This place deserves no stars at all. My son is now in crutches after breaking his leg from the park. Management took no responsibility at all. 2 nights in the hospital were the worst experience. No induction and very poor health and safety.

We took our kids (13 and 5) over the Easter weekend and they loved it, there is loads for them to do inside with inflatables to climb on jumps into crash pads assault courses and obviously the trampolines, the parents area is overlooking the whole thing so you can watch the kids while having a drink or something to eat. Our youngest was a little nervous while signing in and getting his socks so the staff offered another pair for free for me so I could go in with him and get him used to it after 2 minutes I was surplus to requirements. It's well worth it and we will definitely go back. The only thing is one hour might not be enough!

This place would be a lot better if it was cleaner. I have visited a few times now and every time I visit there is filth everywhere, they clearly do not clean the place often. I came in the mornings so there's no excuse for the place to be as dirty as it is. Clumps of dust, hairballs, hair bobbles and chewing gum all over the place. I thought it might have been a one off but as it's been dirty every time I have visited, so I won't be returning again!

Great place to have a party, the kids loved the range of equipment to play on. I feel the party room is slightly rushed I was panicking over the time. I also feel offering an empty pizza box would be a great gesture to transport leftovers to reduce food waste.

We had my daughters party here this past weekend. We had 20 children so had 2 party coordinators. However they were joined at the hip and I spent more time looking for them, every time I turned round to ask for more pop they were gone. Our party was meant to start they’re 1 hour jumping at 12 but started at 7mins past 12. So the children didn’t get a full hour on the trampolines. And the party room is so rushed. The children hadn’t even eaten the pizza and time was running out. The venue ran out of pop and could only offer water. (So much for unlimited squash) Luckily I had brought my own fruit shoots. Our party also didn’t get their ice lollies…. Again a timing issue. Pizza was great but I’d rather have a veg platter then crisps. Again I provided my own veggies for the children. There was no time to decorate the party room as the previous party doesn’t come out till your children are due in. It’s all too rushed and adds extra stress. Overall the children had a great time. As a parent I don’t feel like it’s value for money given that the children didn’t even get an hours bouncing and they had the worlds fastest lunch.

Great place to enjoy with friends Tickets reasonably priced for 1 hour session Total wipeout was a great laugh Ninja warrior course was a good stamina and upper body strength test Best thing about the place is they don't have the foam blocks that other places do, so when you fall off the ninja warrior course you aren't struggling for ages to escape the foam block pit

We went here for an hour of fun for the kids. It was noisy for the adults and great fun for the kids. Very clean and a good safety presentation. It is quite well priced, not too expensive and there are free lockers to keep your stuff. The cafe was limited with plenty of tables to sit and watch the kids. The car park was just about full and free. Book before you go and try to remember to fill in the injury waiver online before you get there.

Had to give this place a review. My family was running 15 minutes late for our booking so when we got there, they moved our time slot so my kids still got the full hour jumping. I really like how many staff were around making sure all the jumpers were playing safely. All I would possible say is that the coffee in the cafe wasn't brilliant but don't let that put you off taking you kids here.

When we arrived today we had great service from the two lovely girls in reception. My little one loved it today he was upset to leave. He loved the mega slide as it was his favourite thing to go on. Would highly recommend going. Very clean and tidy place. I am definitely coming again some time in the future!

Overall it’s a pretty good place to take the kids, although my daughter came away with 2 lumps and 2 pretty bad bruises to her head. This happened on the rope area where you drop into the foam. She hit her head on the wooden hoops you hold onto and also had a girl swing into her head and again was hit by the wooden hoop/ring. This area was a free for all and is not manned in anyway and is destined for lost more accidents unless changes are made.

This was an incredible trampoline park to visit, where I was checked in promptly by the staff and the toilets used before my session were clean. I really enjoyed the trampolines of different lengths, launch pads, basketball and dodgeball courts, a Ninja Warrior course, a Total Wipeout challenge and more!

