Firstly, the entire system of booking an appointment is flawed. There is no.point in taking time to call the customer services or using the portal to book appointments. They use stone age systems, you have to go in fill out a form, pay and wait. While you wait for the routines and consultation, in a room with no ventilation and the air conditioning turned off. We had booked a 1130appointment and since it's almost 1300, I decided to write this. After 2 hours, we decided not to wait any further. We decided to take a refund and leave. They made us wait

Good service. Brought my parents here for cataract. They did full check and did the surgery. It was well done including insurance processing. The doctors and nurses are friendly. The only issue is long wait times because of crowd.

I have visited this hospital several times for a general eye checkup. Very competent, professional and polite staff and doctors. For general checkup, be prepared to spend 1.5-2 hours and take someone with you. This is because of the wait time for pupil dilation.

The experience at the centre was seamless. After and before surgery consultation in person and on call stood out as a +ve experience. Asha mam at reception and Pramod the counselor were particularly impressive with their humble customer centric approach.

I took my father and ended up waiting for hours together with no food and water since you do not know when they will call you for tests and consultation. Hello all public out there!! Please take my feedback seriously. This hospital is absurd in terms of services. They have opened hospital only for EYEwash. I mean only to loot money. I went to see a eye doctor as i had a small swelling in my eye. Instead of treating the infection, a laid-back lady sitting in 1st floor in one of the rooms just took a photograph of both my eyes. I was asked whether i wear glasses. I said yes. Inspite of that she called one more lady and asked me to accompany her. When i went along with her, i was surprised to find that she was ready to test my eyes to read chart and prescribe glasses. Hahaha.. Their intention was only to.loot money from public instead of giving service. You go to hospital for eye infection and you will be advised for getting tested for glasses. Hahaha what a joke!! Beware guys before you enter into this hospital.

Nice behaviour of reception staff and senior Dr but junior Drs of first room need to educate. I request you to have politeness with senior citizens whenever name is called by hospital staff . Waiting hall of patient areas few lights are partially serviceable it create disturb to patient specially when medicine is put in both eyes it's a unique irritation to individual who is in the queue of wating list .

The service is good and all details are provided with courtesy until consultation, the moment you get to cataract surgery the courtesy, details start to fade away. We are asked to sign multiple documents, signing them isn't a problem but there is no information provided about duration of surgery or explanation of forms that is given for signature, to add to this Doctor is reluctant talking to patients or his/her family member. I have got a similar surgery for my Dad in Hoskote which was far better than what we got to see here. Looks like there is serious issue in how it is being managed, one department of same hospital is so much better than the other. I would still recommend patients to opt for this considering many other positive points. But hospital management should surely look at this issue and rectify problems faced by patients coming for surgery.

Visited for my mother's cataract surgery and doctor explained the issue and further procedure clearly. Surgery went well and especially OT team is really good they are very cooperative and explains everything with patience.. Overall had a nice experience...

Folks at Reception are very careless. I opted for a doctor with specific speciality and they sent me different doctor without letting me aware. I got to know about it at the end of the consultation that I have to meet the same doctor I had opted after a month. I felt it ridiculous. I felt consultation is really useless, just a means to drive patients to get different test done in the hospital. The doctor I met was just eager to send the patient out without giving opportunity/comfort level for patient to discuss. Request hospital authorities to have human some touch and not just be commercial.

This hospital is very good for eye examination and treatment. Proper care and ful examination is done by qualified doctors. Very good experience during my visit for self and my wife. In addition special concession is given to defence personnel serving/ retired and senior citizens.

The cleanliness is of very good , pandemic safety and norms are followed strictly, the behavior of the medical & other persons was upto the mark,particularly in respect of courteous behavior, as well the technical support

I will suggest to find reputed doctor not a reputed hospital. It's much costly and Consultation has Average quality, that's is also available in lower prices in the market. I went there for a good consultation but it's just normal. Totally unsatisfied as I have not found the consultation as per my expectation and which can be resolved my health issue.

