    NEVER order from here, they need to be shut down! Previous orders saw the just eat driver come empty handed because the restaurant was accepting orders online but they hadn’t opened even though they were supposed to have been open for hours. On this occasion they called to tell me they only had brown bread and did t have the side I want. Said fine a substituted it. The subway turned up and hour and a half later missing the sauce and cheese from the subway, yes just brown bread and ham. I paid for extra cheese also! It was missing the drink. None of the sides came with the selected dips. And best of all it wasn’t sliced and the food was frozen. I’ve never seen just a low attempt at service in my entire life. It’s at the point where it must be intentional. Considering they open and close when they fancy I’m not surprised their service is even worse. You are pathetic

    Arrived at subway at 12.30pm, in need of some sustenance prior to a 6 hr journey. No-one on counter so I gave a polite "Hello". A young staff member came through and curtly told me that she "couldn't serve for the next 30 minutes as she was doing food prep". (It was almost as if I was inconveniencing her rather than the other way around). Why oh why would a sandwich shop choose to close counter and do "food prep" at lunch time in a busy station?? Shocking service.

    This place does not even deserve 1 STAR. It's a fat 0 from Me. I visited Subway at Norwich train station 20 minutes ago. I bought my toddler chicken nachos and I asked to have them warmed up and they were stone cold. I had to tell my little one that she can't have them as this might give her a tummy ache. Now, I have to get to Ipswich to warm them up for her. Very disappointing. I ordered chicken teriyaki salad bowl for myself, it's the worst salad bowl I have ever had in years . Slow service ever. The people working there have no clue of what they are doing. Stood in the queue nearly 15 mins.

    Edible, just about. Have been here twice to get cheesy melts before hopping on a train. Clearly unmotivated staff with no sense of urgency when I clearly need to get on a train, but the food was just bad. The melt I got today was advertised as 6 inches, enough to fit 3 pieces of pepperoni on. It was soggy and, quite simply, very small. The melt I got last time has the undercooked cheese sliding off the incredibly soggy base, in a box that made it a mess to pick up.

    I brought a meatball marinara subway while at work the billboard stated a footllong sub was £5.10 but I was charged £6.38 I asked the girl behind the counter who had just taken a cookie out to go with her coffee why the price was higher she stated the billboard price was wrong. While I felt I’d probably just paid for her cookie I left without a receipt due to needing to get back to work. If the price has changed subway needs to change its signs as it’s false advertising or if I have paid for that girls food I want my money back. The 2 stars is only down to the sub being decent itself otherwise I’d boycott the place

    Please DO NOT eat here under any circumstances. The young guy who was serving on Wednesday night, just gone, had no intelligence on what he was doing. He was single handedly serving without help and did not change his gloves once between customers. Whilst gloved he touched everything behind the counter, the cheese and salad after putting a sub together handling ham and chicken on the same pair of gloves. No manager around at all so very disappointing and unacceptable. Both manager and server should be sacked! I will never go or recommend this place to anyone.

    After seeing lots of bad reviews, I did not believe that something as simple as a Subway could be so bad, so tried it anyway. The order was expensive for what is a cheap sandwich shop, cramped and my order came out wrong anyway. Lots of stock was out. The food was ok to eat - had better. This is Norwich - if you've got a connection at the station here, there's plenty of cheap alternatives not far from the station. You must use these instead.

    Closed at 17:10 on a weekday and only taking online orders. Surely anyone with a modicum of business sense would keep their business open during evening peak as they are in a TRAIN STATION with passengers who want to buy food for their journey home. Absolute joke.

    Where do I start? I promptly arrived at this establishment to order a subway “meal” with my friends. Upon arrival I was greeted 4 times by the same person, not ideal but a start. I was also asked for ID which was surprising but continued my order. I inquired about the meal deal, said staff member had no idea what I was talking about so I had to explain it what it was. Despite the humongous bite taken by the particulary spotty speccy geeza, the food was pretty good. So the review is moderate.

    We visited on Wednesday afternoon and purchased three sub meals, the guy was trying to get me to pay when the first sub was finished yet I was still trying to tell the sandwich maker what I wanted in the other two subs. I told him twice we were all together and could I please order my sandwiches before paying and he just ignored me! He then overcharged me and didn't offer me a receipt so I couldn't dispute it. We walked up to the river only to realize they hadn't give us the bottled drink so we had to walk back. Walked back through the door the member of staff looked at us walked out the back and didn't come out for a couple of minutes. We only wanted the drink that was stood on the other side of the counter... Sandwiches were nice but the customer service in this store is shocking! More training required.

