A great experience for all ages! Inclusive, fun and affordable. Boost has been able to bring myself, friends and family engaged and most importantly healthy in a fun way! The facilities were clean and the staff were more than helpful to any questions or queries. I highly reccomend!

Another great time at Boost with my little boy Louie. The staff are fantastic! Louie made friends with Morgan (a staff member) who interacted with Louie loads & made him laugh. Would definitely recommend the Mini Explorer sessions, so much fun & the little ones have access to the whole trampoline park without the worry of bigger kids knocking into them. This was our 4th visit & we’ll be booking again for next week 😊

Very nice a trampoline, a big area, a lot of different pats. Good place for children to have fun. There is a cafe. Free parking. But in the winter time there is cold.

Easy to get to on the far end of the Riverside estate past the car showrooms. There was plenty of parking with great disability access. The place was clean with the ability to purchase refreshments. As for the actual play area it was great for the more adventurous kids. Plenty of bouncing and safe falls. Can get a little crowded but on the whole a fantastic experience.

I had a party for my daughters birthday, the party room was alright kids loved the trampolining however the only thing which we personally didn't like was how the workers didn't seem as if they were trained enough to deal with customer service. The girl that was serving us was showing weird behaviour as if she was unhappy with serving us and being the host. She was walking around all the time, constantly watching the clock kind of making it obvious that we should get up and leave soon. We felt uncomfortable and like we wasn't welcome even though I am the one paying money for it which made me feel dissatisfied. I will not be doing a birthday party there again 😞😞.

Today was my son's birthday party and all I can say was that it was a big disappointment. The staff is unprofessional and they do not care about what they are supposed to do. You get yourself in the position to chase everyone around to clean your prepaid party table which was full of rubbish, in the position where you have to get your birthday cake to the party room. I do not recommend this place to anybody.

We visit here every few months. Today was SERVICE WITH A SMILE by Areti, very helpful. She made today’s experience easy and smooth. It’s always great to have this type of service. Goes far for any business.

I took my 3 year old niece to the dedicated afternoon toddler session last Tuesday, she had a wonderful time. The trampoline park was very quiet so we almost had the whole site to ourselves. Only a few areas were out of limits as they pose a risk to young children. This was well explained by the gentleman who welcomed us before our session. During our session, a very friendly member of staff was on the trampolines ready to help us if we needed it. I thought the 1 hour session was going to be more than enough for my niece but she would have happily stayed for the 2 hour session. They gave us socks when we arrived as we’d never been before. We can now use these every time we go. I’d really recommend it if you’re looking for a toddler activity.

My little sister attended a party hosted by Kerri-Anne and had a blast! The decorations were amazing and really set the mood. The food was delicious and there was something for everyone. Kerri-Anne was a great host and made sure everyone was having a good time. Would definitely attend another party hosted by her! Can not recommend her enough, a great asset to the company!

Great family day out, staff all friendly and really helpful. We had children of 3, 2 and 1 there was something for all of them. The adults had a pretty fun time too. We will definitely be going back. 😁

Kady at the refreshment area was great, joined in with funny chats, great employee. Did however have a slight issue with being informed on times of play between front desk and safety video area. All round a good couple of hours out for all the family.

Had a brilliant morning at the family session. My daughters loved every minute! Kerrie-anne (I think the young ladies name was) was amazing with my youngest and took the time to encourage her and help her. By the end of the session nothing was stopping her! The atmosphere of the family session was so lovely and perfect if you have an under 4 who loves to bounce!

We visited Leicester Boost again today and what can I say, the staff are just amazing. They have really helped our young person build positive relationships. Kamisha is absolutely fantastic at her job. Well done to you all at Leicester Boost x

Booked a birthday party here for 15 children. It was brilliant. Also attend with my own children regularly. I’ve been on weekends and weekdays. My children are aged 11, 6 & 4 they go off independently and absolutely love it! You have a clear view from the cafe area of the whole bounce are. I buy the Tickets online as they are cheaper than in person & I use my boost card as it gives me 15% off every booking. The card only cost me £6 for the year and saves me so much money! Great place to visit 😄

My little boy and I visited Boost this morning for the Under 4's Mini Explorer session. We practically had the place to ourselves (1 other parent and 2 children) which was amazing. Karis (the young lady who was supervising) is so friendly and engaging with the little ones. My little boy often ran over, took her hand so he could bounce with her which she gladly participated. Such a great session and the place is always clean and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