Had a horrific experience with the hospital people. Called them to get basic info to get the cataract surgery info. The person whom I was connected had no clarity on what I was asking for. Upset my whole day and plans of getting cataract surgery for my mom. No one picks up the calls here to guide except the receptionist, who has no knowledge about the surgery information. This includes the counsellors and supervisor, Masi-Ullah. Totally irresponsible. Didn’t expect such a pathetic services from a reputated hospital like this.

i called my father to this hospital it was his eye surgery.after surgery his vision was get down what he was seeing before they did not put eye leans on surgery time. i had checked in other hospital this yalahanka dr. Agarwal hospital is worst and money theaf hospital more then that room no5 those two ladies were rakshasi they didn't even explain patient surgery deatail for next eye surgery docter told they will explain u but they didn't last my father eye were lost his vision. so please people didn't evean make mistake of keeping ur step into this worst hospital .

the eye checkup and everythig is great but the spects department as bad as it can get.. They took my existing pair to tighten the ends.. got back a broken pair. though they fixed it back. .. the fix ix so awesome that one end has a lump on the rim now...My father bought a pair from them..the frame broke within one week of regular use.. it was so tight to fold back that it better to leave it open itself... the glass they had given in this spec.. a big crack right from the inside in the middle.. complete waste of 6.5k

Really worst experience I had today here.... I waited almost 90min for whole process. That too general checkup. I suggest not to visit. They simply ask you wait and no sufficient doctors available at hospital. Staff are not friendly here. Pathetic place. First they collect the amount and you cant cancel also. If you have half day for general checkup plz try or else change the plan

Please respect peoples time. Having a single doctor on duty for 30 patients and expecting them to wait is absolutely absurd and shows that this hospital is just about the money and nothing else. Didn't even give us a warning that it's going to take time. Waiting for 45 minutes for a doctor is really frustrating. Really disappointed. Had to walk away from the hospital.

The worst treatment by given by the Doctor Shripathi. He is abusing and scolding patients on the operation bed. he don't fit to be a doctor. The management has to to take care. People are giving money to get scoldings. Govt hospital are better than this.

I got my father's surgery for cataract here the staff has been a huge highlight of appreciation and they have been making sure to deliver the best care to all the patient. Starting from receptionist, cleaning staff, nursing staff and offcourse the doctors have been so good and understanding. Highly recommended !!

Dr Madhura Adiga was very calm, listened to all my problems, did a complete eye check up with special emphasis on my Retina, Peripheral vision and Anterior Chamber. A Receptionist can be made to sit in the first floor to co ordinate things. Otherwise Dr Madhura Adiga is one of the best Ophthalmologists in Bangalore. Highly recommend this Eye Hospital. :)

Examination time is toooooo much. It's highly unacceptable, Response is good, dealing with patients is good. But, only one lady has deployed for taking care of more than 50 patient's, please arrange one more lady/girl to tackle as patient's loosing their patience. Your charges also at higher side. It was observed that only one doctor is available for more patients. House keeping is good. Reduce the charges, it's too much as time consuming is high.

Went for routine annual check. Since there is no appointment schedule, reached at 8:45 AM to be the 1st for appointments. Appointment schedule would certainly reduce the waiting time. The preliminary tests were carried out by well trained technicians. With preliminary reports in hand, the final tests done by the Opthomologist who explained the tests. Wonderful experience. Out within 3 hours.

Very good hospitality and staff are very helping and kind people. I visited thrice for my 77 years old dad for his glaucoma problem. Although it is non curable they helped their maximum extent. Dr. Lavanya, asha mam (front office executive) and other few staff (whose name I dint check) all are very kind, caring and helpful. They have senior citizen's concession and two visits free kind of offers too.. Nominal fees too...

