As a veterinarian, I have thoroughly inspected Cats Cradle with both announced and unannounced visits. Their cleaning, care and housing standards for their kitties are the best. Many of my clients use this facility and we highly recommend them. The owner and manager have saved the lives of several cats, that were brought to them sick. They go above and beyond to provide exceptional care to the cats that are staying there. You could not find a better place to care for your cats while you are away.

This place is absolutely fantastic. I feel completely comfortable leaving our cats here and my experience has been amazing. I’ve tried other places before and when we’ve picked up our cats they’ve been anxious, withdrawn, and not themselves. Here when we pick up, it’s totally different. They have room to play, the staff really seem to genuinely care about what they do, and they are their happy selves at pick up. Even dropping off is great - we can bring lots of their stuff from home and we get to set it up and let them in to their enclosure ourselves to say goodbye. I would 11/10 recommend Cat’s Cradle to any cat owner.

Absolutely the best cat boarding facility we have ever used in NC or FL. Friendly staff and great people to deal with. Very clean facility and nice sized rooms for single or multiple cats. Always accommodating and flexible. They show great attention and care towards our cat and we trust them to love her as we would while we are out of town. Cat’s Cradle is the only place for us.

Last year I was in desperate need for a place that would accept my two cats for a long term stay last minute. Cats Cradle took them in right away. I was very nervous because my cats were not fond of change but I was very surprised at how comfortable they were there. I think they even enjoyed their “vacation” there, as they were well fed, brushed, received lots of pets and play time. I especially love that they had plenty of room to live in while staying there and were not stuck in a small cage. The premises were also very clean. Construction at my house kept getting pushed back unexpectedly but cats cradle worked with me every step of the way to ensure my cats had a safe place to stay in the meantime. Thank you!

Highly recommended! Wonderful facility and great staff! This is a small owner-operated business. They know our cat by name and give her lots of love and care during each visit. The rooms for the cats are large individual spaces with a window, lots of room to move around, shelves and levels to climb and even a tree with scratching rope on it. The building itself is on a quaint wooded lot so the cats can see trees, birds, and other nature out the windows. The facility is always very clean. The staff are always friendly with me and the management is very accommodating about pick up and drop off times (within their posted business hours and policies, etc.). We have been using Cats Cradle for years. The new owners kept doing all the stuff we liked before and added new stuff like accepting credit cards and the option to get a photo of our cat via e-mail while she is boarded. Love this place!

This is the place to bring your felines for sure. Very clean, cleaner then the vets office. Our Sadie seemed comfortable right away. Gear staff!

Best place to board your cat in the city! Its just cats!! You'd never know walking through the door. Tonya keeps a very clean and tidy facility. The price is just right for the care and accommodations that she provides. I'm so happy I found Cats Cradle for my kitty's home away from home while we're on vacation!

Our "rescue" cat is not fond of other people and animals but circumstances made it necessary to find a place to board him for several days. I found Cat's Cradle on the internet and booked his stay. Upon our return, our cat was in his room purring and seemed eager to show us his window while he rolled about on his back chirping happily in his "window bed". When we brought him home he was the most affectionate that we've ever seen him. We figure maybe he considered Cats Cradle as a "resort" where he relaxed and enjoyed his time immensely. We can't wait to give him another opportunity to visit. :-)

Took great care of our three cats. Was able to deal with our moody middle child feline with understanding and on 'his terms'. Each of our cats has been in great health upon return home, returned to their normal routine quickly, and seems to adapt to life at cats cradle quickly compared to other places that have smaller accomodations. The rooms are quite large, staff is friendly, the facility is very clean, and there is a little gift shop area Incase owners need items like treats or toys (a very good idea)! We have been very pleased with the care and accomodations provided.

Perfect space for cats. Out there and quiet, NO DOG, maybe space for 20 cats so they all get attention!

The setting and ambiance is fabulous. Our cats were well cared for and enjoyed the stay. Will definitely be using cats cradle again. Staff is friendly and caring.

Cats Cradle is an excellent place to board your cat! They are clean,caring and passionate about our pets.I don't have to worry about my Max and can enjoy my vacation knowing he is well taken care of!

Lovely people who care about cats and their well-being. I am so grateful to have found this boarding facility. They are able to administer my cat's inhaler and are extremely responsive if I call to check in or call to book a stay.
