They have cold rooms with no heaters. They have cold water. I had no soaps and only one towel. There is no maintenance on their blinds. This was my third visit to the place and there are no improvements.

I was at Intaka guesthouse on 25th July 2023 and was not allowed to view the rooms before deciding to pay or not. Customers are allowed to view rooms before deciding because what is shown on website can be different from reality. Intaka management denied that I cannot use my Edgars membership to get discount meanwhile their guesthouse was listed on LekkeSlaap which allows me to get a discount as an Edgars member. I'm really disappointed in Intaka management and their behaviour having flown in from Cape Town for a project in Eastern Cape. Even the attitude displayed by the receptionist/staff was below standard.

Amazing place to stay, very accommodating and safe and I would definitely be back here to stay. The pool is constantly clean and ready to jump in at all times. The rooms are consistently clean on a day to day basis and towels are changed 1ce a day. The owner is very helpful and friendly.

Daan and Linda were very accommodating. Though our stay was short, we appreciated the privacy and how neat the accommodation was. We'd definitely stay here again. Friendly hosts, chilled & peaceful scenery. Loved the pets too! Thank you Intaka for having us. We hope to see you soon xx

This is the Guest house to stay at, out of all the places i have stayed at this one is the true gem; the smiling guest house. I have never stopped smiling from the time i arrived untill i left. A beautifull atmospher with a soft sounds of birds in the background. Secure parking provided with surveillance. Crystal blue pool made available for those hot summer days, let me not forget about the beautifull braai area that has ample seating area for guests and yes! The pool table for enjoyment. 5 star rating well deserved, along with the highest diamond award for providing a EXCELLENT service. Thank you Linda and Daan :)

Beautiful property with a big, pristine swimming pool and adorable doggos. Uncle Dan is very welcoming and makes sure you are comfortable. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when passing through King William's.

Lovely hosts, a calming environment. A convenient place just outside the cbd, yet not noisey.

Wonderful warm cozy bed after a long, cold and wet 10 hours of driving. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast out of this world. Thank you Daan for all the advice about the Amatole hiking trail.

What a grate experience I had while staying at intaka . We were treated like kings . And the food were afordable and 5 star . I just want to thank every body there for the grate people that you are . GOD bles you and your business

The yard was not properly been taken care off.There was dog poop almost everywhere,The bedding was not too clean and their visitation rules are boring and overpriced .