Registration was quick and seamless. Thereafter the checkup proceeded quite fast and I was surprised at how quickly one went through the whole process. It took me less than an hour as no major issues were discovered. A professional team and staff were very friendly. The doctor took time to explain everything and I came away with a good feeling. I had to undergo a slightly expensive Treatment for my CATARACT. The procedure was quick and done within a stipulated time. I have been wanting to write my review from the past few weeks but got a chance to do it now. I really wanted to take time and do this. What I liked and What I did not like. The process was straight forward - The staff were of immense help to guide me on the procedure and the costs involved. I would like to mention that Dr. SRIPATHI Sir was awesome and put me at ease for the Surgery. Ms. Veena the Coordinator went that extra mile to take time to explain stuff and put me at ease. She was there late night when my Insurance approval took time. I wish I could say the same thing about others. The Front Desk is Pathetic - no smiles on their face; they look as if they are straight out of a Funeral. They don’t care about the Patient History and blindly ask to fill up a stupid form. Thank God - Ms. Veena was there to assist me. I also met another coordinator in her absence - I do not want to mention her name. She was Outright COLD in her responses, RUDE and ARROGANT. This is not acceptable. SHE made me feel as if SHE is paying for my SURGERY out of her Pocket. SHE was NOT HELPFUL at all. The same goes to the Manager sitting near the Front Desk. When I was waiting for my Insurance Approval - He did not have the Basic Courtesy to walk up to me as put me at ease. He is unfit to be handling Customers - My personal review, I do not have his name though. I have been in the Customer Facing Job and handled large teams, so I know what I am talking about. Hate so say this but – he is COMPLETELY useless. Overall - Dr. SRIPATHI and Ms. Veena are the only ones whom I would feel comfortable interacting with. They are the two individuals who are pleasant to interact with. Oh Yeah! Dr. MADHURA Ma'am was also very kind to me. I would recommend this hospital as long as you get in touch with these two. This is my HONEST and HUMBLE review and not a PAID one. I wanted to put my thought across, and I have and will stick by my statements. Hopefully this is acknowledged, and they get the others to pull up their socks and WORK kindly for a change. Thank you!

Been here few times in the last five years. The last two weeks and today, I had the worst experience. They have interns and young doctors who don't listen to their patients, don't read the report made the ophthalmologist. They have given me a power prescription that is causing strain to my eye. They provide no clarity on what the patient needs. Horrible system of working. Lack of communication wastes everyone's time. I had asked for a contact lens prescription along with my glasses prescription. They failed to give me that the first time . I had gone the second time to get the same. To get one sheet of paper, they made me wait for one hour and a half. No respect and no clarity as well severe lack of communication. The juniors doctors are rude and dismissive. The reception personnels lack management. The consultation fees are so high. I have no idea what they have done regarding my power prescription but I have a cluster migraine behind my eye since the last one week. Cleanliness and all is fine. The way the treat their patients is very poor. I waited more than 80minutes only to receive a sheet of paper. Extremely horrible experience. Would never recommend to anybody. Go anywhere but here.

Very nice doctors, interns and medical staff. Very professional and doctors explained the case well. Glad to be there. However I felt that the receptionists were unfriendly and unwelcoming. They need hospitality training. Treatment by medical staff was good.

Thorough examination of eyes with very polite behaviour of staffs and doctors. They don’t overdose you with tablets and drops. They will prescribe only which is important to subside the current symptoms and make sure it doesn’t repeat again.

Doctors and the staff are very courteous. No waiting. I happy with the medical treatment & medicine prescribed. Consultation fees is Rs 250 which is very cool for a such a reputed hospital.

I stood up more time at reception counter, without clarity whether am I get doctors appointment or not.. Finally I got appointment, with order of the lady in a white shirt got tucked I went to 1st floor there generally they put eye drops two times. with some difference of time.. But they put eye drops 1time only.. I enquired the lady in a blue sarry before doctors vist who is doctors assistant .. She looked at me angrily and shows her hand towards doctors room.. When first time I visited before 1year was excellent..

Visited the Yelahanka branch for my father’s cataract surgery, it wasn’t a pleasant experience at all. Before surgery, the counselling team handed over a sheet with details and contact number to contact in case we had any questions, when we tried to call the number to clarify a doubt, the number was always switched off. We had to visit the hospital to get the answer. On the day of surgery, we were asked to report at 8, we went and a nurse checked my father’s eye and said the surgery will be done at 9.30. We waited till 10.30 and there was no sign of the doctor, on enquiring at reception I was guided to to pharmacy and the person at pharmacy accused me of lying saying no one mentioned time of surgery. Then he says the doctor is coming from another branch and we need to wait, now I really want to know which branch of this hospital group was open before 8. Either set the expectations right, or apologise for setting wrong expectations, instead of accusing us of lying. Now I’m not sure how the post surgery care would be, for the other eye we will be looking for other options. But I have to give credit where it is due, the nursing staff are excellent.
