The staff members (Nicole) are absolutely amazing and they are so friendly. We appreciate good customer service and quick turnaround times for food service. I was really impressed with the high level of customer service. Thank you Wimpy, will definitely come back again soon.

This Wimpy has two wonderful assets in the form of Nicole and Paris. The two friendly ladies with the sunshine smiles. This was our first visit to King and due to these two ladies we are now under the impression everybody in this town are friendly and helpful. I was happy with the service, however, the payment for the meal dedicated twice on my account. I notified the waiter that was serving me, she notified the manager who was on duty on the day. I was promised that I will be refunded the following day. I've been calling and calling, to date I have not received my refund. One of the managers that I spoke to on the phone requested proof of payment, of which I provided, but no assistance received. I reside in Cape Town, I can't go to the branch to demand my refund.

no service, nobody to meet & seat you, so u sit down, chat, look around to see its not even busy, 3 other tables nobody has menu's infront of them, u get up & think someone will notice u getting ur own menu, the cashier ingnores u, only 1customer waiting for a take away, u sit down decide ur order nobody comes to take ur order or any elses for that matter, Thats when we got up & went to Spur for a burgers coz they always have proper service & even better value for money. only 2 waiter right at the back didn't even look interested when we left neither did the cashier ask us to stay and get waiters to give us attention. :(

The omlette is wet because of too much tomatoes, no taste at all because the egg is soaked. But we very much pleasant with Lungy's service, everything was on point. And also I love how polite she was to me and my friends. Those 5 stars are for her excellent service
