One place to get all your cosmetical items and has a lovely ambience, one thing I must mention is Manish you're the best of all you treat me like one of your family members and that brings me back to your shop without having any doubts about going anywhere in the town.

Very disappointed. You will feel cheated after the order. Save your money, spend extra somewhere, don't get trapped with little lesser price. It is a trap. Even though we're warned of their unprofessional behaviour after the orders are placed, we went ahead because they were responsive, we did not see any issues while speaking. But this is where the good experience ended. After the payment is done, you see the clear picture of their business: 1. Delivered in the night around 10.30 PM. 2. All the order was incorrect with incorrect design which we asked for. 3. The person who took order (Dilip) was showing agression on what can we do it is made incorrect by factory. 4. They booked porter too and do not send people to unload the order. 5. We, including ladies (owner of parlour) had to unload chairs and everything on our own to first floor. 6. We spoke to the primary person (Manish) who too stopped taking calls after false promises to solve this. Very disappointed with their level of support and false commitment. DO NOT RISK your business with them, if you value your time and money.

I had the absolute misfortune of dealing with Beauty Center, and I can honestly say it's the worst beauty product seller I've ever encountered. This place is the epitome of unprofessionalism. First and foremost, the quality of their products is abysmal. It's like they've taken a lesson in how to source the cheapest, lowest-grade items available. I purchased a few products, and it's safe to say that they fell apart within days. And let's not even start on the staff. I have never met a more unpleasant and rude group of people. It's as if they have a special training program in customer aversion. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like an inconvenience. It's amazing how they manage to maintain that level of consistent hostility. I wouldn't recommend Beauty Center to my worst enemy. If you want to save your money and your sanity, steer clear of this place. There are plenty of other beauty product sellers out there who actually care about their customers and offer quality products. Beauty Center is an absolute disgrace.
