Recently stayed here with work collegues, honestly cannot find words to express how lovely the stay was, the service, the size of rooms, the breakfast! The decor! All of it was Beautiful and so homely and welcoming, The owners however.. are beyond perfect hosts, such amazing and lovely people, will be rebooking here! I highly recommend this to Everyone! Unbelievably lovely experience staying at Elmdon Lodge. It's a beautiful, interesting building, packed with period features but it's the hosts Katherine and Terry that take it to the next level... They work astoundingly hard to look after each and every guest. We felt thoroughly spoiled. There's free WiFi and ample parking in a very safe, enclosed area around the back of the property. I could talk about the amazing the breakfasts with options too numerous to mention, or the comfy beds, or the sheer generosity when it came to all the little extras you find in your room but the truth is the hosts are the real assets to the stay. We'll be coming back 100%. Thank you Katherine and Terry. You probably don't even realise how amazing you both are. 💜

What can I say but "awesome" both Katherine and Terry are brilliant and work hard. It's a great location with lovely clean rooms and crisp white bed linen. I'd 110% recommend Elmdon Lodge its great value for money compared to others out there. Oh and the freshly cooked breakfast is delish!!

Stayed for 1 night to attend a conference in Birmingham Centre. Really friendly and helpful service, and great location 5mins to Acocks Green train station! Room comfy and clean

This little gem of a place was excellent just stayed for a few days and the staff were brilliant the breakfast excellent the rooms spacious and just beside the train station all in all perfect

Made so welcome from the moment we arrived, Terry kindly offered a bacon and egg sandwich as he was aware we were going to a funeral shortly after arrival, he then gave us a lift to the cemetery and if that wasn't enough he assisted clearing the ice on the car windscreen as we left,highly recommended. Thank you for a great stay.

Fantastic place, quiet, comfortable and very welcoming, the host Katherine was so lovely and friendly, made our stay even more memorable, we will be recommending this place to all our friends and family, best B&B this side of Birmingham.

I can’t express just how much i loved staying here. The rooms are simple yet cosy. The interior design is warm and inviting. The breakfast was 11+ out of 10. You don’t leave this bnb hungry, I’ll tell you that for free. But the main draw has to be the lovely owners (and their staff too!), they go above and beyond for all the guests and you genuinely feel like a member of a family. I’m coming back to birmingham soon just so i can stay here and see Katherine again.

Seriously the nicest place we could have stayed at! Katherine was working non stop and really went beyond an extra mile, so accommodating, the rooms were nice and clean, beds and pillows very very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, I don't think I've ever eaten this much! Thank you both for looking after us during our stay, I'll be sure to recommend your place, and will keep in touch as you are both amazing!

Great stay - Terry was very kind and accommodating - felt as if we were staying over with family! The hotel was unique and had bags of character - we had a family room which offered a double bed and 2 single beds which was exactly what we needed - being from the area I’m really proud this business represents the best of Brum!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. We attended Pairc Irish festival 3 miles away . Catherine, Terry & family are the perfect hosts. They are so welcoming, kind and so helpful. Have stayed here many times and is always the first preference for us as a family when we visit Birmingham. Katherine (the owner) is an amazing host, the rooms are clean and of excellent quality along with brilliant location. As the rooms at this lodge are so well sought after, I would suggest to book early as possible to ensure a room is secured.

We have stayed at this B&B twice now for family occasions. The two owners are so lovely, friendly helpful and welcoming. Rooms are very clean and beds are comfy. They have a cotbed and provide other facilities if needed for an infant or toddler if needed, e.g microwave. The breakfast is one for a king.. Sets you up for the day. Thank you Terry and Catherine. The only word that fits the description of the overall service is "Amazing" The owners were two of the nicest people I have met in a long time, the rooms were tidy and clean for all my colleagues who came over from London for an event, Katherine bless her even offered to make me breakfast for both days and I wasn't even a guest!! This shows her true nature as wonderful host with caring nature. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Thank you Katherine and Family for everything 🥰🥰

Can't fault this place. It's my second stay here and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again! Rooms are very clean, very comfy and the hosts have thought of everything you could possibly need. They are friendly and welcoming and serve a cooked to order full breakfast as well as cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurt and more. Very professional Probably the best Bed and Breakfast in Birmingham. I loved my stay.

The owner, Katherine, provides friendly customer service second to none. The breakfast was wonderful and the rooms are comfortable with high levels of cleanliness. It's an easy train ride to the town center just a few minutes walk to the station. Secure gated parking locked overnight with keys for access if driving back late. My family and I will definitely return here if visiting Birmingham again. A delightful experience.
