We were met by Sharon the very friendly receptionist who eagerly showed us around. I guess with their accommodation being cheaper then the rest its understandably not the top of the range but the rooms are neat and tidy with fresh bedding and towels. At 1st glance the area looked a bit shady but the moment we pulled into the enclosed yard of the complex immediately it felt more safe and with a night watchmen and security we had a peaceful night's sleep.

A very good place with humble staff! A lovely place to use for accomodation!

It does not have WiFi and situated next to a night club that entertains people till very late. I do not have a problem with loud music till late as the night club plays good and fun music anyway. It's location is good, Central and in a lively neighborhood. Clean with fridge, microwave, kettle and TV.

The Place is OK, it has an electric gate but only the staff members that have a remote to open it, at night it is a struggle to get inside you need to bag the staff to open it for you. For the meals you are not consulted they just feed you with what they have regardless of whether you eat it or not. Their towels are very old,

It's comfortable, beautiful outside.The inside part needs some attention especially the bathrooms,the steps in a room not conducive for some people,that includes me.I love it.

A breath of fresh air with Beautiful gardens full of indigenous plants and outdoor siting areas.

This place use to be top and very nice. I stayed at it in the year 2008 for 3 months when I was on interim. Honestly the standard is now deteriorating i.e some rooms have no wifi, The breakfast was dry and there was no coffee. I had to ask a lady to make one for me at the kitchen..Please make some improvements like it was before.. Thank u

The step in the room was too high to get to the bathroom. The fan can be cleaned was full of dust.

The reception to the actual sleeping arrangements. As we travelled from far as Gauteng our security was paramount and proper relaxation. At EL Shaddai we got it all it was like a small heaven of our own - and such I wouldnt hesitate to come back once more. I will not hesitate to refer other tourists as well. Keep up the Good work - the staff also was excellent
