Very rude answers given by receptionist. They cancelled our appointment giving a reason that doctor won't visit hospital during evening times. When asked for valid reason they are saying go and talk to doctor directly. We are taking appointment for babies when are not well and doctors won't consider this bcz of less appointments in hospital. Not at all a valid reason. Would suggest to respect as hospitals are serving for better service. But this is not seen in this hospital.

We use to suffer early pregnancy losses,Dr Jyothi madam did detailed blood and check ups ,gave early medicines and when I conceived took great care and gave use full instructions and information which helped our pregnancy to sustain and finally today delivered normally my baby girl . we are ever grateful to you madam for helping us complete our family.

This happened in 2015, when I had go through a lot in my first delivery in this hospital. I had no idea how a normal delivery was gonna happen on my first pregnancy. So the doctors and nurses took advantage of this. I don't know if the staff there is illeterate or what but at that time they had forced me to push from the very beginning untill I delivered. Which was a total duration of 10-11hrs. That caused me to suffer from hemorrhoids for lifetime. And tried to fool my family saying that there is no hope for normal delivery and need to proceed with c section. I still regret for the decision I made to choose this hospital. When I moved to Dubai, I was amazed to see the doctors and nurse's support on my second delivery. My experience in UAE was so smooth and amazing. I learned that a lady in labour does not need to push from the beginning, until full dilation at 10 centimeters. Which will make it easy for both the mother and baby. To the hospital staff and Doctor : Please be responsible and respectful to the humans who trust you blindly. They have hope in you that you are a "doctor" and u know what you are doing. Your ignorance and sly tricks will leave a human suffer for the lifetime..

Today we are proud parents of a baby boy. Although tried for the normal delivery but due to some conditions we need to sign for Cesarean, every pain, thoughts, stress gets vanished when we see a baby after operation for the very first time. Thankful to Almighty for blessing me to be a parent, I thank Doctors and the staff for the treatment, care and hospitality given towards me and my baby. No separate help desk to clarify your doubts.
