I liked this place but it has gone down hill fast over the past few visits. When my daughter and I got there today they were out of veggies and needed to make more not a problem, so I went to the restroom while the veggies were prepped. The men’s room sink has no water. We received our food and went to get our drinks but the fountain drink machine was out of almost everything I tried coke it was out of all flavors of coke, I tried sprite it was completely out, Fanta only fruit punch. I ended up with doctor pepper. This place used to be so much better I’m not sure it there was a manager change or if the owners are just being cheap but the bathroom needs to have a sink with running water.

Delicious chicken bowl , plenty of guacamole, fresh tasting . Although we had complex order , Team here helped us with smile , thanks to MaKenna Rachel and Dmond for professional courteous service . Clean nice atmosphere will be back to this Qudoba .

Every time I eat at this Qdoba, which honestly is almost once a week, I am always surprised by how fresh and delicious food is. I get the chicken protein bowl every time because why mess with perfection? The staff is always friendly and this location is always clean. I feel very lucky to work nearby.

I like this location, it has a good vibe, plenty of space, usually not too crowded. I like it that they offer a mini bowl which is plenty for me, you still get a good amount of food for the 7 bucks you pay. Staff is always friendly and helpful. And they don't charge you extra for guacamole. The chips albeit a bit too salty and queso is delicious.

I usually have a good experience here but not today! Soon as I ate I became nauseous and it came out of both ends! It was really empty in there and the food probably had say for awhile. I won’t be back!! You can also tell the staff didn’t want to be there and the floor was super sticky.

I ordered a bowl I included the receipt below Didn’t receive my extra rice nor was it brown rice which I paid for. Ruined my appetite, On top of that the cashier discriminated me when I came to pick up my order he turned his back when I asked for my order. Needless to say I would of rated zero stars but that’s not an option Bad business practices.

The quality of this place has gone down so badly. There was a piece of what I think is bone in my burrito bowl that almost broke my tooth. Also their rice is dry and hard and they started doing that thing at the register where they say “it’s going to ask you a question” when you use your card but it’s just them trying to guilt you into giving a tip. I’m permanently done with this place and it’s a shame cause I went there often and spent a lot of money there.

One of the good Mexican restaurant’s in Troy. Ordered chicken bowl, it’s sufficient for one person. We can customise our order as we like. It has a lot of fresh ingredients.

As son to multi millionaires i never went through racism until here with Justin racist bigotry. The manager is racist Justin Lewis or whatever glasses white… he literally helped every white customer went above and beyond but when it was my turn?? V racist Justin could not do anything… I cut in like to get in front as I placed online order…. Justin did not like a rich foreigner out smarting him. Please remove this manager asap. He is disgrace to the community in Michigan.. he should move down south because us foreigners are not leaving Michigan we built millionaire empire. Cheers 🥂

Edit: It was delivery/catered, so I could not have 'brought it back up in line' I love qdoba, which is why when my store said lets get chipotle, i said no lets get qdoba instead. It was THE WORST qdoba ive ever had. All the chicken was burned black, it was so burned they couldnt cut it up, so our burritos were just clumps of 8-10 chunks they couldnt cut because it was so burned, there were huge gross clumps of tendons throughout, and multiple people all got cilantro they didn't ask for. Worst qdoba ive EVER had, even if you're training someone new, this lacks common sense the supervisor should have caught it.

Excellent quesadillas, chips and tomato salsa, nice and clean dining area.

Staff was very dry and attentive to their own conversations. One staff member was laid out at a table catching a nap. I asked if my nacho cheese could be poured over the top. The person servicing me seemed confused while the supervisor aggressively stated, "That's not a nacho, then it would be a bowl and you won't get chips." My thoughts, based on a totally different food choice but, if you ask for cheese to be placed on the bottom , isn't that still considered a burger?

They consistently mess up orders, leaving things out of entrees and forgetting condiments that are ordered on the side. They do not answer the phone, even after multiple attempts. Ready to start going back to Chipotle.

We frequent this particular restaurant once a week and the Friday night crew is absolutely AMAZING!! The food is ALWAYS fresh and the atmosphere is clean and well kept. The Monday evening manager is amazing as well and same thing...the food is fresh and the restaurant is very clean!

I always have a good experience at this Qdoba! Specifically tonight (10/16) the gentleman working was so kind and he made the best bowl I’ve ever had. You could tell he took his time and I always appreciate personable people/staff who take the time to ask how your day is/how you are. Thank you!

I was not super impressed with this location. There was only one worker working the line by himself and then the other girl worker was rushing out while talking loudly on her phone instead of helping the only other guy working and helping get the line down. A worker from the back had to come and help instead. I figured that the female worker would respect her coworkers enough to help the rush or not letting the whole dining room hear her conversation about the tip jar and how she needed “that 3000 dollars”. Besides that fact, I was really impressed with the male worker. He was a champ despite being extremely busy.

We had a terrible experience. First, they forgot our online order. The first thing the girl behind the counter said was, "Oh my gosh I totally forgot to start the online order." She apologized. There were other people there getting food in store so I stepped back to wait for my order. The 3 people in front of me all had some problem with their order, more apologies. Meanwhile, my wife and 2 baby girls are in the car, very unhappily waiting. When they finished my order they apologized again. I left and when we got home my son was missing his queso and corn salsa. The staff was nice but I would never go back. Also my food wasn't that good. Would not recommend to anyone I know. Also I don't know if I missed something but the store hours said open til 9 but when I got there at 7, all of the chairs were stacked on top of the tables like they were closed.

Fast service line moves quickly one of the few places I can get in and out on my lunch at work and still have time Orders are always right and they have plenty of staff working during lunch time Will be back

Food and service were good. Condition of the restaurant was nasty. All the tables and floor were filthy and don’t even get me started with the men’s room. Disgusting.

In the carry out order, kids meal was missing the sides of drink and chips. The Fajita wasn't made properly. In the burrito bowl, lot of items were missing that were chosen from the app.

The young people there are doing a great job! I have been to quite a few and they were definitely not worth 5 stars! I'm mad at myself for not remembering their names! Clean kitchen and polite service! 😊❤️

2022 Again, you did a great job with our Valentines Day meal. Bowls filled to the brim with fresh ingredients. I weighed them and they were almost 2 lbs each!!! We could only eat half. Thank you. 2021 My husband and I love Qdoba, especially this location. The food is always fresh and the employees friendly. Hats off to the manager because they run a great restaurant. We were just there for valentine's day and they were quite busy - but all containers were filled and I like that they add a more items (best veggies), if you ask. One negative though - the chips are extremely salty. Otherwise, Yum🤗
