Our order was missing items in all four of the box meals, two of the boxes had spillage covering them and one of the chicken burgers was undercooked! We contacted KFC and we were told that they checked their records and that nothing they did would have caused the meat to be undercooked. As a result of the undercooked meat my friend had food poisoning. So in this case I would highly suggest to avoid this franchise as the quality of our order was extremely poor and made me question their health and safety procedures.

Horrible experience today at kfc. Order was wrong, and the atmosphere inside the restaurant was abysmal. Employees were anything but enthusiastic and guests were rowdy and noisy. Drink was given in a big cup that was barely filled, and had a lid with no opening to drink from. A waste of paper, plastic and money, for the poor customers buying it. Very poor quality of service, won't be visiting this branch again.

Great service. Staff were very friendly, managed to grab some food just before closing time! Went back because I loved the food so much. Honestly this place is awesome!

It was my first and last visit, untidy, messy, no tissues, no toilet paper in toilet. We ordered wings and drumsticks ( picture was on menu) but got thighs instead drumsticks, it was so oily, I felt literally sick after them. I didn't find anything special at all just too much oil, I find much better, tastier wings from chip shops on Soho Road or Lozzels.

Got zinger stacker meals and extra chicken delivered. The chicken was so dry that could not swallow it, the buns were stale and the whole meal was cold as if 2 days old. The drinks were very warm. Never again.

Its the second best KFC I had tasted since I'm here aside from the one heading into inverness its almost taste like the original in Jamaica 🇯🇲 😋 but I think all KFC should give us more options to choose from if we what bake r Barbecue zinger and the lot of options that there is use more Seasoning on your food to bring up the flavor more.

Was busy when we got there and l prefer ordering at the till instead of the silly self-service screen. The lady on the till was nice and explained the different options and l wanted the £5.99 20 hot wings which l LOVE ❤️. I also ordered the fries and large bottle of Pepsi max. Not bad for £8.98 and they give cups and you can get extra ice if you so choose. Seating was clean and out if the way. The hot wings were so fresh it took some time to reach the right temperature to take a juicy bite out of and this is obviously a good sign. I went back to get extra mayo but strongly feel it should be normal mayo and not the light version as the chicken is FRIED afterall so using a sub-standard mayo is pointless. This is better than the Wolverhampton Queens Street branch where the staff can't seem to get ANYTHING right. Overall l liked it and l would recommend this branch to most people and l am fussy in my endeavour to get good food at the right price. The variety bucket is also very nice but l despise the mini fillet burger as it's simply not nice enough 😑. Additionally l wish the fries were better as they were less than average currently.

Squalid interior, dirty, poor quality chicken, staff haven’t got a clue. The clientele are very third world in the way they behave. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy having diarrhoea.

Halal kfc finally! I was over the moon seeing hala kfc 😅 I wish i could eat more. The services were good. Loved being there and having kfc.

I mean, why is KFC so bad? The smell isn't the same as regular KFCs we get in India, Saudi or Singapore. The fried chicken was too salty and oily. What happened KFC? Or is it similar all over the UK??? Dissatisfied not once but 3+ times.

Loved the chicken popcorn, although it was too small for the price. I got the thigh, it was spicy. I absolutely loved it! The chicken wings just melted away in my mouth as it was still piping hot.

Oval shaped burger and fries for the name sake. I think this is time for Google give minus stars...

Only did takeaway from here. Delivery is super quick. Placing the order is easy too and when they get your order correct...you will not be disappointed. Meals always came hot which is great. On the other hand, it's quite common for them to mess up your order. You may have an item or 2 or even half of you order missing. It's easy on Deliveroo to claim a refund.

It is nice place to eat and takeaway. But room is there for Improvement. They should spear some staff for cleaning and to prepare ordered food as well. Because it is a busy place. So they need to improve there service as well.

Went to KFC on Black Friday this year (24-11-2023) with family. The food made us super sick – lots of throwing up, constant bathroom trips, and feeling too tired to even get out of bed. Thankfully, our little one didn't eat and was fine. It's the first time it's been this bad, and I'm pretty sure others who ate that day got food poisoning too; it was that bad. Now, scrolling, I can see similar reviews. I'm filing a complaint with the council. We won't be eating from KFC again.

