Do not go here. They have a problem with their fire alarm system. It clicks...every 30 seconds, all night long. Its enough to keep you awake....hence writing this at 4am. Spoke to reception and theyve been fully aware of it. Yet instead of making us aware when we made our booking, they'd rather take our money and hope for the best. Tossers.

Nice comfy bed, however, as I'm only 5ft 2 I did have to fall backwards onto the bed to get into it, so the bed was too high We also booked in for 3 people, but there was only 2 cups !!!

Stay here quite regularly. All the staff are very friendly and always on hand to help. Normally on a Sunday Ken is on reception and is a pleasure to deal with. He is very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for him. Keep up the good work

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn on Hagley Road in Birmingham. Our experience was truly memorable, thanks to the incredibly helpful manager. The room was not only clean and cozy but also set the perfect ambiance for a romantic getaway. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and its convenient location made it easy for us to explore the city together. The friendly and attentive staff added to the overall positive experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this Premier Inn to couples looking for a wonderful stay in Birmingham, and we're already planning our next visit!

Lovely comfy beds and extra pillows, soft or firm choice. Triple glazing and air conditioning so never cold in there. Staff were very friendly and helpful and always smiling no matter what time of day or night. One thing spoilt it for us ( hence only 4 stars) and that was the view from our Windows overlooking the dustbins and large air conditioning Ducts? . A simple canopy or trestle arch could disguise the bins a bit and even better if there was some greenery around the trestle work.

We stayed for 1 night recently. Staff were lovely! The room was clean and tidy and we could see our car from the room. We liked that they had nice Baylis and harding toiletries. Great stay!

The best premium inn I've stayed in! Great location, lovely staff and the room was clean and met all expectations

Often use Premier Inn when doing an overnight stop with family. They are what they are, clean, tidy, food options, normally parking, staff are always excellent. Rooms are basic, but we wanted somewhere to sleep and shower so they're perfect. One star off as there was an hour or so delay in checking in, but then, they did refund breakfast due to this so can't complain. Will continue to use Premier Inns

Very friendly staff reception was lovely told us about a deal if we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel it would be a certain price which was very good value recommend that and there was free parking which was a bonus

Excellent stay. 5 stars for the manageress who couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent breakfast although table service only for the cooked option. We'd stay again.

Comfy beds, right next to the Beefeater if you want breakfast or a meal. Rooms are very clean, blackout curtains and the windows are very thick so you cannot hear the traffic on the main road. 5/5

Reception staff were brilliant. Helped to book tea and breakfast at the Beefeater next door. Hotel on several bus routes and only a £10 taxi ride from the train station. Rooms were clean and quiet. Had a great night's sleep. Would certainly use again.

We went on Thursday Afternoon for a Meal. It has been a while since before Covid and in reality I was shocked on how quiet it was in the Restaurant. The service was fine and the Meals arrived in quick time cooked well and presentation was pleasing to the eye and were delicious. My only concern was how this establishment will survive without Patronize. Great Meal.

Great location for Central Birmingham, the road it's on is VERY busy though, so make sure you check your lanes if driving. Rooms were your standard premium Inn rooms, little run down and I do wish they'd install proper AC in all rooms. Staff were lovely and plenty of parking

Stayed here over the weekend, everything was perfect! From service, to the room standards! I will be returning here. The manager could not do enough for me and my family! Thank you for the colouring packs for the children that makes a big difference for them!

We couldn’t find the hotel. In being lost we were feeling the panic of being late for an important date. I phoned the hotel - Anne clearly directed us and booked me in so My husband could park the car etc. Anne greeted me with a smile and gave me my key-card almost relay-style! I was able to go straight to the room and change with five minutes spare. Thank you Anne.

I have recently stayed at this premier inn and its by far the best one I have stayed at! The service off the receptionist was amazing she gave me a very warm welcome! The room was as expected at most premier inns. I can not complain at all!

Great hotel in good location. Service good. Adjacent Beefeater has great staff, a reasonably good menu, and serves a good breakfast for hotel guests. Free parking.

Room 63 AC was not good enough. Room was too hot, I asked for additional fans, and they stated they have none. beds where comfy although it was too hot to get a good night sleep Car park looks dodgy due to the amount of broken glasses, I guess they are all cars which have been broken into breakfast was good

Premier inn are a good company and brand in my opinion, always sleep well, the beds are really comfy and the staff are helpful. This time we felt alittle let down. The front desk was busy and just one person serving (6 people in the que) we booked a family room for 3 people. When we entered the room our 3rd bed wasn't made up and the bedding wasn't there for us to even do it ourselves, we only had one large towel between 3 people. So we went back down and joined the que at the front desk again. The lad did say sorry and he went to make the bed up for us when he had time...... You could tell he didn't have much time to make the bed up haha. The TV remote was grim and covered in what looked like years worth of dirt. Apart from that everything was fine and we had a pleasant stay

Everything is great, but veeeeery poor FREE wifi. There is an option for better wifi at 5£ per 24 hours, but I did not try it out. I don't believe that since I'm staying here I should be getting super speed wifi, but it's not possible to do any work on the computer with the free one, could be at least a bit faster so it could be at the least tolerable. Otherwise, everything is absolutely perfect.

Excellent staff. Kristian was very helpful. Rooms could do with some updating, particularly bathrooms

Nice room, not very noisy and comfy bed as usual with premier inn. Unfortunately the curtain rail was hanging off when we got into the room, I managed to hook it up but not fix it, I went down to reception to ask about it and was told it can't be fixed tonight but will be sorted in the morning, when I went down in the morning I was told they can fix it right away as it just needs popped on and if I had reported it when we got there it would have been fixed, I did say I reported it last night but she couldn't find a note of it. Also there were holes in the curtains just enough to let light through at odd angles.

I stayed 6 nights last week (20th Nov - 26th) premiere in, hagley road , a lovely comfortable stay. The staff were so friendly, kind and fun. A special thank you to Charlotte, Josie and Ken. You were lovely friendly faces to be greeted with every day xx

Food was better than I expected. Peri peri double crispy wings where spicy enough. Also I very much enjoyed the double stack burger. Customer service could have been a bit better as there was no offer of sauces and had to catch the server before they ran off for a top up on my drink.

Although the food is average, the staff are really good. Is like to single out bar manager Cory and reception desk fit Owen. Thanks for your hospitality

My Fiance and I stopped recently for a short drink, I love the Ice Coffee. However, the staff serving us took the excitement away with bad attitude.

Rooms and location are okay, staff is polite and friendly. 2 stars for service because of the taxi I requested at the hotel desk which was not an official taxi, but some private person who didn't accepted creditcard at the airport. Only cash. The breakfast at the ascociated Beefeaters has 2 options, very limited continental bufdet breakfast with bread, butter but no other toppings options, next to some milk or yoghurt with serials. Second, more expensive option, is the continental plus whatever you can order from the kitchen like all eggs variants with (vegan) bacon and beans. I could not have a simple bread with some cheese, ham or other, more healthy toppings.

Room was clean and couldn't believe how quiet it was, spent a full day in the room as I was scared to venture out as numerous men tried to approach me when I walked down the street. Hotel was best part of the trip. X

Usual Premier Inn experience, you know what you're going to get...comfortable beds, clean and helpful staff. Hotel is also far away enough from the Hagley Road to not be disturbed by the traffic
