I
rang
the
hotel
yesterday
to
give
them
a
chance
to
deal
with
my
complaint.
They
have
not
come
back
to
me
so
I’ll
put
it
here.
As
a
couple
we
arrived
at
the
hotel
fairly
early,
so
left
our
bags
and
went
out
for
lunch.
We
checked
in
(and
paid)
when
we
came
back
and
were
allocated
a
tiny
room
with
what
can
only
be
described
as
‘barely’
a
double
bed.
We
were
distracted
by
having
to
obtain
an
extension
lead
for
a
piece
of
vital
medical
equipment
so
didn’t
pay
much
too
much
attention
to
the
quality
of
the
room
or
the
size
of
the
bed.
Also
the
room
only
had
one
towel
(for
a
couple)
so
we
had
to
go
speak
to
reception
again
to
get
a
second
towel.
(Unbelievably
there
was
already
a
second
towel
in
the
room
but
placed
in
a
small
cupboard
at
the
other
side
of
the
room
to
the
bathroom
and
I
suspect
the
second
towel
is
hidden
so
single
business
users
don’t
use
too
many
towels…)
Anyway
after
a
terrible
night
in
the
tiny
bed
we
had
breakfast
and
checked
out.
I
spoke
to
the
reception
and
made
a
brief
complaint.
The
staff
member
shrugged
her
shoulders
and
said
‘if
you’d
said
something
we
could
have
put
you
in
a
better
room!’
My
point
is
that
if
they
have
better
rooms
they
should
have
given
us
one.
The
one
we
were
in
(504)
is
probably
fine
for
a
single
use
business
traveller
but
it’s
wholly
inadequate
for
a
couple.
This
is
a
4
star
hotel.
My
advice
is
to
stay
somewhere
else.
The
location
is
good
but
the
quality
is
far
below
other
hotels
that
are
close
by.
