A fantastic day out. Took our 3 and 1/2 year old for the day and there was lots to do! Shows for entertainment after the initial walk through/self guided tour were fabulous and very interactive. During the tour there is lots to see, do, and get involved with. All ages are catered for... if you enjoy cadburys chocolate its a must do day out! Staff were always polite and helpful and friendly to approach no matter who we spoke to... a real credit to the place! We had food in the cafe, this was delicious, well prepared, and the lady who served us again went above and beyond. It is a bit pricey for food however it is to be expected at places like this. Portions were generous and overall quality of food was tasty, fresh and came out piping hot! Thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will return again in the future.

The children had so much fun, free chocolate on arrival and some more on leaving 😍. Lots of activities for them to entertain them and keep themselves busy. There was a train underground ride, a few acrobatics, chocolates creating, and tunnels full of fun. Face painting and photo sessions can also be purchased at extra pay. There are plenty of car spaces. Definitely recommend it, although it is suggested to purchase the tickets online to not be disappointed as the tickets are sold out quickly during the children half terms and school holidays.

This place has changed hugely since I last went 30 years ago. It's brilliant. But I did miss the taste of the first type of chocolate drink, and the infinity tower of choc bars. That was so memorable. You should bring it back! But it was good. The 4d experience very good. The interactive parts fabulous and the chocolate writing and tempering were great! The exhibition about Mr Cadbury is also essential. So interesting! Also do go and walk around Bournville. It's lovely and friendly

Rather boring trip. It reminds me of a museum but with very little to show. The kids enjoyed it, but it's not really worth it. The queues were rather long to enter and also long when you go on some car trip (the only thing I really enjoyed ha!) The play park area outside is fun (but you could get the same experience by taking them to a normal park?) Would I go again? Definitely not. Would I take the kids again? Definitely not.... you'd think the shop at the end where you can buy chocolates would be cheaper than the supermarkets as they cut out the middle man? But nope, it's the same price? Surely they could cut their profit margin?

Very nice place. A bit pricey for what it offers, but fun if you have kids. Book your slot. If you come later, you will not face any queues. There will be loads of samples, do not get your hopes up 🤣 The 4D cinema is a must go!! Really nice attraction.

We loved our visit today. Recommend getting tickets on line, so you can reserve your entry time to the main attraction. There was plenty of parking space. On site there are fast food kiosks and a cafe ( a bit slow), but plenty of tables for picnics, all very clean, beside a lovely play area. The main attraction is very interactive, and held my granddaughter's attention (5 yrs). The history is very interesting as is the chocolate making process. We enjoyed tasting the chocolate and writing with it. It is very clean and well signposted and there are many hand sanitizer stations. So, I recommend taking a picnic and spending your money is the lovely Cadbury shop, where there are some great deals!

The tour is well organised and your group will get to try everything worrying about being first through each door. Playground is great for kids of all ages. I would recommend eating outside rather than in the cafe for value for money. Get an early tour time and it's a decent half day.

This is quite a fun tour thar lasts about an hour and twenty minutes including the 4D ride. You get given three bars of chocolate as you enter. Then you are invited to purchase a bag to carry said chocolate. I must say that is impressive marketing. You get to hear about the history of Cadburys, taste chocolate and go on a ride which I would compare to it's a small world at Disney. (This is not the 4D ride) Seeing the old adverts was nice. It cost £21 for an adult which did seem a bit high but the place was packed so people are willing to pay that price. I think a child was £16.50. Children under 2 were free.

Cadbury would is a fun thing to do if in the area. We have only visited a few times in many years, only when we are that way. It's not worth the 3 hours each way. When we visited some of the areas were closed due to refurbishment, which we was aware of before coming, so wasn't an issue. But the tour is interesting with a few interactive bits to keep the kids happy like the chairs moving. We had taste testing with selected topping. We got chocolate bars each. Although we had to buy a bag to carry it. (I'm sure the last time we visited the bag was free) my childrens favourite bit was the 4D show. My 4 year old was giggling loudly the whole time. So cute. They have a play park, although closed in winter. A magic show, and more, including a ride in the middle of the tour! Worth a go when in the area. Characters walking around was also loved by the children. Beware of the vehicles outside, my youngest is obsessed. 🤦‍♀️ card only and £1.50 a go.

Wonderful place for children, loved the ride, my kids wanted to have a go again, and the staff was kind enough to let us go through. The 4D movie was wonderful as well. You are also welcomed by a handful of chocolates.

