Everything about this hotel is superb. We needed a dog friendly hotel and it certainly is that. But that's not to say that any guests without dogs are aware of them as certain areas are understandably out of bounds to dogs. Our suite was lovely. Clean and comfortable to a high standard. Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful. Finally, the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay there again.

Room is comfortable for 2 persons. Breakfast was great. Receptionist Ali was very helpful. Kudos to him. Complimentary snack bar on every Mon - Wed, 6.30pm - 7.30pm. Free alcoholic beverage and non alcoholic beverage, with some snacks. Good for mingling and get together. Great job from Debbie, Manager, Sales.

If you are going to stay in Birmingham and you need a hotel that has everything you need to self-cater then this is for you. The suites/rooms are self contained. You have a bedroom, bathroom, small kitchen and living space. In essence a small apartment/flat, for the price of a hotel room. The price is very reasonable for the suites. Located about a 4 minute walk from Birmingham New Street Station you have to look for the address and not a building, as the entrance looks like a commercial building. I have to admit that the first time I stayed there I missed the entrance. The reception does have a mini store to make purchases, but there are major supermarket stores within 2 minutes of the hotel. Also located within the shopping centre of Birmingham so many places to shop and eat. Recommend that you make reservations in advance as the suites fill up fast.

Had a great stay here. Lovely room, with cooking facilities too. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed. Really good breakfast, buffet style. Very good value for money. Will definitely go back.

I enjoyed my stay there. Clean and cosy room. Very practical which I appreciated. Good size and comfortable bathroom. I also have a kitchen with all appliances! If you want to stay there for longer you will be fully independent if you choose so. Very impressive. Breakfasts were included in my stay and they were fantastic! Exceed my expectations! You can choose whatever you fancy that day and you can have a second helping if you want. Nice staff who is ready to help but it's not all over you. Great job! Very impressive. Thanks a lot.

First impressions, it wasn't obvious to see when walking towards it and following Google maps, but hey, it wasn't far to walk from New Street. Good location and a nice looking hotel once inside. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room itself was very nice and comfortable, with a large bathroom plus a kitchenette. My down points are, could I hell find the T.V remote and I was too tired to get dressed and go down to reception, so it was a quiet night, which wasn't bad. The next morning, keeping an eye on time via the oversized clock on the wall, was actually wrong, not very helpful that. I only stayed one night and had breakfast there too, which was nice, no issues really. All in all, not a bad place indeed. 👍

Located very close to Birmingham New Street (5 min walk), this hotel is ideally located for central areas including the Christmas Markets. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfy. The kitchen is well equipped, including hob, microwave oven and dishwasher are a blessing, making it a home from home. The social nights are great, with free drinks and nibbles. The breakfast is tasty and hot. I travel to Birmingham regularly and will be using this hotel again, as well as recommending to colleagues.

Booked this last minute for a night out based just round the corner. The hotel was clean and modern, definitely didn't match the outside view! Check in was easy, the staff were very friendly. The room was very clean, I have high expectations with cleanliness and I wasn't dissatisfied with anything here. Room again was modern, had everything we needed, even a dishwasher! The air con didn't work so phoned reception on my phone as the room handset didn't work and the night staff who was super friendly bought us 2 fans which did the job nicely. Breakfast was nice, had a little bit of everything you could want. Check out staff were also very friendly. I don't tend to stay at hotels more than once but I would definitely stay here again.

Slap bang on the heart of the city. Birmingham railway station just up the street, tram stop close by. The Bull ring just around the corner. Rooms excellent as always. Clean, great facilities with kitchenette. Washing machine and dryers available. Lovely buffet style breakfast. Felt very relaxing. Staff were wonderful.

Lovely Hotel room was really nice & clean. breakfast was good the only reason I took 1 star off was because there were migrants there kids running around at Breakfast it was noisy at Breakfast women lying Over sofas in reception bringing the Hotel Down. We would stay Again in the future as it was so central Staff We're Pleasant.

Perfect experience, nice and welcoming staff, helpful reception. It's all about location, location and location! Beautiful view of the street and city center. A quiet peaceful place to stay, study, work and shopping. Rooms come with a nice small kitchen, perfect for a quick meal. TV set, super clean bath and a warm bed with clean sheets to sleep. Free breakfasts and social evenings were awesome and came with a veriaty of choices. Staff are helpful and lovely. Great experience we had for two weeks. Thank you IHG.

My partner and I absolutely loved this hotel and will be visiting a lot more. Very good for the price, the food was great, all of the staff were lovely and the hotel was lovely and clean. Overall a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend. Great location too!

Everything was fine, for the price a little more attention to cleaning is required (like hoover between the armchair pillows... It was very dirty but not visible unless you sat on the chair). Helpful and kind staff, the suites really have everything you need. Good job.

Clean well appointed room, friendly staff. Good small gym with a couple of bikes, treadmills, steppers, and some weights. Downsides: random switches in the room that don't appear to do anything TV signal kept dropping out. Would stay again.

Stayed for 2 nights during my visit to Birmingham recently. Cosy room and a big bathroom which makes your stay comfortable. Check in and check out were really quick for us, ours was a prepaid booking. Breakfast was decent if you have included a complimentary breakfast in your booking. Fresh bread and bakery. The hotel is at a prime location, so you can easily get to bull ring walking.

I have stayed in a few places around the city centre and this is by far the best one. Staff are so nice and helpful. The breakfast is great. It’s so clean and tidy. I had slight issue with my room it was sorted within 2 mins. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again

Stayed here, back in November and really loved the stay. The staff were super friendly and surprisingly was 1 minute away from the main new street, which was a bonus! The free coffee and hot chocolate was a massive bonus! and the kitchen within the apartment hotel were very good!
