The establishment does not pick up the phone, whilst placing an order over the phone will minimize the waiting time we always have to go through when in the shop

Roman's will always be Roman's, but the staff at this one act as if I'm the owner and I paid them a short salary... Won't be coming back here... Foods still good though..

Service is disgusting compared to other Roman's very disappointed. Thier pizzas are never cooked properly and always no thick pizza available which is my family's favourite. Lastly if they can find another place to trade as there's no parking space at all😭

I have been passed 2 times now and they were closed both times. If they have closed down they should at least put up a sign for the customers.

Your shop does not have great parking, you don't deliver. I have to park at McDonald's to get to you. I'd rather deal with Two brother's pizza, but I don't mind you staying open in King William's Town. It's healthy competition for them and it brings their prices down.

Good place and perfect hospitality

Was ever asked if I needed extra cheese as it was my first time visiting Roman's, got home, no chheseat all. Will never buy there again

Excellent pizza great staff it just needs an aircon and the entrance to be made a bit smaller.... The store gets too hot with the sun entering the whole shop