I am honestly blown away by Cadbury world. It was fun, informative, interesting and welcoming. It's fun for all ages. Straight for the get go, you receive free Cadbury chocolate bars to munch while strolling through the building. There's lots to see and even a cute kid friendly ride to go on. You can take part in chocolate scrapping and writing and you get liquid chocolate in small cups to eat (my favourite part). The shop is full of underpriced Cadbury chocolate and souvenirs. The items are so cheap, I bought loads and didn't spend much. The ticket for Cadbury world itself is pricey but oh so worth it. Give it a go!

Excellent place for kids to play and get to know how the chocolates are made. There are excellent activities inside like drawing with chocolate liquid, kids train journeys.. the 4D show was excellent... There was a chocolate gift while entering and it was amazing and tasty..

It's interesting. There's a good variety of things to see and the staff are great. However. It's VERY expensive for something that you can do in just over an hour. For anyone travelling a decent distance to see this I'd say pay the extra and include the Lego Discovery Centre and / or Sea Life centre on the same ticket, visit the Library of Birmingham (FREE), Cannon Hill Park and use the train and tram to get between Cadbury World and the City Centre to make a day of it or you will find yourself feeling very short changed indeed!

Had a fantastic day at Cadbury World as "big kids" for the day. Great fun attractions. All mixed in with glorious rich history of the Cadbury family. Staff friendly and welcoming...a special shout for Rob who was on the photo collection point...very helpful top man!! Well done all of you👍😁

Ordered tickets online as you get them cheaper, they’re not cheap but worth it. The 4D cinema experience was excellent well worth the wait, we queued up from the 30 minutes point but got in in about 20 minutes. The playground area was good. The main Cadbury shop had so much chocolate 🍫 which some was cheap, I was like a kid in a sweet shop spent about £23 on chocolate. The timed tour is interesting & informative also everyone gets 3 bars of chocolate at the start. We all enjoyed the day out.

Great place to visit. Lots to do with young children, and give them the knowledge of how chocolate is made. 4D cinema is great with slightly moving chairs. Play centre to visit. They have a good cafe that prices aren't to expensive but you could take food and eat in the outdoor play area. Friendly staff who are happy to help or explain anything you need to know. Discount shop but not that much cheaper than the normal price. Highly recommended to visit.

This is one the best place in Birmingham for sightseeing and enjoying the moment with chocolate. This is a place, which is suitable for all ages. They have their time slots, better to booked in advance. For senior citizens they charged 16 pound and for others 19 they charged. While showing tickets on entry they gives lots of chocolates Cadbury. As you enter, they have one way arrangements which means everything like picture, ride, games comes by one after another. Which is so good, you can passed your two hours easily. Inside many corner they have toilets and water. Can take stroller easily inside. They gives chocolate tasting as well. George Cadbury nice success , Displays is very classic and attractive. Must must visit place, with best experience.

There're some interactive games and tasting session. The 4D cinema is quite interesting as the chair moves to simulate the movement. If you bring kids, you can spend hours at the playground as well. But you can't visit the factory itself :( that's why it's a 4 star rating

“Is that it?”… a good family day out however was constantly wondering what else there was. The “tour” felt like we had finished up at the gift shop before it had begun. The 4D experience was over in minutes. Some attractions were closed and renovation works occurring… didn’t feel like the full price experience.

We took our three sons and their bestie to see where our gorgeous British chocolate came from. They loved learning about its history and ever since they have been lovers of Aztec chilli chocolate. The opportunity to play with the chocolate at the demonstration tables was so much fun. They could enjoy other features including the gift shop, a chocolate lit disco, and shadow games and the whole time they were all looking forward to a lot of chocolate eating when we were finished. This was a fantastic day out with the children for my twins birthday. Can’t wait to go again in a few years. Visit 27 May 2018

