AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! They are a complete scam and a thieving company. They will try and argue with you, until you quote your rights and state THEIR OWN Terms & Conditions, then they completely ignore you. Save your money and go elsewhere. This company should be shut down for how poor they treat people.

Our Disney tickets were cancelled due to the pandemic and I requested a full refund. Attractiontix is enforcing a cancellation charge on our tickets which was originally £400, but as a guesture of good will dropped to £250!!! If you contact Disney directly, they are reimbursing all tickets to 100% of the value, which begs the question as to why Attractiontix are still charging such a ludicrous amount! After countless emails, also quoting their terms and conditions which clearly states they will refund in full if arrangements change and it is the providers / their fault (which in this case, Disney was closed at the time of our travel), yet they continue to reply with their cut and paste response and will not budge. They have offered us to transfer the tickets to 2021, but that is not a possibility for us, nor is it convenient. Its one thing to rearrange a ticket for the UK and expect the customer to go, but it is another thing to expect us to hop on a plane to Florida to utilise the ticket!!! No one was expecting this pandemic, and that is exactly why we did not take out the protection plan. We would have continued to travel in March if it wasn't for the boarders closing; our intentions were to go and have a holiday of a life time. It seems very heartless to take money from people in these strained times, when their dream holiday has already been crushed and all other operators are adhering to their terms and conditions by refunding their loyal customers with the full amount. Attractiontix should be ashamed of their selves for using this time as an opportunity to make money out of those who are already struggling.

Fabulous tour guide - very interesting. Saw all the key places without wondering around aimlessly. Lots of steps in the Palatine Hill - one of our group struggled. Fast access to the Colosseum- avoiding the enormous queue. Easy to find meeting point. Friendly person met us. Highly recommended!

I purchased the two day hopper with Fast Pass for £201. When I took my tickets to Disneyland, they where very confused by my purchase and it took ages and several people checking my purchase to make sure it was legit Because the e-ticket I had to exchange made no mention of the FastPass element, I had to pay $60 extra to gain access for 2 people, for 2 days on top of my purchase. Very unhappy.

Great way of getting discounted tickets to attractions. We saved on park entry and got a free meal deal thrown in. Easy to use and tickets arrived instantly. Great job

Easy to buy and cheapest for Disneyland Paris that I found. Just as a note the tickets brought here are vouchers for Disneyland Paris and need to be changed from voucher to ticket on arrival. Look for green window canopy with word voucher exchange on (as this took us an hour and a half to get through bag check queue and to find the right place to go) once there self scan your voucher on the computer sceen, which prints out your tickets.

Needed a New York pass same day, should take 48 hours but received within 15 minutes, highly recommend this company.

Finding and booking the appropriate tickets for our trip was easy. I received my free "surprise holiday reveal" pack quickly too. The only thing I would change is the free gift itself... I booked for myself and my husband, so an option when booking to not receive the "reveal" pack, or maybe choose a different gift, would've been cool, as it really isn't a surprise for us 😏

Fantastic!!! Four adult tickets to 2 parks on one day for less than £300. You can't get better than that. The icing on the cake was that FAST PASS was included as well, it was brilliant and made our day a million times easier. Thank you!!! Really easy to book (I did it from my phone sat on the beach) then I paid €1.20 to get the camp site to print off the tickets, so simple. I would use Attraction Tix again in a heartbeat. If you are worrying about it being too good to be true and a scam of some sort, it really isn't. I was a little dubious myself, but don't worry. Just book your tickets and have a fantastic day. Ordered tickets online whilst sitting on the Loire as a treat for my kids and God son. All details entered, payment made, bank confirms transaction. Email received. Returned to camp, no signal turned off phone. Paddled to car in morning, drove to Paris, suprise kids with my previous nights secret booking. All excited, even me! Arrive Disneyland 45 minutes before opening discover email does not contain ticket reference. Try to call, Attraction Tix not open! Check bank, money definitely taken. Wait for Attraction Tix to open. 4 calls later, no tickets. Definitely no error on my part. Company refused to provide the tickets. Would only arrange a refund or tickets for another day. Tickets at Disneyland Paris £30 more per person per day than I had paid. 3 oldest kids and I managed to scrap enough between our cards for them to enter. God son and I had a miserable day. I see my God son every 2 years because we live in different countries. Wrongly he blames me and Disney. Attraction Tix should be ashamed! The company did arrange a refund to my current account but 3 hours had passed and my God son was on his way back to Denmark! Too little too late. So Attraction Tix agreed to find out what had gone wrong with their IT systems and then formulate a compensation offer. 2 weeks later all I have received is an invitation email to write this review! What I would appreciate is £30 compensation for each of the 3 kids who we managed to buy tickets for plus £20 each for the hour and a half they missed due to late entry. All return transport and entry costs for an adult and my God son to travel down to Paris from Denmark, hotel before and after. That would compensate us to the level that we received what we paid for. It doesn't cover the disappointment and wasted time. If I here anything from the company I'll post an update!

The vouchers were delivered straight away by email. At the two parks, we were able to go straight in. We didn't have to queue separately, to exchange the Attraction Tix voucher for a Siam Park or Loro Parque ticket. The 10 Euro vouchers also worked and we able to use them in both parks.

What a nightmare ! When we arrived at Disneyland Paris and tried to gain entree we were told we needed to print out our park tickets. When I ordered the tickets it clearly stated that you can use your E ticket to enter the park and head straight towards the turnstiles. This was not the case ! Our party included 2 children and 5 adults. The E Tickets we were sent had not downloaded the PDF properly on both mine and my husbands tickets. After waiting an hour in one queue we were sent to customer relations and waited another hour to be laughed at by a male member of staff. The park opened st 10am and we didn’t get in to the park until after 12. I would not use Attraction Tix again as my time is more important than saving a few quid

Bought 4 tickets with lunch vouchers for siam park in tenerife. Received tickets in less than 5 minutes. Had a great day with the family and would definitely use your company again. I will also recomend you to friends. Thankyou.

Saw this advertised through YouTube a little sceptical at first read the comments some wasn’t very good didn’t want to be scammed or victim of fraud but then I saw good reviews and done some more digging and used there 10% code saved me £30+ and got the tickets the next day absolutely brilliant very very happy I used this site and very happy I come across it I put the Disney land Paris tickets into the official Disney app all the tickets came up all legit I will be a returning customer thank you very much attractiontix
