I purchased a new hunting rifle and needed some ammo. Christensen Arms, 7mm Mag Max. Not the most common size. I grabbed some ammo and went on my way. I got to the range and noticed I grabbed 7mm-08 and not Mag. Doesn't seem like that much of a difference but it's like 9mm vs 45. I went back to the store, knowing they don't return ammo, but thought I'd ask. The cashier said no, sorry we can't return this. The manager, Jill, was close by, I stopped and explained my mistake. She said she understood, but they can't resell ammo that has left the store. I said ok... She stopped me and said, I'll let you exchange it. We'll have to scrap the ammo, I'm sure I'll hear about it from management but try not to make that mistake again. Bass Pro, I hope you recognize Jill! She took the human approach to the situation. She was just awesome. She may have scrapped 30 bucks in ammo but you guys have a customer for life. I didn't tell Jill that the rifle I purchased was from Bass Pro and cost 2,000. It was my mistake grabbing the wrong box. Congrats Bass Pro on having an excellent manager.

Employees were friendly and helpful. I thought there selection was a bit slim. Worst thing about it was the gals for tried selling us a vacation for some ridiculous price. And just kept talking. Said no thanks I'm good and they kept trying. Pretty annoying

The biggest store located inside great lakes crossing mall. A large assortment of all kinds of hunting and fishing equipment and gear. They have a great clothes selection for men women and children. Lots of parking available and never a wait to get inside. During the winter months you can meet and get a picture with Santa Claus. The huge fish tank is cool to see and take the kids as well.

This place is a true 5-star place. Whatever you want for camping, hunting, fishing, hiking, .... you can find it here. Very interesting decorarion. I went there and i was mesmerized by the interesting vibe. Somehow is an interesting place for kids. To be fair I should mention that the prices are a bit higher than average at least for the things I bought (camping stuff).

The Bass Pro shop is fantastic my grand children loved it. We had fun and did Easter with bunny pictures was fabulous too. My grandkids r age 6 and 9 and love it. The fish tank was awesome. But the check out register people could have a better cheerier attitude very drab. Other than that also got some really good buys. We will be back next month too. I love the area I am sorry i every was forced to moved down river with daughter. Left me hanging with grand child and no income. 8 years ago.

Huge hunting, fishing, camping and boating store. They also have a big kids area with clothing and toys. Home decor, adult clothing, shoes, cooking items. The animal mountain is beautiful and also has a large aquarium. Recommend!

I met him first on the telephone when I had called to inquire about a recurve bow he answered my question properly and invited me down to the store to get my hands on the bow. as soon as I arrived at the department I was instantly and kindly greeted by dan! he promptly took the bow off of the shelf and without hesitation and kindly he asked the much much younger store associate/coworker working in the department if they would like to learn how to string a recurve bow!!!! watching them instantly time traveled me to my younger years! I can 100% confidently say that you will not be disappointed with dan and his service and i know without a doubt like myself you will be finding your way to customer relations and to the manager to remind them how much of an asset to the store Dan is!! 🏹🏹🏹🏹🎯

Came here to get a compound hunting bow for my daughter. The sales associate that helped us was super knowledgeable and did a great job of getting us exactly what we needed. He thoroughly explained the sizes and products to us, and he even took the time to measure her draw length and made the necessary adjustments so that she was ready to hit the practice range the same day! We were very satisfied and we will definitely be back!

Great selection

Ordered, and paid for a gun for my son. Drove 3 hours up there to get it and was directed to the gun counter. I was directed to gun counter and was told they were busy and I'd have to wait at the register. After a hour an associate told me what I was told was wrong and I had to scan a code (?) And wait another two hours! I have no idea how to scan a code and was not handing my phone to a manager. Eventually I got it worked out and left sometime later with the gun. The gun was wrapped in plastic and boxes. My son opened it and the unit had scratches in the wood and was dry as a bone! Looks like it was a floor model or used. Will never go back!

What's not to like about this place! I've been shopping here for years I love their store brand of men's clothing and all the other great stuff they have here. I hadn't been in one of these stores in over a decade, since when I lived in Orlando. The wife even found some clothing that she liked. I'm planning on coming back here in a few weeks to pick up some fishing equipment and do a little more retail therapy, LOL

Went to Bass Pro Shops for Father's Day and wasn't disappointed. Found a great deal on some fishing tackle and a light-weight automatic inflation life vest. I always find great deals at this location and have a fun time. Would recommend using some coupons or a gift card to cut down on the price when possible.

I enjoy this store so much. I love spending my time waking around. I admit every time I go there for one thing; I ended up with many things, but at the end of the day I get the best products for my money

Got beach toys here the other day and a well built life jacket that’s Coastguard Certified for my son. The water tubes were very reasonably priced versus going to a boat store and purchasing.

Went to spend a gift certificate. Bought an Ugli Stick and salt water fishing reel. Nice place. Very few people there. Hope they survive after all the governor did to close businesses during covid.

This review is a little late but, I was searching for a Lowrance HDS 9 carbon unit all over the place calling a lot of different bass pro shops. (34 to be exact) Every bass pro that I called would either not answer the phone put me on long hold times with no response and or tell me it wasn’t in stock without even looking. That was until I called this particular Bass Pro and was transferred to Pete in marine electronics. He went above and beyond for me and found the last unit they had in stock. And even shipped it to me in Oklahoma. The customer service he provided was excellent and what I would expect from a Bass Pro. Unfortunately that isn’t the case. And I should know because I was an employee at a bass pro myself. Needless to say Pete should be training the employees working for bass pro shops on how to go about customer service. 5 stars for Pete!