A Nice day out with family and probably more suitable for older kids to appreciate it a bit more. You can get cheaper entry tickets if you get the train and it’s a short 10-15mins walk away from the station. Free parking on site. There was Free chocolate upon entry, (3-4 bars per person). It was a walking tour to learn about the history of Cadbury and how it was founded. There were Lots of interactive tablets and talking videos, which younger kids are not as interested in to learn about the history. There was a cute 4mins car ride in the middle, (more suitable for younger kids.) Other bits were a chocolate making station where you can play, scrape and write your name with the chocolate, 2 outdoor play areas, 4d cinema, chocolate museum, an indoor music and virtual games play area. Other features of the factory was a gift shop, an outlet shop and a restaurant. We went on a Monday afternoon at 2:30pm and it closes at 4-4:30pm, it was quiet and we sped through the whole tour which took about 1.5hrs, but we could have done with 30mins more to go to the 4d cinemas and museum, which was disappointing. The cinema, museum and outdoor play area were at the back of the factory separated, it would have been good if there was an indoor link to get there. Overall it was a nice day out with the family, it was small and not like it used to be where you could see them mixing the chocolate and making the shapes and decorating. But I would still go again ☺️

Had a wonderful time with family. The children absolutely loved the visit. There is so much to see and do - from the history of Cadbury, the chocolate making process to the 4D cinematic experience and plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained. You can comfortably spend 3/4 hrs and wonder how the time went so quickly. The ticket prices are reasonable and well worth the experience. Highly recommended - a must visit for all the chocolate lovers! ❤️

Amazing experience! The afternoon tea is an extra £5 each and it's absolutely brilliant value for money! Sandwich fillings were changed after putting a request in upon booking no problem and the quality of the food was brilliant i can't believe it was so cheap! The staff around the site were very polite and welcoming, lots of activities to do and free chocolate bars and chocolate tasting, 4d cinema was absolutely brilliant and it was very interesting learning about it all!! Would definitely recommend for all ages!

Such a great day out, so much to do and lots to learn, took a 3 year old that really enjoyed their day. Staff are very friendly and helpful. You get 3 bars each when entering the tour. 4d cinema was good and felt like a ride. Shop was well priced. The magic show was fun. The dressed up characters can be a bit scary, but they seem to be respectful of that.

Very good experience, we visited on a Wednesday in December and it was fairly empty. There wasn’t too much waiting time involved and was very enjoyable. The ticket included 4 chocolate bars, hands on experience with the chocolate, history of cadburys, taster, lots of chocolate displays and some roses. Would definitely recommend and would visit again!!

Great day out! Felt really safe with all the COVID 19 guidelines. The day was informative and the history is interesting. Staff were really pleasant. Enjoyed the Green Screen and the 4D chocolate adventure. Everywhere was clean, plenty of sanitizer and saw staff regularly spraying areas. The only thing that could be improved is the manufacturing demonstration, difficult to capture what was being said due to the mask and surrounding noise. A brilliant day out, highly recommended for kids and adults!

Went here today. I loved it. Had a great time. A lot to experience. We got to watch a 4D show and the seats shook which was funny. We got to play with chocolate. There is a little car ride too which made me feel like a little kid. It was fantastic. Plus free chocolate on entry (well probably included in the cost price). Booked online so saved a couple of quid. Great gift shop. There's a penny press to which I collect but unfortunately I didn't have any cash with me.

Filled with chocolate history, chocolate activities and chocolate memorabilia, this is a great place for anybody who loves chocolate. It has something for everyone whether you are an adult or child. Here, you will journey through the history of the world's most famous chocolate company. From the early creations of founder John Cadbury through to the most memorable Cadbury ads to more modern additions like the brilliant 4D Cadbury Cinema... this is an excellent 3-4 hour day out. A must-see tourist attraction. The closest you will get to Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory in real life. An iconic place celebrating an iconic Birmingham family and the extraordinary company they built.

Probably was expecting more polished experience. Felt a bit budget vs a well known brand. The canteen is absolutely shocking though with the food costing a fortune but the quality is the lowest that could be sourced. This could be a great place but seems to have lost a bit of pride in its self.

Great place for the whole family with great staff. My little boy wasn't well.on the day we went, and we wasn't able to finish the tour due to him being sick everywhere. The staff cleaned it up straight away and didn't make a big deal out of it they even renewed our ticket for us to come back! Just remember driving into Birmingham you have to pay the Clean Air Zone charge otherwise you get a £120 charge!

Well what can you say about Cadbury world without loving the chocolate. This place is 31 years old and still amazing, tour is still the same. So much history on chocolate and yes still no photos in certain places, my favourite was the advertising lane. They always do the best adverts. My top tip is too get the afternoon tea package great value for money. Hopefully Merlin group keep it the way it is please don't change it.

