The place feels more like a student accommodation than a BnB. There are too many restrictions and rules. You don't get to feel the comfort of your stay

I am not coming back here again ever. The lady owner stints. I had to go and ask for yorghut during breakfast and she measured by the table spoon, counting, she never smiled a bit... we were given diluted Oros for juice and not many cereal options. Everything was measured to the T as if we were going to finish all her food...let alone that i did not have access to the gate...I felt like I was under high-school or children's curfew... someone tell the lady to try smiling at guests, she won't lose anything

On arrival my first impression was that it looked nothing like the pictures. We didn’t engage much with the hosts so I don’t have much to say. She was helpful enough on the first night… our room though spacious the linen was not clean, room didn’t smell good either…located just behind the busy main road but very quiet, beautiful Mountain view from the balcony.

Very beautiful accommodation with all the nessecities in a quite and pucturesque neighbourhood. Rooms have a balcony and there is a swimming pool, communal kitchen that offers great food at good prices. Security ensured through CCTV Cameras, security guard, high walls with fortifications, remote controlled gate and service personnel on site 24 hours

Beautiful guesthouse with friendly service and big, comfortable rooms. Best experience we've had in King Williams Town.

This place is wonderful, we enjoyed every moment. Good food, facilities and accommodation exceptionally out of this world. I'll definitely come back to this place.

An "ok place" to stay, quiet and safe!

This place is the ghetto, the hosts are literally unwelcoming... Wouldn't recommend
