Great little park on the edge of Dudley town centre. Named for the mediaeval ruined priory there (very picturesque), landscaping includes some lovely mature trees, rhododendrons are out right now, some great wildflower planting. Tennis courts. Park isn't flat but pretty easy to walk, especially with well defined tarmac paths.

A great place to visit. Easy to get too and parking is great too. Priory park has these amazing ruins of an old priory built in the 1150's. It is right on the edge of a lovely park where families can enjoy the outside. If you love parks this is ideal, if you love to visit ruins it should top your list. Worth a visit.

I hadn't been here for over 1.5 years, but what a difference.. I didn't realise there was a little cafe which is part of the Gather chain. The lady was very pleasant, and we had good conversation.. she moved from London and loves the Dudley accent 😊 Will certainly go back with the Men's walking group again.

Shot a wedding at the Priory Hall. Nice venue and the park and ruins make for a nice location to walk around and get some great couple's portraits. www.baphoto.co.uk

This is a nice park, there's a nice playground for kids often they have summer events on here during the school holidays such as fun fairs and climbing walls etc. There is a little pond and considering how close you are to the town centre it's nice and quiet and peaceful. The priory ruins which are close to the park are a nice little walk with lots of history linked to them well worth a visit if you're passing, the area surrounding the park is not always the nicest so be mindful about leaving valuables on show in cars if you park up. They're are really good bus links here, easy links into Dudley and Wolverhampton from right outside the park. Just around the corner from the park they're also rentable tennis courts these have recently been refurbished.

Nice environment for a little stroll or jog. Lots of broken glass about on footpaths not as cared for as it could be.

It's set in Ruins of a castle, in the 1960s there used to be a cafe too... Its great for wedding photos too, I got married there 11 yrs ago in September so I have wedding photos with the ruins on, It's deteriorated quite a bit since then... It's so peaceful there on a Sunday, even though there are lots of houses there... It is just lovely especially with all the flowers still out and not died off yet.. Go take a picnic listen to the birds, make some memories

Really nice park for the community. Grass lands for walking the dogs. Park was updated couple of years ago. Gravel pathways. Children's play area. Tennis courts. Basket ball court. Statue of Dorothy Round the tennis star. Modern park keeper offices and public toilets. Rose gardens. Shrubs. Duck pond. Priory Park ruins. Priory house. This is an excellent park for the community. There are shops close by. The 126 bus stops alongside the park.

Great as a local park, it's got basketball hoops, good sized kids play area and some nice ruins to walk around. Would I travel to visit it, no. But will I go and steal the ivy for my stick insects from there again, absolutely!!!

Informative signage. Floor layout of the area that the buildings occupied. Ruins well maintained and stand in a garden area. Within walking distance from Dudley Zoo and Town Centre.

Well maintained, lots of free activities, beautiful scenery that’s well maintained and the old Priory Ruins are certainly worth a look round

Priory Park, besides the history of it's Ancient Priory ruins, has a little of everything for everyone. Parking on its surrounding roads, Good pathways throughout with ramps where there are steps, Grassed areas, a Bowling Green, a 5-a-side Grassed Football Pitch as well as a 5-a-side Hardcourt Football pitch, doubling as a Basket Ball court, a Tennis Court, woodland, and many seated areas. There is a Cafe and Toilets (the downside of which though being that they never seem to be open..... Maybe Dudley Metropolitan Council would like to explain why). So bar the latter, all in all Priory Park is a great ammenity.

Delightful ruins of Dudley's ancient priory set in well maintained gardens. The park has facilities for young children as well as tennis courts which are set away from the ruins and screened by trees (a good variety here) and bushes making the ruins quiet and peaceful to explore. Only a 10 minute walk from the town, castle and zoo.

Just love this park. It's so well looked after with no litter and no dog mess. I walk my dog around priory park and its nice to see dog walkers getting there dogs mess up. It's well maintained by the local council. It's nice of see families enjoying themselves on the green areas or playing tennis ect. The park is on a level ground and the foot paths are level and kept clean. There are toilets and a cafe which are closed due to the covid-19 restrictions which is a shame. You can park on the roads around the park for free which makes a nice change.
