Ben took excellent care of me and my first custom jewelry design. I highly recommend Normans. I saw a beautiful necklace that was far outside of my price range. I took the photo to Ben and he had the item recreated with diamonds, pearl and gold just as the original for 1/3 of the original cost. It was ready in in less than 30 days. Excellent customer service. I'm already thinking of my next piece!!!

So, so happy with my Norman's experience! As a relatively new resident of Metro Detroit, I wasn't quite sure where to take a ring I inherited from my Great Uncle for assessing, sizing and shining. Nick graciously gave the ring a closer look to confirm the stone and metal, which I've been curious about since the ring was passed along to me in early 2020, and had it ready within two business days. She's an absolute babe, and I cannot wait to wear her every day! Nick also recently finished a custom initial necklace for me — something I’ve wanted for years — and I’m so happy with the final product. Nick was able to find a super rare diamond to make our ring absolutely perfect. He walked us through every step, provided digital renders, even quoted insurance. When I asked him to hold onto the ring for us while we were moving, he did so happily. Hopefully I never need another engagement ring, but if I did, I'd go back to Norman's in a heartbeat.

Norman’s provides fast and friendly jewelry repair service at great prices. I needed a new watch battery and had also broken the clasp on a necklace. They replaced the battery and fixed clasp within minutes! I will definitely make this my new go-to for jewelry services in the future.
