I
went
Black
Friday
shopping,
I
was
the
one
of
the
first
250
people
that
morning
to
win
a
free
gift
card
(ended
up
winning
$100)…Bought
Christmas
gifts
for
the
family
and
personal
items
for
myself
and
the
cart
was
filled.
Upon
leaving
the
parking
lot,
I
had
a
box
of
Men’s
waders
that
unknowingly
fell
off
the
bottom
of
the
cart
into
the
parking
lot
early
that
Friday
morning.
After
searching
for
the
waders
after
I
unloaded
my
cart,
I
noticed
that
they
were
nowhere
to
be
found.
I
returned
to
the
store
asking
if
they
had
been
found,
and
the
manager
said
that
once
you
leave
the
sidewalk
of
Bass
Pro,
or
any
store
of
the
mall,
then
the
responsibility
is
not
on
the
store
itself
rather
the
mall.
The
manager
went
to
review
the
parking
lot
video
cameras
and
saw
that
someone
had
picked
up
the
new
$129
waders
package
In
the
parking
lot
and
took
off
with
them.
These
were
the
last
size
12
in
stock
that
day
although
I
was
looking
for
a
size
13.
The
manager
(I
don’t
remember
the
gentleman’s
name)
said
that
Bass
Pro
would
honor
the
purchase
and
allow
me
to
get
another
pair,
which
were
no
longer
in
stock.
There
was
a
more
expensive
pair,
a
$229
pair
in
my
size
that
that
they
honored
and
gave
to
me
at
no
up
charge
or
additional
cost.
They
simply
asked
for
a
5
star
review
and
a
“Merry
Christmas.”
I
am
a
club
member
and
I’m
beyond
happy
that
they
helped
me
out.

and
