The manager this evening is unprofessional and rude. The staff has no clue what they are doing. This place is a total mess and has been for two years. The manager said he was working on getting things together and gave me a coupon a few months ago because they were out of everything. I went to use it tonight and waited 30 minutes for an online order. Don’t eat here. Go to the one on Haggerty and 8 mile stay away from here!

Terrible and unfriendly staff! It was disgusting the server throwing rice all through the balcony while a second one was eating a Five Guy burger at his side. Young and unprepared staff, if you in the area do not go there. Go to five guys, right by their side, muuuchhh better.

The lady is so unfriendly and charged 2$ extra for half spoon of extra beans. If had an option of giving zero stars would definitely give. Would not visit this again.

Good food. The meat is well done. The staff is courteous and works pretty quick.

Woah, what happened here? This use to be top tier compared to the other 2 locations near by. I’ve had a lot of success at this location. I usually create my own bowls, for some reason the portion changed?? For each bowl I ordered and it seemed like they used a tablespoon for each ingredient and the chicken was burned 🔥. Literally. For the first time, my entire family was disappointed and still hungry. Hopefully things will go back to normal soon for this location

I ordered a burrito with brown rice, extra chicken, no beans i got a burrito with LOTS of white rice minimal chicken, and beans. Meanwhile my stepmom ordered a taco salad that came with no taco shell beans when she didn’torder beans and not a lot of lettuce .

Just had a terrible customer service experience at this store. This store has usually been great in the past, but today was different. Before preparing my bowl, the lady employee (yellow shirt) preparing the base/protein was rude and inpatient with the few questions I asked. When she made my two bowls, she scraped the bottom of the tray of chicken "crumbs" to add the protein. Immediately after, another employee brought a new tray of fresh chicken, I inquired about why I got the chicken "crumbs" and that I preferred the fresh tray instead. The employee snapped and said "it's from the same pan, it's all the same" and moved on to the next customer. The way she snapped was terrible. And the fact that she moved on to the next customer without "making it right" was even more terrible. We proceeded to the next employee (I think pink shirt) who did the toppings and checkout. I have to note that this employee was absolutely great completing the process. I think she had also picked up on her colleague's rudeness and saw my displeasure. She completed our order and checkout with a smile. That is the service I have always received at this store. From reading other reviews, I can tell that the store manager is passionate about their performance, quality and consistency; and strives to achieve excellence. I very much applaud that effort. Maybe it was a bad day for the employee, I can understand that. But regardless, I'm sure providing a "snap-back" attitude and chicken "crumbs" to a unsatisfied customer isn't what this store manager has in mind.

One of the staff members was rude and not very nice. The bad part is I drove out of my way to patronize this establishment based on other reviews. Moving forward, I will just stick to the one in my neighborhood. Food was decent.

I think I meant to go to Chipotle. I wish I had. Queso tasted like vomit and everything else lacked flavor, so the vomit taste was tenfold. Maybe it was me. Maybe it's Qdoba. I do not recommend. No complaints with staff though. It was strictly the food.

Used to go here sometimes, but not anymore. Unfortunately, I had ordered a cheese quasedilla only to find meat inside. The last few times I had food delivered, presentation and order were incorrect.

This was my first time dining at Qdoba, and it was a thousand times better than Chipotle. P.S. "Impossible Meat" is made from human flesh so not eat it under any circumstances

Managers have been stealing tips from employees for years, taking advantage of the young staff and being proud of it. Very bold move considering they do little to no work compared to team members. When confronted, managers proceeded to place blame on the same employees they were stealing from instead of blaming themselves for their selfish actions. Pancheros isn’t too far of a drive from this location and they don’t screw over the staff with a smile on their face. Do better Mike and Sky, some self reflection is definitely needed!

One of the better Qdoba's for sure. Very fresh ingredients every time.

Great staff and food. We went there with our hungry toddler after grocery shopping, ordering was a bit hectic with her but the staff was super nice and understanding. We couldn't find a high chair but she sat on our lap while we ate and that worked out just fine. Love this location! Thanks for great service!

The service is not good and staff don’t even listen to what you ask for! And they didn’t have beef briskets! The food itself was as good as before

Food was ok but the customer service is trash. I was the only one in line and the server got mad at me because I asked for chips and queso at the end of the line because it was a hassle for her because she was busy. How am I supposed to know when the correct time to order things is 🤬

This one is a catch 22, y'all. If you want the best made qdoba in the area, come to this location. If you want to be treated with anything close to resembling common decency and kindness, stay far, far away. They have worst customer service I have experienced literally anywhere. We called to raise our grievance to the manager "Joe", who may not have actually been the manager, and he didn't seem to care. I'm appalled. It's not worth it, friends. Go somewhere else.

Was disappointed that Google Maps said they were open and when I got there I did discovered that I could not just walk up to the register, order, and leave like you would expect when it says they're open. Nope, you have to order online. No Quodoba for me tonight. :(

I went after work one day and it was 9:50 and i saw they close at 10 and i walked up and they wouldn’t take my order cause they were closing.

Food is average its what you would expect. Customer service not as high as I would want it but nothing to really complain about. My only real complaint is the cleanness of the dining area alot of dirty tables for me to be the only Customer (I had to clean my own table off)

Chain is just not the same since they got rid of the Ancho Chili BBQ sauce. Way to many menu changes in a short period of time.

11:20 walked into Qdoba at 8 mile and Haggerty adjacent to 5 Guys. I was the ONLY person in line, three employees behind the counter, others in back. I was told they couldn't take my order because they were busy filling a $300 order. Went to Chipotle!
