Disabled shower seat was broken & dangerous on Fri 6th Jan. It fell down as I was using the shower and I narrowly avoided injury. Reported to the reception desk, who informed me she'd tell the lifeguards! I suggested maintenance would be more appropriate. We'll see the next time we go if things have been mended.

Facilities good, always clean and fairly modern. The low score due to the booking in processes, fail to understand why every person needs to wait (and you will be waiting while the 1 sometimes 2 members of staff deal with whatever enquiry they are looking at and then watch you scan your card) a few minutes- was around 10 minutes the other day. Is such an easy thing to resolve, could either have a barrier, have a fast track for members only, use the new app to sign in, make a transfer request for a checkout person from Aldi

Very dirty changing rooms, broken hair dryers, overall just unsafe. Clearly no cleaning schedule is in place. Main pool is too cold, not suitable for toddlers, I saw kids shivering. Receptionist could do with some training and some customer service skills.

Quite a mixed experience. I only swim, so can't comment on the gym, climbing, or other facilities. Yesterday we were refused entry as 'the pool was too full'. Sometimes it's quiet, and lovely with maybe 6 people in the pool, friendly staff and recently cleaned. Or it's the opposite, queues out through the front door, people queue jumping, broken hairdryers, toilets with no loo paper, showers with abandoned plastic rubbish and used tissues. There are only 3 private showers next to the main pool, so if they are all in use, you can use the communal ones, but if the lights are off in the communal changing room, you'll need to go Dripping into reception to ask for them to be switched on, and then wait shivering for 10 minutes while they find someone who knows how to do it?!

Great venue. Lunchtime Lane swims can be busy yet friendly. The health suite is brilliant.

We have been here a couple of times for private swimming lessons with our kid. The place is nice and the staff is friendly and ready to help.

Large car park ( pay & display). Really good facilities, climbing wall....one day !!, swimming pools ( adjustable floor for kids !!), exercise gym, games courts, and really nice , good value cafe . Very popular

Excellent, modern sports centre. Never been before. It's just behind the new fire station. There was a lot of us there for a county Badminton match and it was a shame the cafe shut an hour earlier than the sign said and a lot of people had to go elsewhere looking for food.

Lovely staff. A range of activities and clean pool. New sauna box and 2 Jacuzzis

Lunchtime lane swimming 🏊‍♀️ very busy most days but don't let that put you off exercising.

Staff super lovely and helpful and changing rooms in good order. Enjoying my return to swimming after a long break :-)

Always clean and tidy, overall a nice place to go to 😊 My daughter loves her swimming lessons there. The staff at the reception are really friendly and helpful. The cafe always has a good choice for food and drinks 😊 Favourite place to be in town 😊

Good for swimming and badminton, not used the gym yet. My partner enjoys yoga but there is not enough space in the evening classes

My first visit with my grandson. Great find! Helpful staff, clean calm environment. Didn't have chance to try cafe but food looked inviting. Maybe next time. Haven't used a swimming baths for many a year and was a little anxious. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Great facility, and staff are always smiling and make you feel welcome. Shame the council make you pay for parking otherwise it'd be perfect.

We love coming here! The staff are polite, helpful and friendly. The swimming lesson teacher that teaches my little boy on a Tuesday is ace. She so bubbly and full of life. The kids all seem to love her. The environment is clean and well cared for. There always seems to be a lot of classes and things to do. And the water in the studio pool is the perfect temperature for little ones. I've been coming here for about 8 weeks and will be continuing to do so :)

This is a great place for exercise and fitness with a swimming pool, sauna, climbing wall etc. Spacious gym with all the up to date equipment and a nice little cafeteria/sitting area in the main entrance where tasty snacks and drinks can be bought. It's all spotlessly clean.

Excellent Gym facility very clean and polished with modern equipment including free weight bays and motivated staff.

Great value, no hassles.. Even easier to use now you don't have to book although I find it too easy not to go if I haven't got a time to hit Nice temperature water, not too crowded and free lockers if you have a reusable 20p coin.

Used small pool. Loud music, and no disabled access unless you use a hoist. My friend who struggles walking and uses a stick felt humiliated by having to be hoisted in pool.

My boys very much enjoy their swimming lessons here on weekday evenings. Family swim times are also good. Not used any of the other facilities but keen to try som classes and the climbing wall.

First time visiting and so had I went... tool my kids swimming and they loved it. Great staff and great value

I love visiting this centre, Sue on reception is so helpful, always friendly. This is a lovely centre, kept very clean and tidy. I don't know what to say about Jill (who teaches Adult swimming lessons), after years of being terrified of water, I never through it would be possible to learn to swim. She gave me the support and confidence to overcome my fear. I can know swim. I will be eternity grateful. No matter what age you are I would recommend learning to swim. I'm 52 this year and I think I will celebrate by going for a swim 🤣🤣🤣
