent but I prefer softer rice rather than hard.

Ordered a gluten free chicken Burger on Deliveroo. It arrived with a receipt saying it was gluten free, however, after a few bites it didn't taste gluten free. I contacted the restaurant and they confirmed it wasn't gluten free (no apology offered). As a coeliac this is a really serious and disappointing thing to happen.

Just got off the train and fancied a quick bite before shipping and this made me feel healthy and ready for the day, highly recommend the greens and grains chicken and it was less that £7! Soo good 🤤

Very quick and very tasty, and very cheap. Genuinely one of the best burgers you'll get whilst travelling, and that's not even considering it is vegan. A godsend frankly.

My go to spot for food on the move, always friendly, always a tasty offering. Prices are reasonable for a chain franchise. I wish there was more than one in Brum quite honestly, as they seem to be everywhere in London.

Leon was great, the staff are polite and I enjoy going there, it's a shame I have to edit this review but some staff in the new street branch of Leon's just let it down the tables are sticky and the service sloppy when you ask someone to wipe a surface down becouse it's so sticky that you cant sit there and end up waiting 10 minutes before they can be bothered, and then when they finally do what you've asked they say "bless you", as if what you've asked for was too much for them or outside of their job description not to mention letting a particular black teenager help himself to the ice this is just dirty and in these times of covid 19 you would think the person serving would know better!

Leon New Street in Birmingham. Leon originally started in London and the quality of food in London Leon shops are generally good in terms of: food temperature, taste, cooking time, appearance and quality standard in general. This Leon shop in New Street station is very disappointing since the catering staff are either careless about the standard of each item on the menu or the management needs to be changed. If you start a Leon flagship in the Midlands at least maintain and monitor the same standard across all Leon restaurants. People will notice the difference and quality change of the food. This image below is a LOVE burger (plant based). It was not fully cooked as you can see the pinkness and the cheese would have been better if it was melted on the patty but this just wasn’t the right standard. Same was for another burger I ordered (Korean Crispy Burger). Do I recommend anyone trying this place ? Definitely not.

Tried Leon for the first time tonight but they forgot to add one of the main meals (Aioli Chicken Rice Box). Called the restaurant immediately, kitchen was closed and Tanya ageed for a full refund for the inconvenience👏. Unfortunately, Uber Eats did not allow a full refund but I will get a partial for my meal box. My partner is vegetarian and split his food with me. The vegetarian love burger was amazing!!!( this coming from a meat lover)! 😳

Poor experience today . Just got a Love Burger meal today and basically they have 4 or 5 prepared on the shelve. When I started to eat on the train home the baked fries and the burger's bread were stale and hard... also lukewarm. You are a fast food restaurant and you should be cooking the food on the go so its fresh.

Not sure that 10 minuets qualifies as ‘fast food’ but hey. The sweet potato curry is very good! Full of flavour and warmth and highly recommended. Surprising that it seems to have good ingredients too.

For a place so good about listing allergens and nutrition, they are completely careless with orders. I ordered 2 chicken burger meals for pick up, ended up with 2 boxes full of a rice and satay dish laden with allergens for me. Can't take it back, it's a train station and you're not going to miss your train over it. Can't request a refund because website contains 0 contact info. 20gbp for a rice dish only my partner can eat. If I could leave 0 starts, I would. Order at your own risk

Not great - queue times were excessive, one person serving, virtually nothing left on the menu. To make matters worse, no forks! Nearly 15 napkins, but no forks… how am I going to eat a salad on a two hour journey with no fork. Come on Leon, sort it out. This is terrible service!!!

Excellent service and amazing food, the cashier even had the time to ask me about allergens before I ordered. Would definitely recommend the Brazilian black bean rice box 👌👍

Leon serves high quality tasty food and extremely quickly when on the move. I struggle to think of any other high street chain that ticks all of those boxes? I would visit just for the menu and the quality alone, but they have allowed me to eat when I'd have otherwise been too busy. Thank you Leon.

Is a shame 0 stars isn't an option, having just consumed potentially the worst fast food in a long time. Ordered a Hallumi wrap and waffle fries both of which must have been triple fried or sat laying around for more than a couple hours. Struggled to even chew through the Hallumi with a healthy pair of nashers😑. A real let down as our previous orders have been okay, will definitely not be ordering here again.

I went to Leon today and unfortunately I’m allergic to a few things and also a vegetarian. I told the lady at the till I would like a Halloumi and avocado muffin with extra sauce. They took so long to make it and they usually don’t so I started to look around. I noticed for the first time ever that the lady in the kitchen who makes the food is making a meat muffin and then without washing her hands or wearing gloves she makes the vegan/vegetarian muffin. Contaminating the vegetables (spinach) that go in the muffins as well as everything else. This shocked me and it made me think that this is so wrong. Anyway then they finally give me my order only for me to get on the train and find that my muffin has sausage in it and I’m vegetarian! I missed my train due to their delay and now I’m on the next train, with the wrong order. I’m late and hungry, I have never been so annoyed in my life.

It’s nice. I had the aioli chicken rice and some gluten free chicken nuggets. The staff was normal and ambiance is quite chill. You do you basis. The food was alright, not the best I have ever tried but for the price, it’s fair enough. The pink latte was nice, a bit too watery. Overall It wouldn’t be my first choice food place but it’s not bad either.

Within Grand Central. Burger was sad, Chicken seemed to be missing or very very tiny and overfilled with relish n sauce instead; wrap was good and enjoyed waffle fries

Food is great ...but the grand central based Leon staff are ridiculously slow. The new younger ones working there would rather faff around then actually go up to serve customers who are waiting and willing to eat quick and jump on their next train ! Food you can't go wrong with but staff not so great ..improvements needed

Not a very exciting burger, feels like something I could make a mess of myself at home. Dare I say it McDonald's more enjoyable. Five guys a million miles above. Plus the criss cross fries - nice but there's about 6 in a box. Not for me. Grilled chicken burger is poor.

I always forget Leon exists but we got it yesterday and it was great. The vegan burger and fries were amazing, and coffee is good too. My partner had the chili and rice and it was really well seasoned and yum. Pretty good prices too, for the quality

Ordered on app and was expecting a number board similar to mcdonalds. Then got told off by the staff for not making myself known on arrival - as there were no order-boards, had ordered on the app from a seat lol. Coffee was good as always. Porridge also good. Sausage and egg roll poor, cold and fell apart. Love the brand but probably wouldn't return to this outlet

Ordered from here a couple days ago for myself and fellow NHS workers for our lunch break. Those that had their food enjoyed it. The manager was apologetic but it did not bring me my food. They were not helpful in rectifying the issue and therefore missed my lunch break. Next time will only order from somewhere else more reliable.

If you are vegan, veggie or gluten free this the place to go a nice salad . Bit cold so I had a plant burger on gluten free bread. Had to dispose of one side of roll as it was a bit too thick to eat comfortable. It could have done with a little more tamarind sauce as the whole thing a little. Still there is a lot of choice.

Vegan burger... Very dry. Very thin compared to the photo of a chunky burger. Very tasteless. Very disappointing.

They were selling coffee for a pound outside the store. Except it wasn't coffee. It was dirty warm water. I complained and was told I would get an extra shot, then charged an extra 1.60. I suppose I shouldn't expect a coffee for a pound!

Really unfriendly staff member, didn't crack a smile, just stared rudely when we ordered. Put me right off returning. Lots of other places to eat.
