AWFUL. The staff when you can find them are rude and unhelpful! It will never change. Management need to sort it out. Spent most of my time looking for staff. In the end I queued at the till to request trainers. Only to be told to go find the lad on trainers. I am disabled and so I told him absolutely not. So the lad came to the till even then the lad on trainers downstairs was dismissive! I will never shop here again! Terrible store awful staff.

I bought some walking shoes that weren't very comfy. Took them back and the very helpful chap in the shoe department put me right and I exchanged them 🙂

Cheap gym wear and sport items. There are two floors, the ground floor mainly has clothes and trainers with upstairs containing more equipment e.g golf, football, basketball stuff.

Went into the retail park store today looking for a hoodie, I have been to numerous shops with no success, but after looking in you're store and not finding the correct size for an item I wanted, An assistant called Luke went above and beyond and found the item in stock online from sports direct and told me of my options, I then spent £80 in you're store and spent another £80 on you're website, thanks Luke for ur 5 star service.

I went today and picked out leggings, hoodie and two T-shirts, I walked out of the store without the leggings. They did not scan them or anything even though I put the leggings on top of the hoodie.

Sitting here for last 10 mins in Sports direct whilst assistants mess around. Asked for help told not there area. They are standing looking at me while chasing each other around shop floor. Shocking immature staff and appalling customer service

Husband and I tried to purchase trainers. (sketchers) looking to spend upto £150 on 2 pairs. Was assisted once eventually found a staff member who supplied myself with one pair of trainers to try. Which unfortunately did not fit as didn't have my original size. Staff member had disappeared, so after waiting we gave up and left. Attempted the Telford Town centre shop, was a similar situation. Returned home with nothing. Poor service and attention to customers. Needs improvement before we return.

Very good experience. Clean and tidy, at the time 3pm there was no queues. Great! Large stock, found the shoe size needed. Quick and easy check out.

Best staff and integrity. I Bought 2 pairs of trainers, one for me,one for my wife for a trip. She placed in suit case and tossed box.Later learned manufacturing sewn one up to tight and shorter.Manager did NOT hesitate to allow me to swap for another pair she admired..Sometimes manufacturing makes errors and even without box they stood by their products,reason only place we go,and they stock most recent offerings like back in the states..Nice people always working there.

The staff are very eager to help and are around if you need them. We went early and parking was good. Definitely worth a trip if you want reasonably priced sports wear and equipment. You could even save time and place order online to pick up in store. 😊

Shop was quiet. Loads of stock. Good value for money. Parking was easy.

Not too impressed on this visit. The t-shirt I wanted was on the top rung, 12 feet up. I approached 2 young staff members who saw me coming and walked away.So, I found a large 6 foot hook, meant for staff use, and got the t-shirts down myself( with difficulty as I have a disability). However, as usual with Sports Direct, at this store, and Wolverhampton, Bentley Bridge and Birmingham no size small. The popular sizes sell first and not restocked. Unless you are size large or above don't bother shopping here. Also don't shop online with Sports Direct unless you are prepared to pay £5 for delivery and another £5 to return it if it does not fit. I'll go elsewhere in future.

Got what I wanted - half price darts. Takes time at till queue to get served.

Went in to buy my son some trainers and shoes that I had seen on line. Staff were very helpful and got stock out of storeroom three times. Much better to be able to try before you buy plus on line costs over £4 more for delivery. It was fairly quiet and I can see it might be difficult at busier times to track down the staff for help!

Frustrating that this shop doesn’t open until 10am! Popped to have a look for something after the school run. Lost a customer, shall go to decathlon instead.

I enjoy visiting this store as I always manage to find a good bargain.

Poor customer service they refused to give me my money back even though the age on the tags they had put on was the wrong size and said different to the clothing tag they also would not let me exchange the items in store due to time even though i had to get taxis told me i would have to come back another day even though its their fault! Will not ever be buying from here again!!

Went in for some football shorts for my daughter but i was a little disappointed because they didn't have many different sizes.

Something for every taste age group and need , the prices are reasonable. The staff are polite and the store is clean and tidy