Took my children for a day out in the summer holidays. What a lovely experience. The staff were friendly and helpful too. We had booked our main tour for 13.30 but we were held up in traffic as there had been an accident. We phoned and they moved our booking for 15.30 instead. Took the stress off the journey instantly. We did the 4D experience first. It was brilliant, fun for all ages, we then made our way over to the main tour for our allotted time slot. The tour included bars of chocolate on entry, drawing with chocolate on a marble slab, photo on a green screen with different backdrops, chocolate liquid with varying toppings to choose from and a car ride which has a photo opportunity too.

Wow, what an experience!! Fantastic, very pleased, the kids and even grandma really loved it. The 4D chocolate adventure an additional attraction was magical, there is an African adventure play area outside, very popular with our 3yr old. And family entertainment show, we had a little dance, fun and interactive. staff very friendly and professional, chocolate making experience, And the final attraction was about 30minutes wait, a ride down some routes, ice scenery was beautiful. Free parking. I recommend

Second time visiting here (about 8 years apart). Kids enjoyed it. Self guided tour, which feels about right time wise. The gift shop was surprisingly reasonably priced, especially for the chocolate (which was in good supply anyway). Recommend taking a packed lunch to eat on the benches outside (weather permitting). We did the tour, then had our packed lunch at the African kids' play area before going into the 4D experience (was short but quite good). Then we immediately went to the kids' show (every 30 mins from noon) before finishing in the small Bournville museum. All in all, a good 3-4 hours at a reasonable price. The only downsides were the price of the photos which you feel obliged to buy (you don't have to, of course) and I feel that it would be great to actually see inside the factory (even if only a small view of an actual working area). Recommend visiting early (10am). Parking was good (and free).

Great day out with kids. 3-4 hours are enough after a long drive, well worth a visit. Kids came away happy. Adventure playground too, so nice to get a run around. Usual photo extras which can add up but I went with the optional extras for the easy memories and out the box is good for the average consumer. Recommend maybe every few years would be fun to revisit.

This was our second trip to Cadbury World and we certainly got a lot more out of it because it was quite a lot quieter. The kids had a great time and there is a good balance between the history and educational aspect and just having fun. There are some decent rides for the kids like the 4D Chocolate Adventure which was really good fun. One thing that stood out was just how friendly and engaging the staff were. Without exception, every one made an effort to talk to the children and just made the experience thay much more enjoyable. Hats off to the people working there!

First visit here, it was interesting to learn about the Cadbury family and how they started off. The museum with all the past and present chocolate bars was really good. Plenty of things for the kids to do, not much for adults to be fair, we got 3 free bars of chocolate, on entry, I did expect a bit more or at least some samples on way round. It was quite expensive at £21 per adult, we were told it would be cheaper if we booked, but was the same price when we got there as we paid online. Would probably go again with the grandkids but wouldnt go again on my own or with a group of adults.

Amazing, loving the new addition to the Merlin Pass. I took my mum as she’s never been before, and my sister. We all had a great time. Staff members all friendly and happy to have a general conversation. We were unaware of the time and missed out on one location. At least we loaded up on chocolates from the shop. Great additions! I’ve been 4-5 times and tech is definitely welcomed including the 4D experience. Looking forward to going again soon… FREE as a part of the Merlin attractions.

Good few hours, We tasted chocolate, had a play with the chocolate, did the ride, 4d cinema, met a few characters, saw Freddie's magic show, It was a great day! It's what you make of it. How they make it was very interesting and a great walk about. Outdoor playground for a dry day. My 5 year old really enjoyed it. Especially the shop at the end.

The tour was great. It's better to buy tickets online because you move faster than hen you have tickets and I think they sell out at the venue. I do know for sure that first preference was given to ticket holders. The little train ride was great because the whole tunnel is tastefully theme designed and there are lots of characters children and adults can recognize from books. The only wait is on the lines going to the different departments, but they move fast.

Cadbury World was a great experience. We arrived 1hr 30 minutes early and done the outdoor area first. The 4d cinema and the magic show were great. The play area looks good, but there is not much to actually do on it. The Tour itself is self guided and has lots of history about the company. You also get free chocolate at the beginning of the tour. The shop isn't as big as I thought it would be, but it is undergoing a refurb, so hopefully, when we return next year, it will be better. The items you can buy are relatively cheap, and if you spend over £20 you get a free large bar of chocolate. Overall, I would recommend at least going once.

