Liked to shop here as large variety of goods for all pets. However brought a some clippers to do the kittens claws. Returned as faulty and also did not cut cleanly and ripped the claw instead as the blade moved when being used. The staff consulted with the manager, who tested the guillotine cutter on a cable tie, and said they cut OK. Obviously a flat cable tie is the same as a curved claw so the comparison was ridiculous. A refund was refused on the grounds of hygiene which I understand but these were faulty. I would have settled for a credit note. Left the clippers there as no good. Don't shop here as they won't abide by the retail rules.

This is our definite go to place for dog treats, the people who work/run the shop are always pleasant and will help with any query and the prices are so good.

Camp farm pet shop is brilliant, yiu can get everything you want from pet food,to horses stuff and wild animal fiid and accessories, the staff are friendly and helpful would highly recommend them to anyone
