Very clean, very quick service and absolutely amazing food!

They took too much time to prepare my order, the wrapsta meal was good except the meat it didn’t taste fresh it had an offish taste. But other than that everything else was good, friendly cashiers ❤️

Ridiculous experience every time I come here. One day stood in the drive thru que for almost 30 minutes only to be told at 8pm that I need to go in the store to make a purchase cause the drive thru was closing. Today stood in the drive through for 1 hour. Only to be told there's no wings

The attitude my husband got from a cashier was the worse he was so angery to such an extent that he wanted me to fetch the order. Please inform cashiers regarding what they trained for.

The waiter that was assisting me had so much patience, I was in a hurry and hungry and he was so helpful. My order came faster than expected. I thank you for the good service.

Their service was very poor..I had to wait in the drive thru for a long time without anyone informing what is happening

this is the worst kfc its slow and you wait in a long car queue that goes till in the road, you wait for more than an half an hour just to place an order.

This drive through is the worst I've ever been to. After 20 mins, we have not moved and we are 3rd in line. I wish I could have canceled my order as I have a doctor's appointment, but I already paid online and am stuck in the queue and have driven over 100kms to get to EL for my appointment...... Absolutely shocking. I will never order from here again....

Enjoyed their food... the service is out of this world

Drive through is non exixtend. It is more like a park through. Que before the order window then told when you can go, once your order is ready. Creating the impression service is fast on the clock while cars que dow the road for hours.

Drive through is the worst, Indoors you wait for 1Hour 30 minutes at least to receive your order. Worst KFC I've been to

There's no care for convenience. You wait 1,5 hour for your food with no certain order followed on food distribution to customers. I had a bad experience on 20 Dec 2022 in this store.

The drive thru functionality is very poor.. spent almost 1 hour on the drive thru Q, and after paying I was still told to wait at the parking lot

The drive-thru has no comms. An employee stands in the drive-thru to take orders. Bucket For One is served in the normal Streetwise box, not the bucket.

The food is very well prepared just that the drive through takes forever. The food is hot and fresh. Service was good. I used the drive through.

Slowest drive through service waited for more than 45 minutes.

The wait is excruciating. I think I tasted Worcester sauce on my Twister, very watery spilled all over my trousers. Bad experience.

The worst KFC hands down. Got our order wrong 3 times. The drive through dude had the audacity to tell me, I didn't order what I intended to order and I was wrong. Had to go into the restaurant were they promptly got my order wrong again another 3 times. WORST. KFC. EVER. Don't go there!

Half a star, first wait 7 mins for burgers ,no problem then no buns for burgers, only had 1 bucket for one. Had no zinger wings. Then there was nt dunked wings then there was, cashier at drive thru window had no clue what was going on. I have seen better service from a government dept. I strongly advise to support the Mcdonalds next door.

On the 9th June 2022 at 14:09 on Sinazo1's till I bought myself a dunked crunch box buddy with a swb41..waited for 15min fr my order,staff meeting happening at the back that we the customers could literally see,but what's most disturbing is the fact that I got home and had gotten the rong order and only noticed when I wanted to have super.Im so disappointed at the service cause I usually receive good service,today was the worst😢😢

I was attending a church conference not far from KFC. During lunch I decided to go n have KFC. When I got there sewage was blocked and running right in front of the door🤢🤮 and the door was wide open. While we were eating, one of the staff members kept on coming to the tables asking if we are done eating. The experience was not good. Couldn't wait to go back home in Pretoria.

The staff is always pleasant, though they sometimes make wrong orders however they make sure that it's rectified,And also what I've observed is that their manager is very good at keeping his customers happy

The meat was not tasting like KFC at all and we did not get sauces.

They were very friendly and their service was fast. But I was disappointed that their ice cream machine didn't work as always. Overall it was a 7/10 experience.
