I don't know why this company has bad reviews. I have used them many times and they are always on time or early. The drivers are friendly and some talkative. What more could you ask for, really? The vehicles could use some updating but that's the only negative I've only experienced and I've used multiple services in town.

One star is far too many but it was the lowest option. This company is the worst i believe anywhere. You cannot get any worst. Called these guys two hours ahead because i heard they took along time, but i wanted to support a black owned business, which was my mistake. To no surprise the driver never showed, i called and asked for a eta of a ride, guy told me 15 mins they were busy. Cool. Nope. By this time a called another company, but an hour and a half goes by and a turbo driver calls me and asked if i need a ride, itll be 15 more mins. Lmao that deserved no more of my time and i hung up. Please avoid this company by any means. The owner takes calls and forgets them. The drivers stop at other stops for personal reasons causing you to be late. Save your money. This company does not deserve it. Its a wonder how they are still in business. Call Sandusky Taxi. Trust me.

Fast and reliable the costumer service is great

We were just charged $35 to go from Cedar Point Express Hotel to the Cedar Point amusement park. It’s a 4 minute ride. Certainly put a bad taste in our mouths on our first day. The 1990’s van/taxi was old, rusted, and extremely dirty inside. For a tourist location this was unacceptable. Never again.

I needed to get to the Amtrak station early and called to schedule a 2AM pick up. They were courteous and professional. Our driver Paul arrived on time. I would highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Turbo Taxi today! Paul was on time, he was friendly and professional, and I paid what I expected! I would definitely recommend! P.S.I do think $3 is a bit steep for a stop that took me less than 3 minutes, but I also understand that it's a business and they're not there to hand out services for free. (Edited to fix a mistake! The driver's name was Paul, not Eric!)

Turbo Taxi was the most reliable taxi I used all weekend here in Sandusky! The drivers were helpful, funny and compassionate and helped me with all my heavy stuff. Vans and SUVs were always clean if not a bit old but I arrived to my destination with trouble or fear. And with decent fare pricing, can't be beat!

Horrible service never picks you up when they sat there going to always other passengers in the car that they will drop off before taking you to work even when you told them day before what time to pick you up &what time you need to be at work you still pay full price for other passengers being driven around instead of split share and if your dependent on this service but do not accept Paul's offer for a date he will block you so u can no longer call for there service everyone I've spoken with says not to use this service Paul is a creep!.

One of the only taxi services in Sandusky & that's sad. But they came thru, could use more drivers.

Cheap rides for cedar point employees, but once you get out of town they charge exorbitant amounts.

This is the worst taxi service I have ever dealt with. The driver was reckless beyond belief doing 61+ mph in a 45-55 mph zone on two lane back roads, he was unprofessional not using a Bluetooth or other hands free device to talk on the phone, taking person calls while driving, not listening to where a customer says they are going (we where going from Monroeville, OH. to Norwalk, OH which is about 5 to 10 minutes, yet the driver almost made it to Sandusky, OH before I looked at goggle maps and realized he was not going to Norwalk). Then there is the van he was using. It seemed to be his person vehicle with window stickers on it to try and pass it off as a taxi, not to mention it was so un-mantained it looked and felt like it was being held together by rust and gum. Go with ANY OTHER COMPANY for a ride instead of this one.

I would recommend finding another company. I had arranged a pick up at the Amtrak station for 12:40 am. Waited 20 minutes in a sketchy part of town at a sketchy time of night. Was left stranded by the no-show, no -call back.

I had a ĺast minute request. Usually I take Sandusky Taxi to work. There were no drivers Friday. I called Turbo Taxi Friday at last minute and received service. Thanks to them I was able to go to work.

Communication was wonderful. Extending my trip time was so easy! Will use again

Cost is way too high without discounts for retired elders or disabled veterans .