    The rudest staff I have ever seen.You say good morning and they look at you like you killed their family.It supposed to be open at 07.00 and opens at 07:10 you walk in and he's saying we're not ready to go mate . I wonder how this subway is still going. That guys attitude need to be changed or the guy himself

    First time in few months visiting Norwich train station, and decided to pop in for sub meal deal on my forwarding journey, service in past has been ok nothing great, but this time the service was fantastic, and the staff seemed cheerful,(always a bonus) I did pass comment to the lovely lady behind the counter, who said there recently been a change with store management and some changes in staff, well done will be visiting again

    Almost hilarious experience today ordering my food. Staff were rude and almost aggressive got to the end and asked for a bag which the member of staff threw over the counter and just walked off to serve another customer didn’t even bother to take payment!! Good job I’m honest otherwise would have had free lunch 😂

    If you want to pay full price for a half empty salad box even when you have asked for it to be topped up - then this is your go to place. Lunch is supposed to keep you going until teatime but it won't here as its abysmal. A few tiny bits of chicken floating about in a pile of limp lettuce. Sort it out please. We work around the corner and none of us will bother again unless you leave a note here to say you have sorted it out.

    Stood in line for nearly 10 minutes watching the staff member make subs for online orders. The person in the queue walked off before us, hate to think how long she had been waiting for before us. Staff member said “there will be a 10 minute wait!” Why is this train station branch prioritising online orders when people need to get trains?!?

    This should be a 0 because of the food. Staff friendly and friendly. Unfortunately, the person who made the sub could not or did not know how to fold it together. After struggling, throwing away a tomato and half the filling outside of the bread, she passed it to her cohort. The cohort then compressed everything into a ball and handed it to me. How to eat this??? This is the second time this has happened, not using it again

    Due to sundown this store was extremely busy yet the staff handled the que in a very professional manor explaining what was available and what wasn't apologising along the way my partner and myself was impressed with the service and could see the pressure they was under and we were very happy with the service and the food 😀 well done guys

    I came in after arriving at Norwich train station and I needed to grab some lumch so I went in here, I ordered my my usual which was a hearty italian, with philly steak and red onions with honey mustard sauce, it was nice but it was a bit slow to make. I sat and enjoyed my sandwich with a cookie and it's a good value for what you get.

    Never have what you want, never seem to be in stock of Nachos or wraps. Unless you want the bog standard sub with the basic filling they are always out of stock of everything else. Terribly managed.

    Had no chicken so had to have nacho chicken and bacon, and paid extra for the ‘pleasure’ lol. Everytime I go here, they’ve run out of the most basic ingredients. Asked me to pay before my order was even finished. Once I’d paid, the just shoved all the salad in and put a big lump of mayo in the middle. The woman couldn’t even wrap the sub properly with big chunks of onion falling out into my bag. That’s the last time I’ll be going there.

    Only 2 types ( brown) bread available, no veggie, chicken tikka, teriyaki, steak ......or pretty much anything else. Intrigued as to how you run out of ingredients when your sole service is to sell food. Felt sorry for staff who repeated the same lack of options to growing queue of disgruntled customers. Someone somewhere must be charge of this place??!!

    Thought I'd get something from here but upon approaching the lady with glasses decided that the guy who entered a split second ahead of me was their last customer! This was at 17.35 - bizarre time to just suddenly close. Bunch of clowns and given the previous reviews, it seems the staff here are just simply bone idle.

    Absolute bad customer service from the person who served us! He came across like a person who is anti good customer service and doesn't like his job at all, we were not the root of the problem. I like Subway but world class customer service matters so much. I don't want to buy food from this Subway again.

    It was a sunny Friday afternoon in October, I arrive hungry with time to kill before my train. My instincts were to grab a co-op meal deal, but today I felt like splashing some money on what I expected to be a superior lunch. My instincts would later turn out to be correct as I was given a lacklustre sandwich was squashed and without a clear cut to separate the two halves. Severely disappointed. Staff was rude. squashed my sandwich.

    This place is a joke a busy rail station and one person doing all the making and happens to be the slowest sandwich maker iv ever seen! Stood here for 30 mins trying to get a sandwich before i got my train home and there was only a line of 3 4 people get more staff!! Worst subway iv been too

    Absolutely dreadful. 3 people in the queue ahead, 25 minutes later and still not served, arrived at station in good time to grab lunch and make the train. Had to exit the queue and skip lunch in order to make the train. Sarcastic staff when told the wait was too long and poor poor service. Absolutely not “fast food” in anyway shape or form

    Worst Subway experience in the Country! Order a Subway through Just eat and me and my girlfriend got a Sub deal each… The deal is meant to include 1 Footlong, a cookie , a bag of crisps and a drink! Both mine and my girlfriends order had several items missing, no cookies or crisps and drinks were wrong I wasn’t best pleased because we ordered the deal to receive those items. on to the subs My girlfriend ordered a meatball sub, the sub wasn’t even cut all the way through and they must of switched the meatballs out with what appeared to meatless meatballs either that or they were the worst tasting meatballs to ever grace the planet! She Also asked for cheese and their wasn’t any cheese at all… I order a steak and cheese sub, it was cold not cut properly nor was it toasted which I specifically asked for overall it was an awful experience and I’ve contact Just eat for a full refund this Subway is putting Subway to shame. Shut it down or hire some staff and can follow instructions and care about their customers.
