The
customer
service
at
this
restaurant
was
terrible.
I
am
almost
60
years
old
and
I
have
lived
in
Cleveland
all
of
my
life
so
I
am
used
to
receiving
rude
service
at
most
of
the
Black
owned
soul
food
restaurants
here.
But
this
one
was
ridiculous.
I
placed
my
order
and
the
guy
who
took
my
order
began
shaking
his
head
for
quite
a
while
before
saying
something.
Then
he
finally
said,
"we
are
out
of
cole
slaw".
So
I
asked
if
he
had
greens
and
he
said,
"our
sides
are
on
the
board".
So
I
looked
at
the
board
and
saw
that
greens
was
the
first
side
listed.
So
now
I'm
wondering
why
he
didn't
just
say
yes.
So
I
went
and
waited
in
my
SUV
because
I
could
tell
this
was
a
very
unfriendly
person.
So
I
went
back
in
20
minutes
later
and
sat
down.
He
looked
at
me
and
nodded.
So
I
went
to
the
counter
and
he
gave
me
a
bag.
I
went
to
my
vehicle
and
something
told
me
to
check
my
order.
I
noticed
there
were
2
cups
and
both
were
laying
down
in
the
bag.
One
of
them
was
partially
open
and
gravy
had
leaked
out
and
busted
the
paper
bag
and
dripped
all
over
the
interior
of
my
vehicle.
Then
I
saw
that
this
was
definitely
not
my
order.
So
I
took
it
back
in
and
told
him
that
he
gave
me
the
wrong
order.
Instead
of
him
apologizing,
he
snatches
the
bag
off
of
the
counter
and
made
some
of
the
food
fall
on
the
floor
and
then
he
practically
threw
my
order
at
me.
I
just
shook
my
head
and
left
out
of
there
because
I
knew
that
I
was
never
coming
back
there.
I
had
always
wanted
to
visit
Angie's
so
I
finally
decided
to
go
after
about
30
years.
Only
to
be
treated
like
this.
The
food
wasn't
for
me
so
I
can't
comment
on
the
food.
But
the
customer
service
is
ridiculously
terrible.
The
name
on
the
receipt
was
Dennis.
