I don't think they should be open 24 hours. It is my partner who goes & he enjoys it there as the staff are very pleasant. I think these kind of places can ruin family life if they have an addict in the family & would like to see a change in the law, i.e. much stricter.

The staff sre very helpful, my company send me to cover a shift as a security. Lots of packing space and the security of the place is tight. You can get good and drink while playing games. So proud of the environment aswell, it's very clean and welcoming. You should visit. Unfortunately i didn't take a picture as i was on duty.

Im visitor from Scotland, staff didn’t let me use my country’s currency while there’s no sign or rule says cant. Is it racism? Is Scottish money not the same as English? I need an explanation!

Good casino. Manager seemed to think I have bad hearing and can’t hear him talking badly about customers. Other than that nice venue but over crowded tables on roulette and little on black jack.

Came here for a wind down after a stag do as it was close to our hotel. Found the staff to be a bit over the top regarding me showing ID and after calling the manager we were finally allowed in. Had a few drinks and won a few quid so all was well in the end.

You're going to love it there, there's disabled access to the casino. food and drinks is available aswell. And security is 24hrs also there's lots of space for parking.The manager is very nice and friendly. And there staff are very mannered. I love it there nice and cosy casino 🎰 clean and well presentable place. I've worked there as a security.

Such a great place. Staff so friendly and we managed to win a few quid. Top night and we will be back

Super friendly staff, free soft drinks, clean and cool. Don't forget to ask for the free peanuts too 🥜. Wheelchair accessible (although a tight squeeze into the smoking area) and nice food too.

This was a fantastic casino before it was bought by "double diamond gaming" I was appalled by my visit recently to see what this place became, nothing but street thugs hanging around with hooded jackets on and rude staff, I didn't feel safe at all, I won't be returning

Friendly welcoming place they look after good costumers gave me free £20 bet on black jack table just for being polite good night out if stick to limit

Good casino, the girls at the reception are kind and the people inside too. They have 2 roulette tables and many other games to play. I had a good time there.

I played more than seven times but I didn't win any money.

I work here, but I am not forced to say just positives. As every workplace even this have some issues, but there is much more positives than issues, management treat us as a people, as a friends, not as a piece of furniture like casino where I used to work before. Customer wise, I have to say this is our priority, we are being reminded often that customer service is number one responsibility for us. We are trying our best and I believe we are delivering, we have loads of happy returning customers...

I have been to Rainbow Casino 3 times :) You will need to be a member and if you are not it doesn't take long to join. You will need your ID . There are lots of male members, I have been with my friend and we were the only girls but we still enjoyed the time there

Having now visited the restaurant previously, this really is the place for that 'Special Treat'. The variety and quality of the food is not only exceptional but the chef 'Curtis' will always go that Extra Mile to accommodate your individual needs and requirements. This is as good a restaurant and more than comparable to many of the celebrity venues in Birmingham. Its intimate atmosphere and friendly staff and management make it a pleasure to visit every time.
