Stayed
here
on
Weds31
May.
The
guy
on
the
front
desk
was
brilliant
which
is
why
you
are
getting
the
3
stars
and
not
less.
He
was
polite
and
engaging
and
friendly,
unfortunately
the
same
couldn’t
be
said
for
the
rest
of
the
staff.
We
were
going
to
the
arena
so
we
booked
the
evening
meal
and
breakfast
deal.
The
room
was
exactly
what
you
would
expect,
clean
and
comfortable.
When
we
went
for
dinner,
what
a
disappointment.
There
were
only
about
3
main
meals
and
one
vegetarian
option.
Very
limited.
The
staff
didn’t
engage
at
all
even
though
we
said
good
evening,
they
were
not
interested
in
interacting
with
us
at
all.
Breakfast
was
pretty
much
the
same
but
I’ve
got
to
say,
I’ve
stayed
in
around
40
premier
inns
across
the
country
and
this
one
was
by
far
the
worse
I
have
ever
visited
for
breakfast.
The
coffee
machine
went
down
so
we
had
to
use
sachets,
no
milk
so
we
had
to
ask
a
member
of
staff
who
took
about
10
mins
to
get
some.
Hot
breakfast,
beans
and
hash
browns,
everything
else
was
empty
so
I
sat
down
and
waited
for
the
sausages
and
bacon
etc
to
be
cooked.
When
the
chef
put
it
out
there
was
a
queue
of
people
waiting
so
by
the
time
I
got
to
the
pass
the
bacon
had
all
gone
again?
I
asked
for
scrambled
egg
and
the
chef
said
I
can
make
some
but
I
had
already
waited
20
mins
for
the
food
to
be
cooked
and
the
food
I
had
already
put
on
my
plate
before
I
knew
there
was
no
bacon
was
now
cold.
My
wife
is
vegetarian
and
there
was
no
vegetarian
option
ready.
When
she
asked
the
chef
said
he
could
cook
her
some
but
again
we
would
have
to
wait,
if
we
wanted
to
eat
together
my
food
would
have
been
cold
by
the
time
hers
was
ready.
Very
poor
service
and
completely
disorganised.
Very
disappointing
and
not
what
I
have
experienced
in
any
of
the
other
Premier
Inns
I
have
stayed
at.
