The entrance is on the right side of Dixons (little mews). Its a nice and quiet park but unfortunately you need a key to enter the park (I had to wait for someone to open the gate on my way in and on my way out) Also, avoid sitting close to the pool as I saw a big rat and a mouse running near the pool. People confirmed there are lot of rats there.

I was approached by a large dog off its lead with its owner. The woman failed to put the dog on the lead after I had requested this. The dog jumped onto me and caused me to be upset along with getting mud on me. She did not have control of her dog. The manager did nothing to help except offering to clean up my clothes but failed to do so. She talked to the woman, helping the woman but not me. The manager told me not to come back, a comment that I found offensive as it is a private park and I was not at fault. This is extremely unprofessional. I am very disappointed at the lack of control in this park. Dogs should be under control if they are to be let off leads as it is unacceptable for this to happen. This is a private park and therefore I feel the need to escalate this. It is supposed to be a safe space. The manager should have done more. The lady should not have been allowed to have her dog with her if she was unable to control it. Where can I make a formal complaint?

On a normal day, the park is a great quiet space to chill out in. The lake is well stocked with fish and I regularly see people landing decent sized carp. There are also tennis courts, a yoga studio on site and an old ice house that's occasionally opened up. Access is through electronic gates, so a key is needed The park is also home to the Moseley Folk Festival and various other events throughout the year. These are very well run and incredibly welcoming

This is a little hidden oasis, now made famous by the hosting of two festivals but a beautiful place for the locals to come all the year round. There is now a yoga studio in situ also.

Disappointingly this park is key access only, with the charity that maintains the park charging £60 a year for access. Green spaces should be accessible. Glad that the Bog wasn't too far so we could go there for a day out instead. Looked nice though.

Had a truly amazing Sunday at Moseley Music and Art Festival with my 2 closest lovely girlie friends. The organisation for this event was superb, refillable water drinking stations as no 'single use plastic' which I'm all for. Lots of local eatery stations, plenty of choice although I just love doing picnics so we brought our own food with us. It was perfectly safe to leave our blankets and bags etc on the ground unattended whilst just keeping our debit cards and phones with us whilst we looked around a few times. Had a go at making our own flower 🌼headbands, Morris Dancing and a singing workshop and we really enjoyed all these activities. There was plenty going on to do all around the site and some great poets at Speaker's Corner. Really good sound from the stage and Passenger especially were amazing, Mike Rosenberg really knows how to engage the audience. The weather 😎absolute bliss and fantastic to be in a thin summer dress enjoying the sunshine 🌞in September. My only regret is that we didn't make a weekend of it. Well done Moseley Festival and how lovely that people left no rubbish that I could see of. Next year ......(Photos included don't show people's faces).

Stunning oasis that feels like an escape from city life. Well looked after with fab community events like the light trail, not to mention yoga classes and its infamous Moseley Jazz fest!

Just a flying visit to a local key holder park. I was kindly let in and saw a well kept tidy park. Great pond and various habitats. Well done the locals for looking after it and thanks for letting me out.

Went to UB 40 , all acts were great, but what a great venue. Lots of friendly stewards, very good toilet facilities lots of choice for drinks/food. So easy to get away after, walked straight out onto the bus to hotel in Digbeth, last song to hotel was 20 mins.

I've known and regularly visited this park for over 40 years and found it a glorious, magical, well-maintained hidden gem. I repeatedly gave it 5 stars. I'm so sorry to report that it now looks tired, exposed and unloved. Walking there today, the tree-lined perimeter enclosing a magical space has largely been eroded. The paths are now more difficult to transit than I ever remember, at any time of year, being muddy, undefined and neglected. What's happened to our park? 😪

We lived in Moseley in the 1980s and never got to visit the Moseley Park. Thank you Birmingham Heritage Week for giving us the opportunity to visit the Ice House and Park. How beautiful it is and we were surprised how big it is too. Well worth a visit on a Wednesday when access is available.

This is a lovely private park, normally open only to those who pay an annual fee for a key, I was lucky enough to visit this park for a mini festival. There are two well kept toilets by the entrance on the main road and it is fairly easy to find your way around. Well worth a visit it is only open to the public on certain days.

Largish private parkland in the heart of Moseley. Nice nature trees and shrubbery and a fishing lake (a bit neglected) to boot. Newish yoga studio situated near entrance. Very hip and tranquil. Yearly payment to gain access at a reasonable price should you live close by and feel you would benefit

Lovely park and well worth getting a key if you are a Moseley resident. Good facilities that are well kept including toilets, tennis courts and a multi-purpose studio. Lots of space in the park itself and it seemed well kept while still seemingly quite natural. A nice mix of benches and and open spaces and lots of nice wildlife to sit and enjoy watching. I know (in normal times) the park hosts some great events as well. Then easy access back to the main road if you want any other amenities.