The woman who helped me find a good warm pair of boots was extremely patient with me. I have issues with my feet and she helped find a great fit. But that being said the woman who was helping get a credit card, she just wouldn't shut up! I got the card to get a discount on my boots! She kept blabbing on about this and that all the perks for almost 1/2 hour! My friend and I were at our wits end within minutes of telling her to forget the boots!! I didn't appreciate getting all that shoved down my throat! I kept telling her that I wasn't interested in anything but the discount and I would not be back to purchase anything else! That was a huge issue. But the other lady was great!

Didn't take as many pictures as I wanted to, but hey. I've never been to the Bass Pro shop. I've always wanted to go, but I never did up until now. The selection for fishing gear, hunting, etc. I've never seen so much before. I'm glad I went. My youngest had a blast looking at the fish, walking over the little bridge in there that they had there. Found a nice fishing rod that I can't wait to start using. My youngest was so excited when it came to the wolf plushie that she couldn't help but howl like a wolf while trying to decide which one to get. I am very excited that I finally went. I will have to come back for some more tackle , hunting knives.

I went Black Friday shopping, I was the one of the first 250 people that morning to win a free gift card (ended up winning $100)…Bought Christmas gifts for the family and personal items for myself and the cart was filled. Upon leaving the parking lot, I had a box of Men’s waders that unknowingly fell off the bottom of the cart into the parking lot early that Friday morning. After searching for the waders after I unloaded my cart, I noticed that they were nowhere to be found. I returned to the store asking if they had been found, and the manager said that once you leave the sidewalk of Bass Pro, or any store of the mall, then the responsibility is not on the store itself rather the mall. The manager went to review the parking lot video cameras and saw that someone had picked up the new $129 waders package In the parking lot and took off with them. These were the last size 12 in stock that day although I was looking for a size 13. The manager (I don’t remember the gentleman’s name) said that Bass Pro would honor the purchase and allow me to get another pair, which were no longer in stock. There was a more expensive pair, a $229 pair in my size that that they honored and gave to me at no up charge or additional cost. They simply asked for a 5 star review and a “Merry Christmas.” I am a club member and I’m beyond happy that they helped me out. Thank you for your great customer service, it goes a long way to keep your loyal customers happy and to keep coming back for not only great products, but a great customer experience. Ordered a firearm online. It showed up within 5 days, they must have had it in stock at a warehouse for it to ship that fast. Went in for the background check. Everything was up to date and current on my drivers license so I had no issues. Tyler did my background check. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend purchasing firearms from this establishment or online. Also, don't forget to sign up for the club card...you earn points towards free gear with every purchase! I had $400 worth of points to put towards my firearm.

Blown away as soon as we entered! There is always something for everyone at Bass Pro Shop. My teen son spent 2 hours just in the fishing department stocking up for the spring. When we visit it is an all day event!

My father and I came in to pick up a rifle that he had ordered online. Everyone was great to be around while we were there. They made us feel welcomed and excited for our purchase. I must say that Spencer, the man that helped us from start to finish, was by far one of the best people we have ever worked with. Extremely Nice Establishment, Most staff is very polite and respectful no matter who you are and never had a problem until yesterday. I was very uncomfortable at the firearms counter, Mike or Mark (Can't remember which his name was) seemed to refuse to believe that I was able to purchase anything and stared at me the entire time I was purchasing even though he was not part of said transaction at all. Everyone else at the counter is very nice, I highly recommend talking to Bob or Dennis up there.

Love the selection of boots you have for men. Found my husband an excellent pair of insulated hunting boots that we are going to have him use for work as he works outside. Your associate Ashley she was quite helpful to us.

This is the best place for holiday shopping. We bought the ice cream set, it was a nice deal. Love it!

Always a great experience when you walk into a Bass Pro Shop. My kids love the live fish. You can easily lose track of time with all the fun and unique things the store has to offer. We just went to get new sweaters and hats for the winter and ended up finding some other fun trinkets and entertainment. Definitely would recommend. Great brands and good product selection.

This old guy Dennis was so rude to us in the checkout, he was the cashier and slammed our merchandise into our carts and was making rude comments about how we werent rewards members and how he doesn't understand why we thought we were members if we didnt sign up, we dont come here very often but if treated like that, I'd rather not come at all.

Fishing department all out of salmon in steelhead rods only a couple brand reels no selection of fishing lines not stocked seems like they raised prices on products because they cant get stock

Very cool place. There are ponds and waterfalls in the store with live fish in them. They sell tracker boats and offroad. We got a good deal on a tracker 800sx side by side. The coats they sell are really nice for the winter. My mother got a Columbia jacket and it's her favorite. Definitely check this place out.

Well I'm fairly disappointed been coming here since it opened and today took the cake. I'm sure the salespeople are friendly but they don't know anything. When online inventory says in stock and you drive 45 minutes and the rep at the store says they don't have it in stock. Then they tell me that the gun counter isn't taking anyone past 5 PM and as I walk by it just looking theres people there and people coming I guess my money isn't the same there. Then the sales rep decides to be a smart guy and tells me they only have a $2600 dollar AR rifle in stock. He didn't like it too much when I told him I would take it and found an excuse to not sell it to me saying its pre-sale only and I would need to come back and get it a different day. Keep steering my money away and I will take it somewhere else
