We had such a nice and spacious room for our recent stay however it turned out to be a family suite that was let out to us and other guests (a couple). The noise levels at night were unbearable. It was even more disappointing to be told by the manager that there's nothing he could do as the room is a family suite and the other guest were old clients of his and felt uncomfortable telling them not to make noise. As nice and comfortable this place can be but I cannot stand substandard service. The managers attitude generally is distasteful.

We stayed for one week and everything was incredible. We loved our morning coffee, breakfast was great and the room was clean and spacious. The grounds were well kept, secure and the location was great. We would definitely stay here again and recommend.

I bring teams to South Africa from the USA and have stayed here 3x now. Twins and Mark specifically has become the standard for what I look for in other accommodations in Africa! I have yet to find the combination of professionalism, room quality and spaciousness, great food, comfortable atmosphere and great hospitality. If you are needing a great place to stay anywhere near KWT definitely go to Twins!

Amazing hospitality, kind and accommodating staff, delicious food, clean and comfortable rooms…all above and beyond what we expected! It would be a pleasure to visit again. A group of us booked here for a friend's wedding and our bookings were totally messed up. They overbooked and some friends had to find alternate accommodation at the 11th hour. One of the staff (male) was so rude to us. Telling us he has guests from America arriving on Sunday afternoon so we must check out earlier than 10am. Imagine the audacity? I don't care about who you have booked in. My check-in was almost 4 hrs late because you were over booked, now I 'must" check out early? Such rubbish! Breakfast was lame. 1 person was playing waitress and receptionist. We had to wait for seating as guests from the other house share the same facilities for breakfast. It was really inconvenient! Didn't get the WiFi code in the 2 days - asked twice and the receptionist was going to 'bring it to my room". The pool isn't maintained so the children couldn't swim. They were warmed that the tiles in the pool would cut them. And finally, load-shedding on the Sunday morning meant a cold shower for us, even though the generator was on for their washing machines. Talk about the customer coming last!

I enjoyed my three days at the Dreamers. The only advice I have for is only one I booked and reserved a room at the Twins because of previous my stay there. To my surprise when I got there on my arrival I was told that my name doesn't appear on the list I was very disappointed. Please correct this type of embarrassment.

My cousin forgot her cellphone charger at check out and sent me to get it a day after. I found it in good condition furthermore the manager is super nice

What an awful experience with the manager Mark. The worst customer service experience ever. My stay lasted less than 30 minutes. First thing he said to me upon arrival was ‘cash or card’. He didn’t care to introduce himself or offer a walk through to my room. When I informed him that his approach to me as a guest is unpleasant, he insisted that that’s how he operates and his guests have never had any problems before. Told me how he experienced theft multiple times before and how guests left without paying for their stay. I still don’t think thats good enough reason to treat guests like criminal suspects.Very unprofessional. If you value customer service, don’t even bother with this one.
