I would give ZERO star if I can! I’m a loyalty customer to Genting for the past years but this time the experience I had is outrageous! I forgot to bring my membership card with me so borrowed my boyfriend. When I was in reception the lady scanned my card and said it’s not yours then CUT MY BOYFRIEND’S CARD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. This is appaling! I was appalled! Then I asked why she didn’t ask me at least explain it to me what is the regulation because I still can use my DOB and full name to get in anyway. Instead of apologizing, she rolled eyes to me and said I don’t need to explain to you, I can get another card if you need. This is not about the card, is about respect. She then said if you are not happy I’ll call my manager. I said I don’t need you manager because I don’t want to ruin tonight. She still called her manager and said loudly that I am a upset customer. This is not the attitude when you trying to solve the problem. This staff is not qualified to facing customer as she is not listening not caring not even cares. She is ruing your reputation and I will not come back to Genting anymore even I had so many good memories here because she easily destroyed all the rest of your staff’s hard work! Shame on her.

No tables active at lunchtime. Plenty of slots to keep you busy though. Hoping for poker tables but sadly none.

Some of the staff at this casino are miserable and rude, there was a middle aged manager with bad teeth and a grey suit who was especially rude shouting and swearing his head off without a care in the world. Aside from that the food and drinks are a bit pricey, but I found the hotpot very good with a wide choice of seafood and vegetables. The slot machines are pretty good, theres a wide range and they appear to payout quite frequently too. The ladies toilets smell like they store fish in there unrefrigerated. The casino overall has a pleasant atmosphere and can be a good night out.

I only ever go for the food as I don't gamble. The restaurant has different food depending on the day, Sunday to Tuesday is Chinese menu and Wednesday to Saturday is hot pot. The menu gives you free soup, free tea and free dessert, you can choose either an individual meal which is cheap and good quality or go for menu suited for sharing which is again good quality and feels great as it gives a sense of togetherness. Hot pot has good quality food and gives you crab, it's a great experience if you haven't tried it and I would recommend the restaurant part of this casino with ease!

Definitely the best food I've had in China town. We had the set menu and we didn't realise the amount of food we'd be getting. It's so tasty, really worth the money. The host Steve was great, very welcoming and friendly. We will be going back.

AVOID! Tammy, the glasses wearing middle aged woman sitting behind the desk next to the Baccarat table might rip you off by using your parking ticket as a leverage. Especially, if you are luckily a Chinese looking, it is more than likely she will ask you to wager more money in the venue before she will or will not stamp your parking ticket. This is already against the gambling law for a casino venue to force customers to spend more money on gambling but it seems the deputy general manager John and the general manager Julie don't care about it at all as this might be their business mode! Maybe you wanna go somewhere else to avoid being rippen off by such a bad business.

The Chinese restaurant in the casino is horrendous. We ordered beef and lamb for hotpot but it’s not really look fresh as there’re some black spots on it. We requested to change another one but the waiter refused and insisted they are fresh. She kept poker face for the rest of the time which made us feel very uncomfortable. It ruined my friend’s birthday.

I usually go to Genting casinos but I didn't find it very comfortable or feeling good in this one.

Not a big casino like I'm used to, but still decent with a few tables and some slot machines. Place was clean, they had servers running drinks and they're fairly cheap! It definitely has an old school vibe and could use a bit of a revamp, but still was a pleasant experience. Doormen and security look intimidating, but were so friendly. I'm not a gambler but I'm definitely coming back here to watch my friends win again :)

Pauline Is incredible, explained how to use each machine and table. She seemed so down to earth, absolutely love her and will be back to genting just to see our Pauline.

Small, not particularly welcoming and very quiet when I was there. Poor drinks offerings and food is restaurant only which is awkward if you want to play games. Maybe there is waitress service but it wasn't obvious at all, nor was the menu (I'm assuming food was available). I won't rush to come back. There are better options close by

My favourite casino ! It has a Chinese flavoured decor and vibe , all the staff are polite and pleasant, the casino itself has all the machines and table games you would want and the food is good too.

Warm service however lightbulb lighting reflects on gaming machine screens back into your eyes causing quite some discomfort

Best casino of all in West Midlands I’d say. Haven’t been in a while but plan to return. Great atmosphere. Staff are friendly. Great tasting free Chinese tea at the tables. Lush casino with a Chinese theme, being in Chinatown. I find the roulette tables quite fair and I usually make a little in this casino which is a big plus. Best night out. Only bug bear if your not driving the trains don’t run that late. So I would find myself running for the train as I would lose track of time in there lol. Once the station was completely shut and had to taxi home. Much prefer this Genting to the Edgbaston one. More fun.

A great venue, one of the best I've been to for sound quality, food/drink stalls don't seem to take cash anymore tho so bring contactless payment.

Only two games available to play. Doesn’t give you much of a choice to lose your money