Just wanted to thank the Boost team for exceptional customer service! My son had come up to me in the cafe as he was a little upset due to his feet hurting (too much bouncing!). He was not overly crying and I was talking to him calmly but he was upset that he would potentially not be able to continue his session. Christine then appeared out of nowhere to check on him. She then offered some water. Her colleague (didn’t get their name apologies!) was lovely when bringing the water across to my son. A little while later Christine came back over as my son was still upset with sore feet. She offered an ice pack and called for first aid. The manager came (again didn’t get their name) and was so lovely and helpful and after assessing my son gave an ice pack. This proactive care for the children from the Boost team, initiated by Christine, was amazing!! So reassuring and rare to get that amazing level of customer service!! Highly recommend Christine, her colleague and her manager at Boost. They are a credit to the company!!

A huge thank you to Connor who is always so kind to my SEN son. G loves playing games with Connor with the magic colour cube and they have so much fun together and really make our visits. SEND sessions are always quiet even if they are very early (9am on Sunday's) they are worth going to if your child can't cope with regular sessions. Thank you!

We bought the memberships recently and then topped up with the Easter pass for 2 children and now the Summer pass. The value is fantastic, the free hot drinks are great and in one week we have been 4 times. My boys like coming at the end of the day when its quiet to finish the day off. The trampoline staff chat to them at this time too as its quiet which they like. The cafe staff have been so friendly as well, the lady that works in the kitchen come to serve and is always so cheerful but the staff have all been so helpful and happy. Its been a great experience.

We (2adults, 2 kids) have been coming since it opened. Very active gymnasticy girls love it and never get bored. Great deals at holidays, after school club is also a fantastic deal for 2 hours bouncing. Good choice for birthday parties too, especially if you have a mix of ages to cater for. Food is good quality and reasonably priced. Last but not least, the staff are great… friendly and do anything to help, right from front desk to kitchen and in all inbetween. Thanks Boost!, we’ll keep coming back!

We really enjoy visiting Boost. Staff are always friendly and there's a good variety of things to explore and jump around on. My 3 year old loves it!! The boost plus card is really worth it for the value and free drinks, and the prices are very reasonable, especially during school holidays which is a big help. We visited on a Monday morning for the under 4's session. I expected it to be busy but it was nice and quiet so we were able to run around everywhere. We also had her birthday party at Boost this year and would highly recommend it - the themed rooms are brilliant and the food was a big hit with the children and adults.

Hannah in the cafe was super friendly and efficient getting our drinks. Kids had a great time bouncing, all the staff on the courts took good care of them. Note for management - fix the roof!! A bucket on a trampoline catching drips is just ridiculously dangerous (court staff VERY vigilant of this - management - do better and get the repairs done!!)

Our group had a fantastic session at Boost. The staff were all friendly and efficient in getting the children through the safety video and in to jump. Morgan was particularly good with the children. He was friendly and involved them all in a fun game. Great customer service and happy children and parents. Thank you :)

Visited with a group of friends from different areas of the UK. The kids loved it! Best trampoline park I’ve been to. The staff were amazing! Actually interacting with the kids and playing games etc. Morgan was so lovely with my son who can be shy. Thank you, it make my time there easier!

Absolutely fantastic service through out was a treat for the boys to get together and have fun food was fresh and hot and on time for the boys. The boys pretty much had the whole place to them selves loving it. Definitely be back again soon . The customer service at the tills was fantastic and customer service in the cafe part Christine was very polite and friendly welcoming.

Disgusting service. The staff are all kids with no sense. Rude no compassion what so ever. Like to put the blame on the customer when they make huge errors. Strongly advise to go to Gravity in Town Center instead of this joke of a place!

Went there for my grandson's birthday, but once in the party room it was a bit of a letdown. Food was OK but the party 🥳 bag was supposed to include a sweet cone but this was missing and when my daughter enquired where they were, was told they were not doing them, but could take the kids up to the cafe to get tubs of pick n mix. This is not practical when you have to try and supervise 7 kids deciding what to put in their tubs, therefore they went home empty handed.

Great time for all the family! Came with friends who live in the area, lots of friendly faces and staff dressed up for Halloween. Staff on court played on the beam area with the kids and even let them win. Highly recommended!

