Beautiful rooms, very clean and everything we needed. Little bit disappointed about the carpark which I had paid £72 for, the 1st night as our guests had to park elsewhere which cost them £20. A refund of this would be nice that I could pass onto them. Apart from that I cannot fault the rooms. Comfiest beds. Clean linens. Clean crockery and kitchen everything we needed to celebrate our daughters PhD graduation with family and friends.

Great apartments in a fantastic location, right next to the main shopping area. The apartment was clean, spacious and modern and the kitchen had everything we needed, including a big fridge freezer and a washing machine. The reason why we are giving it 4 stars rather than 5 is because the back of the door to the fridge was broken and the kitchen blind could not be tilted. Apart from that, we were very pleased with the accommodation and would love to stay there again.

Booked for Pride weekend a year ago. With a week to go they have cancelled the booking with no explanation. Apartments still available on booking.com at several times the rate we were meant to pay. I totally understand the leisure sector has had a rough time and needs to recoup some losses but this isn’t the way to go about it! Have rebooked with a competitor slightly out of town. Won’t be using you again.

We stayed here over the Easter bank holiday weekend to see Bowling for Soup at the nearby O2 Academy. The apartment building is located a few minutes wander from the Bullring & Grand Central Station. 20 mins from the O2 Academy. The bedrooms were nice and roomy, the beds themselves were really big (We're considering an upgrade at home) and everything was lovely, clean & tidy. The carpark is at the back of the building, accessed from around the side - Make sure you get your pin code! Otherwise, nice & secure at night. For me personally, the only downside was the size of the shower screen - As a relatively tall guy, I clear it quite easily and could send a fair amount of water over if not careful. Would quite happily stay here again, we were able to drive down, wasn't too difficult to get parked and just left the car there all weekend.

5 stars for location, size of apartment and value for money. Only negative only 1 heater in the large lounge,so took a long time to warm up.Probably because the heater was located nearer the kitchen area than in the lounge area. Would definitely use them again

Lovely Reception Staff (hence the two stars)... but the apartments need a lot of work to be worth the money they are asking. Bath Cracked, Kitchen units broken, Freezer needs a good defrost, the double beds are just two single beds pushed together so unable to sleep in the middle or close to a partner. The remote control that was in a bag labelled sanitised for your enjoyment had food stuck in the buttons, not that it mattered because the TV didn't work. Ultimately used the place to sleep (like you would a hostel) rather than as a home away from home as none of the facilities were up to scratch. There is a well know hotel chain across the road that is a lot cheaper. I would recommend you stay there instead.

Lovely apartments however, during my 8 night stay got removed twice from the building by the fire alarm, once at 3am in the morning. I was not happy getting woken up to stand outside in the cold for the second time on my visit for no apparent reason for over an hour.

Updated: Booked for business clients visiting for a weekend of conferences. Without explanation the booking was cancelled with days to go (Due to an error with booking system, I guess these things do happen unfortunately). I did eventually get response from the customer service team offering to honour the original booking but having all ready rebook my visitors a place to stay in Birmingham I was unable to take them up on there offer.

Not five stars just two This is not a great place to stay in Birmingham. Yes it is close to the city centre but it’s also right next door to large construction site and outdoor market and excess noise starts around 5am. There is no car parking, it’s entrance is on a no car access street, there is no one manning the desk after 6pm the 24 hr Spar attracts the night life of the city. It’s noisy it’s hot and on a sunny day very hot and it’s not great for a good nights sleep. The band width of the Wi-Fi and Wireless mean the smart TV hasn’t the band width to work well, the TV remote didn’t work in our apartment to make things even worse. People have obviously smoked in the room (butts in the window cill). Its a maximum two stars and I wouldn’t stay here again.

the room was spacious BUT there was a strong cigarette smell. Its difficult to work in the living room as theres no desk lamp and it's dark in there. Receptionist is not often on duty. In general i wouldnt call that a 4 star and there are better options in the city at the price range.

Stayed here a few weeks ago and received a parking notice for £60 today. No one at the property told me about any issues with parking on site. Signs were everywhere saying parking only for premier suites guests so I have no idea why I’ve received a PCN. Stressful situation to be put through because of total negligence from the accommodation host. Edit: The accomodation host sorted this issue quickly and promptly. I enjoyed my stay here. I would come back if I was to visit Birmingham again. Thanks!

I passed a week at Premier Suites in Birmingham, this place is really comfortable, with large space and complete equipment for a long stay, such as as washing machine, dryer, iron set, vacuum cleaner, cutlery, dishes.. The position is perfect, just two steps from Saint Martin Church and the staff really helpful and attentive. This is my ideal place for my future stay in Birmingham

Everytime i go to Birmingham UK, im staying at this hotel, staffs are friendly, the location is very convenient to the train and bus station. The bullring is literally just 3 mins away or less. The hotel is clean. I would had given them a 5 star however the car park is limited.

😐 Immaculate interior, very cool. Has a car on the ground floor which was closed. Toilets spotless. Decent service. However, the only half decent beers which were on keg were not on and I was left with a pretty poor choice. No real ale/craft. Loud music playing and horse racing/sports on TV. Was busy...
