Fantastic establishment with great owners! These days we're finding it very hard to find good food and service. This place has not failed us. We are definitely narrowing down the restaurant establishments we eat at. This restaurant is on our list to come back to!

This restaurant is truly a gem, from the server to food!! I asked the waitress, Shelly for a recommendation, as I could not decide between 2 choices, she happily recommended the corn beef sandwich with coleslaw. What an excellent recommendation!!! The corn beef was lean and the home made chips that came with the meal were excellent. Shelly was very attentive, asking if I wanted extra dressing, bringing it promptly, along with extra napkins. She asked several times if we needed anything else, she was an excellent, polite waitress!! My husband ordered the pastrami sandwich and said it was very good. The atmosphere was friendly, the restaurant was clean. We will definitely be back.

This place is a hidden gem: the wattles way sandwich is so good. They have the BEST honey mustard! On Saturday’s they have a special Chinese food night: the spring rolls and sweet n sour chicken are to die for. All the staff is really friendly. It’s the same cooks every time- I love that!

We had to get together at Buddy's in regards to my dad who passed away Amanda was an awesome waitress from the Warren Van Dyke 13 Mile Road did a great job I couldn't have asked for better and Mariah opened the door for us my mom is handicap and disabled she was coming into work so instead of worrying about punching in she opened the door and she said no problem taking care of elderly and that was more important that is an excellent waitress thank you both at the Warren 13 Mile Road food great service great Hospitality to elderly and disabled I give my respects to you I'm a military Mom and thank you so much my uncle is a doctor and treated him with great respect and my daughter-in-law was from Thailand and it was wonderful how she handled multitasking for all of us and took her time as busy as she was thank you Amanda great waitress thank you Mariah for taking care of my mom coming into work God bless

The food is delicious, the service is great and the owners are friendly.

The service was good but it appeared they were under staffed. However, that is the norm with most business’ now a days. My patty melt was excellent.

Prices we great, the food was cooked to perfection. We ate breakfast, and the homemade rye toast was a pleasant surprise. Everyone working there was very friendly & happy!

Excellent food and so many choices! Looking forward to trying everything but have enjoyed many of the sandwiches. The fries are fantastic.

I was so looking forward to our breakfast this Saturday (2-4-23) at Pudges. I had heard great reviews from my son in law who went there last week. Unfortunately, the only thing I found satisfactory was the service and the coffee, which was very good. I had the Short Stack Pancakes. They were pretty awful. Tasted like they were made from a box. They were not fluffy nor were they of a restaurant quality. They reminded me of what I made at home with a pancake mix that you just add water. I ate half and left the rest. I also ordered “hash browns”. Their hash browns are more like boiled potatoes. They were mushy and room temperature, and not crispy. I couldn’t even eat them. My wife had Eggs Benedict. They looked, at best, ok. Nothing like the “absolutely delicious” reviews I had seen prior to going there. Not sure what was going on in the kitchen, but this food was pretty bad. It’s nothing even close to the 4.6 average review rating! I will not be going back.

I think we just found out new favorite spot. The clam chowder was some of the best I have ever had. My girlfriend got the crest combo on an onion roll and it was amazing. Highly recommend getting the onion rings.

Had a great sandwich and was very happen with my most recent take out from there. Will be going back for sure. Hadn’t been here in years and glad to have gone back.

The food is always homemade. I went for breakfast. I had the vegetable omelet. The veggies were fresh and cooked perfectly. It was a great meal.

Was a classic American restaurant until it was taken over by chinese. Now it has a dirty kitchen and we got sick after eating there. Bringing chinese food (egg rolls etc.) into an established American restaurant's menu is Always a bad sign. The owners have no clue about American food or hygiene standards.

New owners have taken it up a notch. Food is better than before and servers nicer. Worth a trip back to taste the improvements.

Our server (I forgot her name 😠) was exceptional! We were in for lunch and I wanted a cherry coke, which they don't serve, and she made magic happen and presented me with a home made one! Everything I order here is amazing! One of my favorite places.

The #4 pastrami sandwich was amazing. First time trying and very impressed at the quality!

Best Chicken Noodle soup I ever had, big selection of sandwiches, great service, clean environment, is worth a try, I loved it!

The three of us went to Pudges for lunch. It is a very popular place which also means the food is always fresh. Ordered the Sunday omelette, the veggie omelet, ad the Blt omelet. All were very tasty and brought quickly. Definitely worth a stop.

Very nice, courteous, efficient owners, staff. Good food, well prepared and tasty. Usually go around lunchtime, but dinners are good, too. Highly recommend this spot.

Pudges is a wonderful family restaurant, which has been a part of the Troy community for years. The new owners have carried on the tradition of delicious deli sandwiches, burgers, great breakfast food, and a quality family restaurant dinner menu. The hospitality is also excellent. Highly recommended.
