Did the chocolate factory with family age ranging from 7 to 67 and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and helpful and explained everything really well. From the outside of the building we wondered how good the set up would be but the room is really well set up with plenty of challenges. We have already recommended it to family and will certainly be back ourselves. Well worth a visit.

I've played all the games here and thoroughly enjoyed them all. Staff all genuinely very pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. Just did Magic School today and I think that was actually my favourite one. No spoilers here, go and enjoy 👍👍

A small venue for escape rooms, but this is made up for by hands-on service and creative puzzles. More importantly, unlike other places, they welcomed my 8 year old son and changed the escape plan to avoid scary jump scares. I don’t know if another place willing to cater to families in that way. Highly recommended.

As my first visit to any escape room I don't have anything to compare it to, but I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will definitely return to try their other rooms. We were in the Chocolate Factory and enjoyed all the different challenges, both physical and mental, to unlock the ingredients - it certainly focuses the mind and makes you work as a team. The staff were great and explained everything clearly and our game master guided us along the way - thanks Polly. We escaped with only a minute to spare! Great fun.

A really great personal experience for me and my family and great value for a group activity. The staff are brilliant - Friendly, professional and entertaining. The pacing of the activity was ideal with subtle hints along the way when you got stuck which really helped with the flow of the game. We finished with seconds to spare and big grins on our faces, really looking forward to returning for the other games.

A great company that provide a great experience we went as a prequel to a few drinks there was six of us in Sams Saloon. The game was well thought through and a challenge, but one which we did complete. In dealings before and after the day on a couple of issues the company were as helpful as could be and very accommodating. Have no concerns about going and having a go, its great fun and takes your mind off it all for a good hour.

Really good fun. Tom was our host he was really great! We did the Magic School room which was fun and challenging. Looking forward to trying out another escape room at the same venue.

Great fun for the family. We did the toughest Saloon Bar room and almost cracked it! 1hr time limit, for the money I found it good value however some of the items in the room could be updated/replaced

We had a great experience at Escape Time last night. It was our first escape room and we managed to escape with about a minute to spare! Lewis J was especially good as our host; even though it was his first day. The puzzles and challenges were thought provoking and interesting to carry out. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely try other escape rooms in the future.

Great place staff are amazing. Front of the place needs a makeover but the choco room itself is spotless. Clues were challenging and fun polly the parrot was amazing however she sounded muffled and had to keep asking her what she said already booked again

Thoroughly enjoyed myself however at some points our group felt like we weren't being left alone to figure things out enough - clues and answers were being given at random when we did not need nor request them, which distracted us from what we were currently doing. I still however enjoyed the experience, I just think there should be a signal to show you need help so that people are given the time they want or need to work it out on their own should they want to. Would definitely try another room!

Fun all round! I have done all the rooms here and they're all good fun, challenging and we'll thought out. Recommend to anyone and everyone :) Staff are great and really know how to set the scene :) it's a must do!
