What a fantastic place. The bed was opulently comfortable. The living room and kitchen were great as well. The whole flat was spotless and really well put together. No cheap bedding or anything like that. Really we didn’t want to go out the flat! I particularly liked the little brochure that explained how everything worked. No WiFi disasters 😊 Also the brochure gave us some nice ideas of where to visit in and around Birmingham. Loved the trip and he stay. Would highly recommend.

Had a fab nights stay! Everything you need and much more. Great location on St Paul's Square which has lots of lovely bars and places to eat. Plus only a short walk into Birmingham City Centre. Really clean, well maintained and plenty of room inside. Will be staying again soon and telling others as loved my stay!!!

There's a reason this place has consistently good reviews; it's absolutely perfect! The flats are lovely with a huge amount of attention to detail, extremely comfy beds (I say that as someone who really struggles to get a good night's sleep in most hotels!), and a really homely feel. The immediate surrounding area is really nice with lots of good bars, restaurants etc. The service is absolutely top notch. Although we didn't really have any problems while we stayed, our one and only minor request was sorted within about 2 hours of sending an email, and even came with an apology for it taking that long! We couldn't believe it was that quick! Lindsay was lovely during the whole process, and very patient whilst I got booking money together etc. Honestly cannot fault this place! If we're ever in the area again we'll be definitely rebooking!

An AirBnB stay - two apartments in a fairly quiet street with off-road secure parking for one car per apartment. But fairly reasonable paid parking either mis term (around the corner) or short term on the street outside. The 'manager' is really pleasant to deal with and very helpful in every way. The rooms are fantastic and worth staying in for much more than just a sleeping spot, but an actual pleasant stay away. Great kitchen that is stocked with enough utensils and cutlery to avoid needing to pack your own, too. Each apartment has three rooms with double beds, and technically a fourth sofa bed in the living room, should you be in a group happy enough to do so. Definitely recommend as a good place to stay within Birmingham.

I've just arrived home from a fabulous week in the Ruby suite with my hubby. On arrival was a bottle of wine and lovely personalised message The apartment was immaculate and very cosy. The bed was so comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. We met a staff member (a Scottish lady) who was very helpful, recommending places to go. Lindsay also went the extra mile to make sure we had a very relaxed week. The location is very close to alot of restaurants, bars and is a ten minute walk to the bullring shopping centre. We will definitely be back to stay and will recommend the jewellery suites to friends and family. Thank you again ladies for a fantastic week x

The apartment was very welcoming and clean. It was close to the city centre and tram stop. It was good to have a free car parking space in the middle of Birmingham. Definitely recommend it to anyone.

Perfect base for Birmingham city break. Clean nice flat 5 minute walk from night life in Jewellery Quarter and 15 minute walk from Birmingham New Street station. Was easy to get in on arrival and comfy beds.

Perfect set of apartments to enjoy when visitig Birmingham. I use the Jewellery Suites when visiting for work at the NEC. It's a short drive away at roughly 20 minutes and it allows us to enjoy the city in the evenings.

I booked all three flats in the JQ last week and they were all to a very high standard. The entire block was very clean. Check in was seamless. The flats inside are very well maintained, the beds were made and there is everything you need to enjoy your stay in Birmingham. There was also a welcome basket which came in handy after a long journey. We didn’t use it but there is a car park behind which had lots of options for parking. The location is very accessible, you can walk into town within 10-15 mins or walk to Digbeth in around 35 mins. Lindsay the organiser was very responsive over text and returned our deposit promptly.

Stayed here in the summer and it was perfect. Lovely apartment, clean and very comfortable, superb location and Lindsay was quick to respond and very helpful. Excellent.