Been meaning to leave a review for ages, had such a great time here with the kids, they loved it so much and were all sweaty by the end of it. Hubby lost his chain but staff were helpful helping him find it. Lovely family afternoon out as not a lot to do in Northampton, glad to have found you. Carol x

I had a really nice time today at Boost! Staff were really kind and accommodating, especially Thalia, who took the time to cheer up my little sister once she was upset that she had to leave. Would definitely go again!x

Absolutely DISGUSTED with the place!!! Last visit with the little ones I noticed the foam was decaying and causing issues with my childrens eyes as the dust particles would itch and scratch. Whilst my youngest was crawling about, I noticed around the outsides of the seating area, stairs and other general areas, really bad dust and dirt! I had to wipe him down from all of the dirt and hair he'd collected on his little hands and knees from his crawl about. The entrance corridor carpet was also badly stained & soiled with God knows what too! Dispite this (as my older ones do enjoy bouncing around) I decided to book a birthday party here. It went further down hill from here... I experienced really poor communication from boost after paying for the party online. IT TOOK weeks to finally get hold of a confirmation for my booking for my massive party payment. No one answered the phones. Eventually they did respond by email and then stated that they'd sent the confirmation to the wrong email address (not mine) worrying or what?? Then on the week of his actual birthday party (literally a few days before) they did eventually ring me informing me that the party couldnt go ahead because of his age. What?!?! This was NOT stated clearly on their website at time of booking otherwise I wouldn't have booked it! Furthermore this now does not allow me any time to earrange the up coming party in a few days anywhere else as they'll all be booked up. Thanks guys?? Absolute shambles. Wouldn't recommend at all. Think twice yourself Addition: since the above review I have managed to speak directly with management and they offer their apologies for the faulty booking system when booking parties for children under 4yrs and the delay in getting back to me. They have reassured me this will be ammended for the future. Management were polite and responsive with an offer for an alternative arrangement for the party however, this didn't meet the needs I had. I have changed my star rating ting from a 1 to a 2 for the polite nature of the management. I'm still upset with the cancellation

I don’t usually write reviews however this place deserves one. The staff were incredibly friendly, specifically a lovely girl named Hollie who worked in Cafe. I had previously been to gravity in town centre where I can confirm that the services, atmosphere and equipment for the children was shocking. Boost is a lovely trampoline park- strongly recommend. Thank you to all members of staff for creating such a wonderful experience for me and my son :)

Great fun for all ages. The Kids love it and great for them to burn off excess energy. Friendly staff and reasonably priced. Recommended.

My kids love going for a session or two during holidays and its always clean and pleasant. The restaurant is a huge let-down! Coffee is expensive and there are always an issue with the food.

I visited, without booking, with my disabled son (autistic) and the staff there were very understanding & thoughtful. I never usually leave reviews , but wanted to say thank you to you all, for your respectful & mature attitude. Oh, and the trampoline park was great fun !!!!

We came from London really impressed with this place. Great place for kids to have fun and parents can chill at the cafe. The staff are amazing and very helpful especially Carl and Harry. We recommend this place for any birthdays and day out with kids. This is by far the best experience to have if you are looking for a fun day out. Will definitely come again.

Lovely big area for the kids to play in, easy booking system, friendly staff. The only downside was no gate on main entrance so kids can just walk out of the main door if not supervised which we saw while we were there. Great cafe with very helpful, polite staff. Will definitely be back 👍

Brilliant, lovely place with great staff and facilities for kids. Just thought more could be done to properly engage and ensure kids understand the safety videos before going on the trampolines. This will mean less effort and time for monitoring or safety staff on hand to frequently walk up to kids to explain to them safety protocols that was never well explained and understood to begin with.

Came in the summer holidays and it was surprisingly quiet. The guy on reception (Peter) was really friendly and welcoming and helpful. The children had a lovely time bouncing (although they got rather hot) and I was able to work upstairs. Great place to burn some calories :-)

My 4 year old son has autism & the staff have always been so understanding of his needs, they take extra time to make myself & my son feel welcome & safe. I can now feel less anxious about allowing him to bounce alone knowing the wonderful staff are always on guard to watch over him. He now feels confident to come to boost! It allows him to release his frustration.

We went today for my daughters 2nd birthday and we all had the best time. Harry welcomed us at the front desk and he interacted with us the whole time we were there. He was a really nice bloke and my eldest thought he was very funny. We will be back that’s for sure. Keep up the fab work Harry and boost

Me and my children had a wonderful time at boost. The staff are really friendly and safety conscious really professional for young people. The park is so much fun me and my family attend regularly so thank you everyone who works at boost Northampton for providing such a great service. Xx

Had a great morning with our two toddlers at Boost. Would highly recommend. Facilities were great, staff were lovely. Two very happy and tired kids by the end. Will definitely be going back.
