What a lovely surprise it was to the town when a KFC popped up on a perfectly placed location that escapes the over-ornate noise of the town centre. I was excited when I visited the beautiful restaurant but was quickly let down when I had to endure soggy chips. ‘They were easily thee worst KFC chips I’ve ever had’. The meat was fine but I was confused at the wreck-less use of spacing within the eating area, I could barely get up and move around to get to the bathroom. The bathroom which had no ventilation and smelt terrible. Not the greatest of experiences but the place is beautiful.

The broken soda machine felt like a scam to get patrons to buy the more expensive version of the same food because of a soda. I would expect them to handle it than get the customers to opt out of drinks they bought because their soda machine doesn't work. But otherwise it's a good KFC. The taste is solid KFC.

Was a pleasant experience, it's a new KFC so everything is nice and clean, staff willing to work and help. Drivethrough was a bit busy but I did not have to wait for the food.

Remove the delivery times from your advert. Just called in now and was told the are no drivers available so the delivery service is non existent for the time being. It should state on the advert that there is no delivery service until further notice.

Food was Good,service was very poor,I bought 15 pieces from the drive through and I was told to wait at parking bay,but I saw people who were after me getting their orders first,I had to jump out my car and go to the lady ,her response I'm sorry sir I forgot your order 🤭🙉🙉🙉

I highly recommend this place if you in the area or even passing through.The staff well done to you and not too mention your communication whilst waiting for our order amd you made sure our order is correct....you will definitely see me there again....

Crowd management is shockingly poor and needs urgent attention. A person can not wait 2-3hrz in a drive thru whether it be month end or not.

Their service is very poor as a result they gave another car my order whereas she didn't order what I did. While I was complaining about the waiting time they apologized but still they gave me wrong order cz there was no chips, I saw that on my way home. And this is not the first time, the other day I ordered 9piece on drive through but when I checked my order at home it was only 4 pieces so that kfc is not focused and have poor service . So I rate them Zero

I was able to sit and do my work without interruptions, but only the great service received from your waitresses. Will visit again.