Went for son's 9th birthday. He had a great time! The venue is clean, bright and lots to do. The party host Shanna was very attentive and helped things run smoothly. My only slight criticism is that half an hour isn't long enough in the party room. It felt too rushed. Other than that all was great and I would recommend it for parties 🥳

Good for the price, fun for all ages. Slightly expensive drinks and food but offer a wide range. Staff are everywhere ensuring safety and is suitable for every single person. Overall, very good experience which can only be improved by adding more trampolines as it is mostly slides, bouncy castles and games.

Great, great trampoline park. The kids are over the moon when they hear that we're going to the RedKangaroo. Lots of parking space, clean and very polite staff members.

First time here since the fire, kids loved it. Great value. Really recommend it!

I did my girl party here, and I paid 2 hour but we spent there just 1 hour and half. There is not to much time for a party and the pizza was cold as well, I am not recommend this place never

Fantastic all round, great attentive staff. Clean, multiple games bouncy castles trampolines, ledge jumps the lot. SUPER CHEAP!! And we double paid by accident and got a voucher for free return visit. We will be coming, my 3yo birthday and she loved it ✌️❤️

Only been here once and have never frequented their website. My kids were invited for a birthday party (6 & 10) and first impressions were very good. After a quick safety video they were let loose and could visit the various activities which were all supervised by a member of staff. Though every precaution is taken, it's inevitable small accidents will happen and they did 'frequently'. However, radios were used effectively so a supportive member of staff would swoop in to offer moral support to the afflicted which is most cases is a 2 min sit down and off they go again. A mezzanine floor stretches round the main hall offering a reassuring panoramic view to parents, this seating doubles up for the cafe which whilst limited did have cheap squash and nice cake. For the whole play session we felt comfortable letting their staff look after our little ones so a big win there 👍 Once they'd had their play time they moved to the party room for some pizza. They looked great and the kids seemed to enjoy them ALOT. However, while they were all still eating, they starting serving dessert! and shortly after that starting binning the pizzas! Not the odd slice either, full Domino's sized pizzas 😲Clearly desperate to get the next group in, what a waste. Overall, this part felt like a process and not like a party. So would we visit again? Absolutely. Would we have a party here? Perhaps, if you can skip the party. Does it offer value for money? No idea, as we were invited 🙂 Would we recommend it to others? A big yes, it's a really great attraction and should definitely be visited, the kids will love it.

Decided to try this new venue out with my husband and 4 children. The place was spotlessly clean on the day which really matters to me, plenty of free easy car parking, large rooms to get my double pushchair around. I've marked 4 stars because the lift is very small and I was pressed against the wall once me and the pram were in it but it's the same in all disabled lifts. My toddler enjoyed playing with his dad and my older girls had great fun on everything. There's absolutely loads to do there and an hour is plenty. Will be booking a session in dec for my daughter and her friends. Will be nice once my baby grows up and I can join in

Lovely trampoline Park, great location, excellent service, everyone was very welcoming and willing to help. The park was clean and very child friendly, lockers were good, socks a little expensive, the arcade area most of the games were out of order but the trampoline Park itself was great. Would definitely be visiting with family again

We had a party of 20 children on the 30th May. I was very pleased at how efficient the staff were they were so helpful and friendly always a step ahead I didn't have to ask for anything. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Very impressed will definitely go again.

Oh waw! My daughter had a great time ,loads of activities and really nice little restaurant upstairs. Also wonderful idea for the parents to watch the kids from the first floor.

What a great place. Well organised, staff are really helpful. If you have a party room and food bring a food box as there is tonnes of pizza left over.

Kids enjoyed it. Lots of activities, good space. Siting area overlooking play area, easily accessible for buggies, wheelchairs

Visited with my nephew and niece, 4 and 2, absolutely loved it! So many activities for them to do, even at their age, 1 hour wasn't enough for them ! They loved the socks, especially the colour, 100% Recommend.
