This was our second stay at these serviced apartments as my family and I were so impressed by the first visit in February of this year. We came from New York and was delighted to see the manager Colin and the lady who checked us in again. They're so very helpful and friendly. Our apartment was very clean, as usual and I saw some upgrades to the shower fixtures this time round. This was a shorter visit this time (4 nights) but it was just as sweet as the first time. Would definitely recommend 8 Waterloo to anyone visiting Birmingham, as it's so conveniently located and within walking distance of everything in the city centre.

I've stayed at these apartments a few times now and have recently booked again. They are stunning apartments with everything you need, spotlessly clean and perfectly located. If you are planning a trip I would highly recommend the apartments. However I think the best aspect of the apartments are its staff, i have never had such excellent customer service at a hotel or apartment. They are super helpful and super nice. Nothing is too much trouble. Perfect for leisure or business.

Rooms are very very small, walls are very thin and not insulated even on the highest floor of the apartments could hear everything outside even with all windows, curtains and blinds closed, shower/ toilet is tiny compact wet room when having shower makes all the room wet like a puddle but as the floor isn’t level or angling towards the drain had to keep putting towels down to mop up, there was no other guest at the apartments when I stayed which was on a weekend so that just shows how over priced and over rated it is, says it’s rated 9.3 as you walk in the door but I wouldn’t even give it a 7 maybe a 6.8, the overall look of the apartment is nice but everything is so compact and awkward I would never stay here again even if it was free

I had travelled from Belfast to Birmingham for surgery and the staff at No8 Waterloo went above and beyond for us during our stay. Apartment was really clean, had everything that we needed for our stay, fresh towels daily, felt so safe and the staff were there to help when needed. There is abit of noise at nights due to the brilliant location but closing the windows sorted that out. Will definitely be recommending these apartments.

Lovely apartments in an extremely central location. Can't fault it. We'll be back.

Professional and friendly greeting on arrival with the host taking you to your room and offering to carry bags. The whole apartment block was clean and very tastefully decorated. Apartment itself was also clean and well equipped and with the sound deadening windows, you wouldn't even know there was a bustling street right outside the door! If I'm being super critical, the heating system was a little tricky to use and somehow the heating was always on (but we like it warm anyway!). Overall a great place to stay within easy walk of the city centre. Will definitely stay again

We normally use hotels on our visits to Brum but thought we would try an apartment instead. Very impressed. Lovely and clean! Like a mini hotel sweet. The person who met us was professional and showed us round the apartment including how to use the heating, shower and one cup machine. (More than you would get in a hotel) The location was superb. Walking distance to many bars restaurants and 10 t mins walk to the Bullring. We parked on Livery Street £15 For 24 hrs. The wet room bathroom shower was hot and made for a brilliant shower. Great facilities! Security is strong with a key card letting you through the front door and your room. Towels toiletries are provided. Overall fantastic stay and we would pick this again over a hotel when we visit. Thank you!

Fabulous apartments, lovely decor and well appointed. Would definitely recommend. Centrally located and walking distance to a selection of great restaurants. Only hiccup for us was not being able to use the parking discount voucher as there were no attendants on duty to use the voucher when paying for parking so we had to use the machine but the voucher wouldn't scan on the machine so we had to pay full price. Despite that minor setback, I would definitely like to stay there again.

Super apartment in a central location with friendly staff. Spotlessly clean. Bullring, New St Station, Christmas markets all on your doorstep. Amazing value.. studio apartment was lovely. I'd certainly book again.

Lovely little apartment for a night's stay in Birmingham. Great location for restaurants and nightlife, and close to both the main train and bus stations. Easy check in and check out, and all amenities in the apartment were high quality.

Lovely apartment, perfect for a night away with the girls. Great value in a central location. Just a little noisy, especially with the church bells ringing early on a Sunday morning.

😐 Immaculate interior, very cool. Has a car on the ground floor which was closed. Toilets spotless. Decent service. However, the only half decent beers which were on keg were not on and I was left with a pretty poor choice. No real ale/craft. Loud music playing and horse racing/sports on TV. Was busy...