I took my daughters here to Cadbury land when they were little it was a really good day out and we enjoyed ourselves and you even get to make a piece of fudge and cover it in chocolate until it goes hard. There was a bit of a ride in with the experience as well. In the gift shop however the reduced price of the chocolates and misshaped ones were a bit more costly than I thought but I suppose it’s the price you have to pay Around the back to the left hand side you get to learn about the bournville village and you get to see some of the old tinned chocolate packaging as well It’s worth a visit if you haven’t experienced it before My daughters enjoyed it anyway x

Really enjoyed the experience. Lots to see and do. The only reason I've given 4 stars (but really should be 4.5) is that there was a lot of renovations going on (which I know these things have to happen). Would love to visit again when renovations completed. However had a lovely time, lots to see and do.

Even as an adult I found Cadbury World to be alright. It wasn't the best but it wasn't the worst either. Most of the activities are catered towards younger audiences but there's still stuff to enjoy like the 4-D cinema, chocolate tasting sessions and the history of Cadbury I wouldn't say it's a must see attraction but I didn't regret going

I have been there years ago with my business study class to learn the history of Cadbury chocolate and how it became what it is today in time era. It was very clean , spacious , tidy , modern , colourful , big , vibrant and joyous place to go because they would want you to see everything when your in there alone or with other people. The staff were , attentive, knowledgeable , respectful , friendly , responsive, efficient , professional , informative and they always smiled which made me feel at home although I was far from home. They had different choices of chocolate like 10 Fredo chocolate bars in 1 bag , chocolate football , lot of chewing gums and assortment of chocolates in different shapes. The tour was amazing because they showed history of Cadbury , gave chocolate in each room which was really fun and it was interactive with where you get to design your chocolate wrapper on a interactive board in room then they showed us how they came with up the adverts for chocolate. This is souvenir that I made by using 1p coin to emboss what you see in the picture. If you do not go there then you will regret until you go there because you will enjoy every moment that you are in there , don’t miss your chance.

Good family day out 3 free bars of chocolate eat at the beginning of the tour which was a nice treat. Good information day about the history of cadburys and Bournville village, some good iterative displays and activities for the children and a fab shop at the end. We when just before lockdown 2 came in and felt very covid secure limited number so no queues and lots of sanitiser for you to use.

We had a great visit to Cadbury World just before lockdown 2. First we arrived a hour early and done the Bournville walk which is a very nice stroll around the factory and village. We then went into Cadbury World where there was enough to keep us, entertained for 3 hours. You also get given chocolate on entry! The Cadbury shop was great where we picked up some bargains. I got a box of 22x95g of Dairy milk for £3.96! We then enjoyed a very pleasant afternoon tea in the Cadbury cafe where the staff were brilliant, kind and helpful. All in all a great day and well worth a visit.

This place is good to visit once in a lifetime. The prices for a family of 5 was £64. Good points there's a lot to see and do. They offer 3 free chocolate per person, at the entrance of the allocated time. Not so good: it involves a lot of walking and stairs. The shows are about 5 minutes long and they won't allow you to go back again. Not enough staff around to ask support or questions. Overall a good day out but expensive!

A group of us went with ages from 13 to 70..we all enjoyed it and found it very interesting.. something new around every corner.. great fun and chocolate to eat as well.. what can be better? Also loads of hand sanitizers and not too crowded. Definitely recommend

We had a great time at cadburys world. There is a lot to see outside as well so make sure you arrive ahead of your time. Free parking is a bonus. You will also get chocolates with your entry and there is a shop with reasonable prices if you wish to purchase chocolate (of course you do!!!)

Lack of signage, had to ask for directions all the time, would have helped with a. map. Freebies were good. Chocolate experiences were nice, children enjoyed them.

  • 4/5 Alex D. 2 years ago on Google
Nice day out with the kids, at first it looks like you are lost since you drive to the factory. The whole experience was good, and we got lots of chocolate for free as well. The main let down was the restaurant. Not good at all and the food really basic.

  • 4/5 Grant M. 2 years ago on Google
Loved the day out with the kids....but what an absolute rip off and disappointment the standard of food was for the kids. £8 for two milkshake in a small plastic cup. £7.50 for 4 tiny, overcooked, hard, inedible pieces of chicken and a tiny portion of chips? Really?...disgraceful! Considering that the entrance fee was around £75 for 4 of us, then photos on the way round, £20 spent there, another £20 for 2 x coffees and 2 x soft drinks and those milkshakes.....it makes for a very expensive day out! The factory tour a great, but sort the standard of food and prices of your kids meals out PLEASE!!

