    From now on I am only using Fed ex and USPS. UPS has the Slowest Expedited shipping ever! Then when the package does arrive in Madison Heights sorting facility they dont even attempt to put it on a truck and deliver it. Why pay for expadited shipping if the package is not going to be prioritized? I could have got standard fedex shipping and received my package by now. UPS is just terrible

    The UPS guy up front is a great and calm person. He always has a smile on his face when providing customer service. Every time I go there to return something, I see him. I'm always glad to see him. He is an amazing human being. Thank you for your service.

    40 hours to get a package started on its grip in midweek is inexcusable. Edited to add in response to below: I followed the owner's advice and know no more than I did. UPS seems to be the package lottery not delivery.

    I've been going to this location upwards of 12 years now and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience Same guy worked the counter for years and was awesome. His replacement couldn't be better. Sure I've had longer than expected wait times but that's on the customers walking up to the counter unprepared. I don't go anywhere else if I don't have to.

    I called and they had me pay to pick up my package same day. They said they would call in an hour. I called repeatedly for 6 hours and find out at 7pm my package is available for pickup here and itā€™s already closed. They refuse to refund me. Wasted over an hour of my time and donā€™t have my package in time for why I need it. So they wasted my my time and stole my money. Thereā€™s only a few ways they could have done a worse job.

    they marked my perishable package as "delivery attempted" while we were literally sitting next to the door. It will now rot and there's nothing customer service or the hub will do about it. UPS is awful. Edit: They responded 15 mins later saying reach out if I need further assistance. UPS, I need the initial assistance you were contracted to perform. I want the package you agreed to deliver. Nothing more. How is this hard to understand? They must have laughed while writing their reply, sitting on my rotting food. Edit: The food came, three days late, thawed with no more dry ice. They let 28 pounds of meat just rot... and no one will be held accountable for it.

    If I could give UPS 0 stars I would. Their drivers still packages and their investigators try to intimidate you with the police and now look who had to get the police involved after two stolen packages

    Terrible First they changed there hours and this location is closed for lunch from 12-1. They now close at 6:00 instead of 7:00 Placed a hold for pick up for Friday December 17th went to location and item was not there was placed on truck for delivery Was finally able to pick up the item 12-22 Appears UPS is trying to save money by changing there hours.and donā€™t want customers to pick up packages They have small paper sign on a sign on another sign at the entrance which you canā€™t read from your vehicle If I need to pick up a a package I prefer to pick it up from UPS and not cvs or other options they offer

    I was waiting for a package they said the sender did not specify the apartment I called them early to tell them what's the apartment number and there's somebody in the building waiting they tell me you could go pick it up from from the location on Whitcomb I believe Street name and they said it should be there however they ask for money to hold the package I ask the package has been paid by the center which was by Sony I go there later they said they just closed despise the fact they should have been open until 8:00 so they tell me come next morning and we should have it ready for you I come the next morning wait 45 minutes outside until they open the gates just to find out after another half hour of waiting inside that they send the package back the same night without even calling me I left all my information just because they wanted to charge me extra money this is not a good business since one FedEx or UPS or the postal office charge you to hold your package same day of delivery

    Brian Grau, delivery person is nice, friendly and service centric. The contents in two boxes were damaged. He examined and took initiative to pick-up and return. Thanks Brian.

    Wish i could make it negative, ordered a package for saturday delivery. It was late Was told the package would be here Monday. Package doesn't show, when I go in to pick it up, im told its still on the truck at the facility and isnt even out for delivery. So i ask to get it, I can't do that cause its on the truck, thats never left the facility. When I ask for it to be made a pick up for the next day. "They can't do that" only I can do it on the website, the website says they "have to make a delivery attempt" So the package is already late, 4 days and you haven't made a single attmept....

    I have been trying to get my package held. I was told by Overstock UPS can hold a delivery. I was told by UPS that Overstock does not allow delivery changes. I tried to do a hold at the facility and UPS tried to charge me $7.99 per item. On the website it says you have to pay $19.99 to ā€œupgradeā€ delivery. Desperate to stop the delivery, I upgraded and guess what? I still donā€™t have the option to hold delivery. And I cannot speak to a human and the ANNOYING automated system canā€™t comprehend what I want. I will be doing a chargeback for my money since despite my ā€œupgradeā€ I still canā€™t hold or change delivery.

    Arrived an hour and 15 min before closing to have the gate closed in my face, after loading a package with dry ice to ship ice cream. Nothing like ruining my shipment and time.

    UPS package supposedly handed off to USPS on the 4th with delivery expected the 5th. USPS still says it is "awaiting the package" and no further update from either side of the coin. I just want what I paid for,

    The drivers are always excellent. Courteous & professional. The ups on Whitcomb was disappointing. Iā€™m not sure where the ā€˜out to lunchā€™ sign was, but I didnā€™t see it. I was told after I went into their outside building that itā€™s ā€˜right on the fenceā€™. I donā€™t understand ups closing for lunch. It seems ridiculous. And If you must close, at least put up a sign thatā€™s easily seen. Otherwise, as I said, the drivers and deliveries are always excellent. Iā€™d give them 5 stars. But closing for lunch and not placing good signage is pitiful.

    You know its really sad, when employer & employees arent on the same page..I had a UPS driver , delivery my package to my back door...For what ever reasons...My guess he didnt noticed the front stairs nor the porch...Put yourself in consumers shoes, would you want your packages you paid not delivered, place else where, instead of where it should be. Then constantly told lies up on top of lies from customer service reps....Thank Goodness...for Amazon & FedEx....If I had to depend on your services...I would never order onliine....You should take all the negative truthful comments you have here & make adjustments within your services....Do better instead of just commenting excuses after excuses....

    I donā€™t use UPS much anymore since most deliveries are through Amazon or USPS and now I know why. I have an apartment above a local business and they took it upon themselves to say my package was ā€œundeliverableā€ changed the delivery address to an unknown location and delivered it there. The first package I never got, letā€™s see if this is the same with the second. I cannot get a refund for this one since itā€™s an EBay purchase šŸ˜”

    I arrived @ the UPS Customer Service Center in Madison Heights, Michigan @ 4:20 and walked out with my package by 4:30. There were 4 people in line ahead of me and 1 person at the service counter; however, the service was top notch due to the professional, courteous & efficient handling of customers by the UPS employee at the service counter.

    I'm only rating the gentleman that works behind the counter on weekdays. His customer service skills and general attitude was exemplary. It's such a relief to have a kind, helpful and patient person waiting on you. I got there right after they opened after lunch. While I was there, the lobby went from just me to approximately 8 people and he handled everything in stride. I wish he was on my staff!

    They made one attempt to deliver (signature required) on June 16th 2022 with this notice and never came back! I still can't find the package. They did not drop it off at the noted location.

    Constantly wrong on delivery dates and times. Only benefit over usps is that you get the package at some point. 3 packages from same location in the same order and they only delivered 2 and say the last one will be the next day or two. I paid for next day shipping. All service industry is trash.
