This isn’t a terrible Chuck E. Cheese location but it’s not great either. I don’t remember the prices being this crazy when I was younger, and the pizza is a RIPOFF! The personal pizza is very tiny - don’t order it. I paid $12 for a personal pepperoni pizza, and I was STARVING afterwards. The size would only be suitable for a small child. I also never got a receipt… The building itself is pretty small but it has a decent amount of games. The restrooms weren’t super clean, but I would say they were dirty. My experience was pretty eh. My kid had fun but I’m not sure if we will be back.

Maybe it’s because I was an 80s kid but Chuck E. Cheese has gone down hill. Remember the ball pit, animatronics and slide? It used to be so fun! I get why they got rid of that though. It’s a smart business move. They also do not stamp everyone’s hand anymore. That was a bit disappointing. So here’s what we experienced today. Pros: the manager (young lady) was helpful and polite. The food is good. $15 for 4 wings, a medium fry and a full serving of cheesy bread is fair. Having your tickets and tokens on a card is easier to handle. $3 for a drink with unlimited refills is a good price. One of the songs playing on the screen was about standing up to bullies, sad but necessary. The young man who was bringing out food acted quickly when a customer told him about a broken game. Sadly that was it… Cons: it’s so expensive. The salad bar was closed. Chyna, the unhappy cashier said it was only temporary though. The bathroom was disgusting. The toilet filled with throw up had been there awhile because it was dried on the seat. The broom and dustpan full of used tissues was just sitting there for over an hour. A LOT of games are broken but will still take your points off and I believe it’s non refundable? 😣 My daughter lost like 10 points this way. One of the games was filthy, like with mildew. I got the sampler app and it took 40 minutes to come out. My friends personal pan never came out and after an hour he just asked for a refund. They have a game towards the back on the floor that’s halfway open with wires, etc hanging out. It’s not going to electrocute anyone but still it seems unsafe. The sprite was outta syrup and then the Diet Pepsi went out. Some big problems some little but when you add them up and you’re hungry and waiting for food. Your kid is losing points. It sucks. We’ve decided not to go again. The games displayed below are the ones that weren’t working.

Writing this to everyone who is gonna order food at chuck e cheese, DO NOT order the food. Wait it Very long even if its busy or Not. So We order a 2 Large pizza combo that came everything even a Large Warm chocalate Cookie which in Total of $81. After that they gave us a Buzzer to notify when the Food is ready. Well the thing is, We waited over 45mins for the pizza and We asked the employees which they told the Manager whats taking so long. Soon to find out that the family next to us Got our food and Whats interesting is that their buzzer ringed but our didn't. Plus whats funny is they talked to the Manager about why they had a Large Chocolate cookie. At that point we asked the Manager our money back only to be given $49. I'm confuse why Wasn't $60 like were those 6 cups expensive Too?? Then the Manager called us Stupid behind our back cause its our fault for not having our Buzzer with us.......Yeah So its funny cause our Buzzer was at the Table which I'm actually sitting THERE waiting For My food while my family went to play. So If you company read this please get a Proper Manager who can Manage their people and also Not talk behind our backs when I can hear them. ALSO Everyone who read this please Save yourself from spending food there. Not worth the loss

To the staff that was on duty 11/18/23, Thank you for being patient with our party yesterday. Everything was put in place when we arrived. I don’t know how they were able to manage it because there were a total of 5 or 6 parties yesterday. The food was good. I gave 4 stars because it was pricey. The kids and guests enjoyed it!! My child continued talking about it all the way home. I haven’t been since I was a child. Things looked different of course, but that’s to be expected. I like how you can use a card to keep track of tickets. The party clean up was quick and fast as well.

One of my favorite Chuck E. Cheese locations in the nation! It has a great salad bar, fun games, and staff is super friendly! It’s right down the street from the University of Alabama so this is a destination for all the fraternities and sororities to come for great catering to tailgate before the football games! Roll Tide!

It was Awesome 😎 the staff and guests were good to us. Sad thing is due to covid-19 Chuckie did not make an appearance. And the prices are a little high. I never expected to see a toy for $34.99

The customer service of their team members was AWFUL.. Except for the young man at the door. But their games all worked for the most part... Shindig is a better option in Tuscaloosa

Manager was rude and very unpleasant he shouldn't be working in customer service! They had expired signs up didn't have any of the toys we wanted..bad for business and I was informed that the two toys we wanted are always unavailable

I was there to celebrate my granddaughters 3rd birthday and it was wonderful until there was a comotion that interrupted everyone's enjoyment after that my daughters fries were half done( but tasted great). Overall it brought back memories of Wood Square Shopping Center (Show Bizz Pizza ) with my children 😀.

They need more people! Nobody at the door to stamp kids and just need more people working. The associates who were working did the best they could.

We didn't eat there at the time. Very expensive to play ($150 for a family of 5). But the games were so fun! My husband and I had as much fun as our 3 kiddos. Staff was bored and wanted to be anywhere but there, but we really didn't need their help, so all was good.

Most of the games are busted - it’s seriously time for them to be refurbished or renovated, personal pizza is served on a paper plate and the serving is super tiny - like for a one or two year old tiny - not worth the $9/$10. The drinks are equivalent to a small but are $2.99 🤔.. the price you pay for that alone.. you could go literally anywhere else for cheaper. We spent majority of the time on one or two things because what little was working was crowded with other children playing. It’s time desperately time for a renovation and refurbishment.

I went here with my son on a Saturday around 2pm. It was so busy! You have to buy 30 min/1 hour etc. play cards. You scan the play card on the games to play. Just about every game we tried to play we had to wait on another kid to finish or someone had already scanned a play card and quit the game halfway. I bought the 30 min card for about $18 between waiting on other kids to play, broken machines and kids quiting midway I felt we was waiting half of the 30 mins. So for $18 we actually played maybe 10mins of games. Needless to say I wasn't real impressed with this place but my kid had fun, he got dip and dots for $6.

We were celebrating my Niece's birthday. When we first arrived we ordered two large pizzas. After about an hour of the kids playing we thought we would have a little time to rest and eat pizza. Well the pizza wasn't even in the oven. So we get them to play a little bit more. After another 30-45 minutes we check on the pizza, still not ready. By the time they wanted to say a few more minutes, it was very close to closing. The kids really enjoyed the games, but We know next time to feed the kids before we go.

It's a good place. I can't really complain too much. It's fun for adults and kids, and their pizza is irritatingly good 😊 It's definitely filled with lots of kids all over the place, but it's still great!
