I love this place! I visit every week to purchase my 15 year old dogs raw food and treats. I also visit every 6 weeks for her claws to be trimmed. The staff in this business go over and above to help on so many levels….. Shannon & Danni are so great at their job! They genuinely care for your pets, help the customers with their knowledge and are also hilarious! A comedy sketch but professional. Thank you! I can highly recommend this business. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

A very special thank you to Dan in the Walsall store, he was extremely helpful and was very knowledgeable. I’ve recently got a puppy and Dan understood my needs and provided recommendations to ensure I was making the correct choice when purchasing dry food. I would give him a ten out of ten for customer service, a brilliant asset to the company. The prices were fair and I managed to get everything I needed on this visit. I will definitely be returning as they are the only ones that are local that stock prestige dog food.

Prices are more expensive than pets at home but they had a good variety of products and the staff are friendly

The building was easy to find and their range of items was amazing. When entering the building, we were immediately greated by the staff who noticed our dog too and could not wait to say hello to her. They helped in our shop and were extremely friendly. I am definitely going there again. Prices are very competitive. *UPDATE 24\01\23* Still great as ever, stock rotation is keeping different items and care products readily available depending on the seasons. I would still highly recommend this store.

Loads to choose from, staff really nice and helpful. But found some of the stuff quite expensive. Did get what I needed though.

Really helpful and friendly staff, the shop is deceiving from the outside as once inside it stretches back with bountiful shelves. As well as dog and cat supplies they also have lots of products for other pets and wildlife including live food for reptiles they keep under the counter. I would definitely recommend a visit.
