I told my gran who happens to be the only one at home who likes their pizza, that I'm never stepping foot at Deboredness ever again its a covid19 trap, and I don't know whether to blame the owners or staff. And it don't matter whether you order over the phone, you will still get your pizza with people who ordered in person...its like their pizza is being prepared by a group of sloths...I think it's been a year if not more since the other debonairs closed, and they know they accumulated their customers yet there's no freaking change to accommodate the added customers. Hayi I've washed my hands with this place its allergic to good service

I had to wait for them to call me back with the price of my order which is already just pathetic and after 20 minutes I decided to call back and they still didn't know the price for 2 large pizzas. I'm hangry and thoroughly annoyed! I'd minus the stars if I could!!!

The manager of the outlet is clueless about customer service,he even doesn't even have patience with customers,his workers are better than him . Am disappointed 💔💔💔

Call centre and the guys on the ground don't communicate.electricty went and they had to use generator slowing down the crew but call centre continued issuing orders promising the normal waiting time
