A good 1.5 hours walk round chase water with a really pissed of 3 year old wouldn't recommend. But for a nice stroll with the dog on a nice day to clear your head, fab! Toilets, new little park for the kids and a cafe for a bite to eat or take your own picnic. Sorted.

First visit to this amazing place! Really cheap car parking, only £3.00 for the full day so great value. There's so much to see & do here: - Just an amazingly beautiful walk around the lake, there's a short wooden bridge, a lovely raised section, & an off track path too - A lovely cafe with inside & outside seating, some of the outside seating is covered too - Another amazing cafe at the train station section that's fenced off with inside & outside heating - There's also a small caravan park on the waterside - There's also loads of water sports here too but I'm yet to have a go at them Will be returning here soon

It's a really amazing place and cheap car parking, only £3.00 for the full day. There's so much to do and see here: - Big open kids play area - so great for kids - The Shed for coffee or amazing ice cream for your walk or pit stop. - Beautiful walk around the lake, approx 3.25miles, or further if going off trial and explore. - Amazing cafe at the train station section, seating with inside & outside, see the trains and gift shop. - There's also a small caravan park on the waterside - There's also loads of water sports here too but I'm yet to have a go at them - A lovely cafe (The Station Cafeteria - by Burntwood) with inside and outside seating, some of the outside seating will have a parasol. - Public toilet available

That's such a nice place to take a walk and spend time in the fresh air, nearby to water reservoir. It's a clear way to car park, quite big enough, Exhibition Center, playground and picnic area, wake boarding trail and lovely paths around the water. It's possible to be a passenger of special railways on Brown Hills station. Great experience and also occasion to meet wild animals in the forest.

It is such a beautiful place to walk, lots of different paths. Lovely ice cream / coffee hut along with a separate cafe that is joined to visitors centre. Very dog friendly. Great playground for children. Several places to stop for a picnic on a rug and also picnic benches available near the visitors centre.

First time I've been here and what a find.there is plenty of parking and very reasonably priced.£3 for all-day or £1 for two hours.if you have kids there's a playground for them to enjoy while adults can sit on the benches and enjoy a drink or little snack from the cafe. There isn't a big choice of food at the café,little example toastie, panini, jacket potatoes but it does do Costa drinks.this is also where the public toilets are.Alittle further down and there is a place that does ice cream etc. I did see an old adventure golf there but not sure if was open but looks like it's in need of alot of TLC.i came for a walk around the water, this was so nice, the paths are wide enough for people to walk and also cyclists to pass. The walk takes you from water views to tree/wildlife and even a steam train,If it's running. On my visit I was lucky enough to see deer close up which was amazing.first time here but won't be the last.

Lovely place to walk, participate in water sports or ride your bike/scooter/skateboard etc. There's a playground with equipment that's suitable for children of all ages & a cafe. There are also plenty of picnic tables for you to enjoy a picnic if you prefer. There's also a railway that does short journeys along it's line, which is wonderful. There's definitely plenty to do for all the family. A great place to visit. 😃

Beautiful place to visit and spend the day relaxing. Watch the watersports, take a trip on the train, relax by the water, see the deer take a stroll down the canal. If you have children there is a well equipped play area

Chasewater Country Park - Staffordshire County Council is a park with water and a boat, but the boat is you cannot access. However, there is a playground for kids to enjoy. There is water skiing. The car park is paid, but blue badge holders are free to park.

My babys 1st time to a park ❤️ this Park...you have to pay to park not expensive, the cafe is sweet. Wish they had a selection of food available not just cake and sausage rolls. Very clean and family friendly. Will make this our regular park outings.

What a gem of a place to take family out . Lots of activities for the kids to enjoy , crazy golf , play area and water sports.. Very dog friendly . Visit centre serves refreshments and there is couple more cafes around the park . Plenty of picnic areas . Toilets available. Plenty of parking , £1 for 2 hours or £3 all day ( cash only payment ) Blue badges free . Only disappointment was , we didn't get to see the deer . We definitely be coming back here

A lovely place to go for a walk. It's about three miles around the lake and it's quite picturesque. If you use a wheelchair then you are able to get the whole way around. Some large stones were put on the paths through the wooded area but if you have the right kind of wheels then you're good to go over them. There is a small cafe near the car park and visit centre which serves refreshments and a newly refurbished park for the kids. There is another cafe by the old train station too. There is also a newly refurbished coffee shop just opposite the car park, next to the crazy golf. There are loads of birds to feed, including swans and geese. Towards the back of the lake there is another car park and cafe. Parking is free with a blue badge but you will have to pay without one. It's very cheap, though. But you will need cash. There is a company here that provides watersports too.

My children and I loved our visit to Chasewater. It has been a while since we were last here, but it is so peaceful and well kept. There is also a nice cafe and gift shop.

Lovely country park. Dog friendly and great play ground for the kids. Coffee very good but sandwich really not (from main cafe)

I love it here. Most people are friendly you come across. Mostly clean, some irresponsible people not picking up after their dogs but on the whole it's a lovely place. Seen the deer up close a few times now.

Great place for a walk. Could do with a better track to go all the way round as you can't walk through the boat club so end up having to go on the road which is a shame.

Great place for a nice walk or a picnic, plenty of space for everyone. Refreshments on offer, toilets, children's play area, some water activities at extra cost, parking plentiful and cheap at £1.00 for 2 hours.

Overall Rating: ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ Recommend: ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ Happiest: ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ CAR PARKING COINS ONLY in 21st century? Great for a long walk, most parking machines but only accept coins in change. Won't accept notes or cards. £3 for all day, when I do it but not for all day! In this day and age this is unacceptable I think. No any cash machine to exchange to coins and Every shop can’t exchange do it. They said exchange fee!!! For long walk or with dogs is wonderful walk around a beautiful park. There’s no beach, no sand only good views as lake.

Beautiful park centred around a scenic lake. Lovely views, good parking facilities (£1 for 2h), clean toilets and a fab café with a fab selection of cakes, pastries, ice cream and gelato. Visited for the parkrun but will definitely be back