Amazing place!Perfect place for a day out with a family! My parents enjoy every bits of chocolate 😁The tour through chocolate fabric is well organised. We had a chance to design chocolate and we really enjoyed. The space is clean and tidy. Lot’s of staff members to ask if you have questions. The play area out side is big and good. Lot’s of staff to do for children not to get bored. The car park is big. We booked tickets ahed. At the end of the trip everybody agreed the price is too small for what they offer. Recommend! 🔆📸

I attended Cadbury World on the world chocolate day, I would advice to go on a not so significant day. There were so many people there and not enough chance to read the displays on the wall and immerse fully only the experience. But it was still a very fascinating tour of the grounds and the bournville

  • 5/5 kuldeep d. 9 months ago on Google
Cadbury world is a unique place. The world of chocolates. You start with some exhibitions about the history then there is some visual presentation about the beginning of Cadbury, the process of making chocolate. You can play with the liquid chocolate or write any message of your wish. It also includes the adventure park. Also you will get some free chocolates😋

  • 3/5 Andy C. 9 months ago on Google
I went with my partner, so this review is coming from two adults as we didn't go with children. I got the tickets for free and at that price, I would say it's worth going for the free chocolate and the Cadbury shop at the end (15p for a Freddo I think it was). The tour itself was quite average, but probably fine for children. I could see so much potential though to really make it more immersive and interesting but I guess there's no point for them to do that if it's aimed at children.

Brilliant family day out no matter what your age. The 4D experience was great fun and getting to play with the chocolate. Obviously the best bit was tasting it though 😋

A fabulous family day out. The children absolutely loved it. The tour of the factory was fun & the chocolate sculptures were amazing. For younger children, it was great.

A quick meet up at Cadbury World and a drop In to the shop, has to be done. Always end up spending too much but it can’t be helped. The only problem this time was they had no Mishapes!!! Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of parking which is free and on a dry day there’s a play area around the back as well as a museum and other things to do if you don’t want to go on the factory tour.

  • 5/5 Ryan M. 5 months ago on Google
recommend booking tickets a couple days prior. Very informative and many interactive displays for the whole family to participate in. A great discount store, recommend the miss-shapes bag!! Plenty of parking and easy to get too!!

  • 5/5 Mike N. 4 months ago on Google
How can you not give a chocolate factory full marks? Ok, so it wasn't exactly like Willy Wonka's place, but I, and the family, still found it a great way to spend 5 hours. The only real negative was that a couple of areas/exhibits were unavailable due to refurbishment, but there was still plenty to do and see. Plus, the free chocolate on the way round helped ;-) . After the free parking we found the small queue at the beginning went down really quick as all staff seemed to know what they were doing, and friendly too. Very informative tour and set out well. The Bournville experience is well worth checking out, too, especially for that trip down memory lane. The cafe isn't the cheapest, but just take a pack lunch instead, and the shop is pretty decent with some nice souvenirs, and although not that cheap, there are some decent offers occasionally. I definitely recommend it if you're a chocolate lover or a history fan.

Very busy, plenty of free parking. Crowd control into chocolate history zones. Free samples given out. Amount according to size of your party. Shop selling a good selection of chocolate products. On site cafe expensive. You can have a chocolate theme afternoon tea or organise a birthday party if you wish extra. A great day out for chocoholics.

A British brand taken into the theme park era! Years ago Cadburys world felt it was all about the chocolate and the smell of the factory. But now it seems that it has been ‘Disneyfied’ and missed the crucial part about modernising an aging visitor attraction. Not much smell of chocolate, only when you’re in playing with tempering chocolate or eating one of 4 bars you’re given at the beginning. Although some of it still carries the traditional Cadbury history of the company it feels it needs updating and going back to basics. It should keep both children and adults entertained throughout . It should be a world like Charlie and the chocolate factory not a money making investment for its American owners. For the money we would only visit every 10 years because that seems to be the only time we see any difference in the experience. I would like to see more of the bars being made though.

Enjoyed a couple of hours there this morning, lift for disabled visitors could be bigger, feeling claustrophobic i declined to use it due to its very small area.Every member of staff we spoke too were very friendly and helpful, even the security guards. Well organised attractions, Santa show was enjoyable. Plenty free chocolate on your way round and some good bargains in the Cadbury shop .
