This
is
one
of
the
most
dysfunctional
BJ’s
I
have
ever
been
to,
and
today
the
behavior
of
one
of
the
managers
likely
confirms
I
will
not
return.
Today
is
Monday
and
I
had
my
wife
meet
me
after
work
and
pack
up
the
3
kids
to
meet
me
for
the
Monday
pizza
special
which
they
choose
to
advertise.
We
finally
get
situated
and
order
a
large
pizza
and
server
has
to
check
and
they
are
out
of
large
deep
dish
pizza.
Stuff
happens
no
big
deal
and
ask
the
server
to
check
with
manager
on
what
can
be
substituted
which
would
have
been
fine,
however
the
manager
just
says
no
and
it’s
half
price
night.
I
let
him
know
the
situation
and
reminded
him
this
is
BJ’s
problem
not
ours,
but
he
expected
us
to
just
pay
more
because
BJ’s
is
having
a
dough
issue
and
ran
out
of
their
daily
special
item.
I
told
him
we
were
leaving
and
he
literally
could
not
have
cared
less
and
said
sorry
to
which
I
told
him
he
wasn’t
or
he
wouldn’t
have
wasted
our
time.
What
frustrated
us
even
more
is
when
we
are
leaving
the
manager
Kirk
who
was
unwilling
to
do
anything
to
make
this
right
watched
me
walk
by
and
didn’t
say
a
word
but
he
decided
to
wait
until
my
wife
was
walking
by
to
say
sarcastically
“have
a
great
night”,
clearly
he
intended
to
be
rude
and
sarcastic
but
wasn’t
brave
enough
to
say
it
to
me.
I
realize
you
likely
don’t
make
money
on
half
price
pizza
night
but
your
choice
to
advertise
this
not
mine,
what
it
really
costs
you
is
all
the
business
you
lose
from
a
family
who
primarily
eats
at
your
restaurant
on
regular
nights
with
no
specials
involved.
Funnier
part
is
we
intended
to
pay
with
a
courtesy
card
a
manager
gave
us
for
our
prior
bad
experience
when
we
selected
curbside
pick
up
and
I
had
to
wait
outside
for
25
minutes
then
go
in
even
though
I
left
a
tip
for
someone
to
walk
my
order
out
to
my
car.
What
seemed
like
should
be
a
pretty
easy
solution
to
come
to
ended
up
being
one
of
the
worst
experiences
ever.
Hate
coming
to
this
location
even
though
the
actual
food
itself
is
typically
good
if
you
can
get
past
the
bad
service
and
unprofessional
behavior
from
the
manager
Kirk
who’s
looking
to
be
a
jerk
to
a
mother
in
front
of
her
kids.
Too
many
other
places
you
can
spend
$80-$100
(or
much
less)
to
feed
a
family
of
5.