There was a short hair on my chicken that completely put me off and I couldn't finish my food. I tried to quietly tell a team member to bring it to their attention amd said that maybe the chefs should do a better job of covering their beards and she said "um yeah" and had nothing else to say. Abysmal service.

Exactly as you would expect from a KFC good quality chicken. Good service seating upstairs and downstairs too. Can get quite busy which is understandable. If you like KFC you will not be disappointed at all.

Thought I’d give them one more chance WOW deliveroo order 2 vegan burgers 2 chips 2 beans 1 sweetcorn. The state of the vegan burgers literally so dry and rock hard have obviously been cooked and left under a hot light for hours REVOLTING absolutely inedible chips were stone cold beans Luke warm also isn’t the burger supposed to come with lettuce and mayo was literally 2 tiniest pieces of lettuce and less the a teaspoon of mayo £26 and deliveroo apologised but only refunded me £16. My advice stay clear from This place the staff don’t give two hoots about the quality of the food the serve and send out. Keep the customer happy you might save your reputation and business

There were three pieces of plastic in my chicken wings.I told the manager and I showed her the plastic but she said how can I make sure it was in the chicken,you have to show me the the plastic in the chicken

Very busy location and service took quite a while however it is the environment and general atmosphere that is most worrying in a manner of speech. This is not a place to enjoy a meal but rather pick up something and eat anywhere else. Have no pleasant memories of the visit besides a very friendly a d helpful cleaner who observed me being told there were no sauce sachets and somehow went off and came back with some. There atmosphere is not welcoming and I probably will not be returning.

Dreadful place..... the serving staff have no customer service at all, even the lady manager was rude. They got the order wrong, food was cold & just thrown on the tray, the tables were dirty. Definitely wouldn't go again, worst KFC I've been to!!!!

Can't believe KFC is giving cold, soggy and hard crust bun burgers with nothing inside it. Very bad experience whenever I vist this place by thinking that this time it might be better but always gets worse food. Not going to kfc anymore.

The food was good but not as good as the other KFC places however still not that bad as the hot wings were nice and hot. I didn't ever get cold food from this place which is a good sign and their drinks are nice and cold. Good service. Some foods are hard to eat however the chicken popcorn was soft and flavourful.

Tens of experiences with this branch in the previous year, the only branch in Birmingham City Centre. Overall just like other KFCs in the UK, not satisfying and unable to compete with McDonald's. 1. Fine with the prices, although they are nearly the same everywhere in this country. 2. The KFC food across the UK is relatively salty and greasy comparing to that in other countries, not just one branch. And the food quality is not very consistent. Original recipe chicken, sometimes crispy other times soggy. Hot wings, sometimes very spicy other times very salty. Overall acceptable, well this is KFC anyway mate. 3. The staff attitudes are average and never enthusiastic. The service speed is just too terrible to call itself a fastfood restaurant. I always value the time efficiency, but for this branch I'm only satisfied when there are no more than 3 orders waiting including mine. More than 5 orders means too much for the staff and more than 10 orders confirms a mess. I mean McDonald's needs to deal with far more orders during peak hours, but their staff can make their orders move smoothly. I cannot imagine what will happen if there are more than 20 orders waiting at the same time for this branch, you might need to wait half an hour for your fastfood. And when you get your order, probably already cold. The staff are simply not well trained, that is the conclusion. 4. Should be enough seats to dine in even in busy periods, not a problem for this. Relatively clean comparing to other KFC branches I have visited. 5. The stamp system did not work with this branch when it was still available, not even 1 stamp received when ordering here. The same goes with the new arcade system. I can tell you that I will still visit here in the future, but less frequently.

There are lots of coustomer but they dont have dips. But thay make you pay for dips that you dont like. Adter all of thet they dont have katchup, mayo, they dont have napkins (tissue) they dont have straw. I mena if you dont have anything why you are open??? I will never go in kfc ever.

Always fairly fast service at this branch despite it being city centre so always busy. I have, however, had multiple occasions where theyve got my order slightly wrong... Not a major issue but if you get home and then realise then it can be an issue.

Myself and my partner had a trilogy box meal each yesterday and have spend the majority of today being sick and in absolute agony! I called the restaurant to be told by the manager that I need to re educate myself as it’s not food poisoning baring in mind we both work in kitchens and we are aware of food safety, he then laughed and hung up. My advice- go else where!
